The control box 2 is arranged on the right front side of the top of the trolley frame 1, a switching power supply, a control module and a power supply module are arranged in the control box 2, the switching power supply supplies power for spray dust removal equipment used in a building construction site, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power supply module, the power supply module is connected with a power supply main switch through a circuit, the control module is electrically connected with the power supply module, and the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the first dust sensor 105, the second dust sensor 143 and the liquid level sensor 151 are electrically connected with the control module, and the water pump 103, the driving motor 122, the fan 142 and the buzzer 153 are connected with the control module through peripheral circuits.

A spray dust removal device for a building construction site comprises a pushing frame (1), a pushing handle (3), a water tank (4) and a sealing spiral cover (41), wherein the pushing handle (3) is arranged on the right side of the top of the pushing frame (1), the water tank (4) is arranged on the lower portion of the pushing frame (1), the sealing spiral cover (41) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the top of the water tank (4), the spray dust removal device is characterized by further comprising an installation platform (5), a rotating shaft (6), a first scroll spring (7), a spray box (8), an atomizing nozzle (81), a second scroll spring (9), a pressurizing mechanism (10) and a dustproof mechanism (11), the installation platform (5) is arranged on the left side of the top of the pushing frame (1), the rotating shaft (6) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the installation platform (5), the first scroll spring (7) is connected between the rotating shaft (6) and the installation platform (5), the spray box (8) is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the rotating shaft (6), a second volute spiral spring (9) is connected between the spray box (8) and the rotating shaft (6), atomizing nozzles (81) are arranged on the left side of the spray box (8) at even intervals, a pressurizing mechanism (10) is connected among the cart frame (1), the water tank (4) and the spray box (8), and a dustproof mechanism (11) is arranged on the spray box (8).

The spray dust removing apparatus for a construction site according to claim 1, wherein: booster mechanism (10) is including leading truck (101), water pipe (102), water pump (103), mount pad (104) and first dust sensor (105), pushing away frame (1) top right side and being equipped with leading truck (101), pushing away frame (1) top right side is equipped with mount pad (104), mount pad (104) are in leading truck (101) right side, mount pad (104) top is equipped with water pump (103), pushing away frame (1) top left side and being equipped with first dust sensor (105), the one end of water pump (103) links to each other with water tank (4), be connected with water pipe (102) between the other end of water pump (103) and spray box (8), water pipe (102) are in on leading truck (101).

The spray dust removing apparatus for a construction site according to claim 2, wherein: the dustproof mechanism (11) comprises a mounting bracket (111), a first dustproof plate (112), a second dustproof plate (113), a hand-pulling piece (114), a support frame (115), a limiting spring (116) and a clamping block (117), the front side and the rear side of the spray box (8) are respectively provided with a mounting bracket (111), a first dustproof plate (112) is arranged between the upper portions of the mounting brackets (111), a second dustproof plate (113) is arranged on the first dustproof plate (112) in a sliding mode, a hand-pulling piece (114) is arranged on the left side of the top of the second dustproof plate (113), a support frame (115) is arranged on the right side of the first dustproof plate (112), a clamping block (117) is arranged on the support frame (115) in a sliding mode, a limiting spring (116) is connected between the top of the clamping block (117) and the support frame (115), drain holes are uniformly spaced on the first dustproof plate (112) and the second dustproof plate (113), and clamping holes matched with the clamping block (117) are formed in the right side of the second dustproof plate (113).

The spraying and dust removing device for the building construction site as claimed in claim 4, wherein the device further comprises an angle adjusting mechanism (13) which can enable the atomizing nozzle (81) to swing up and down to enlarge the spraying range, the angle adjusting mechanism (13) comprises mounting blocks (131), arc blocks (132) and contact blocks (133), the mounting blocks (131) are symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the top of the mounting table (5), the arc blocks (132) are connected between the mounting blocks (131), the bottoms of the arc blocks (132) are connected with the mounting table (5), the contact blocks (133) are arranged on the left side of the bottom of the spraying box (8), and the contact blocks (133) are in contact with the arc blocks (132).

The spray dust removal device for the building construction site as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a water mist recovery mechanism (14) capable of collecting sprayed mist and saving water resources, wherein the water mist recovery mechanism (14) comprises a guide plate (141), a fan (142), a second dust sensor (143), a support bracket (144), a water pumping pipeline (145), a first wedge rod (146), a second wedge rod (147), a third return spring (148) and a fourth return spring (149), the guide plate (141) is arranged on the left side of the lower portion of the pushing frame (1), the fan (142) is arranged on the upper portion of the left side of the guide plate (141), the second dust sensor (143) is arranged on the upper side of the fan (142), the support bracket (144) is symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left side of the water tank (4) up and down, all be connected with between the support bracket (144) of front and back both sides and draw water pipeline (145), all be equipped with the filter screen in the pipeline of drawing water (145), the pipeline of drawing water (145) all communicates with each other with water tank (4), mount table (5) left front side sliding type is equipped with second wedge pole (147), second wedge pole (147) and shallow frame (1) and front side pipeline of drawing water (145) all sliding type are connected, be connected with fourth reset spring (149) between second wedge pole (147) and front side pipeline of drawing water (145) top, the sliding type of drawing water on the left back of mount table (5) is equipped with first wedge pole (146), first wedge pole (146) and shallow frame (1) and rear side pipeline of drawing water (145) all sliding type are connected, be connected with third reset spring (148) between first wedge pole (146) and front side pipeline of drawing water (145) top.

The spraying and dedusting equipment for the building construction site as claimed in claim 6, wherein the equipment further comprises a low liquid level prompting mechanism (15) which can prompt staff that the water in the water tank (4) is insufficient and needs to be added in time, the low liquid level prompting mechanism (15) comprises a liquid level sensor (151), an installation column (152) and a buzzer (153), the liquid level sensor (151) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the water tank (4), the installation column (152) is arranged at the right rear side of the top of the pushing frame (1), and the buzzer (153) is arranged in the middle of the top of the installation column (152).

The spray dust removal equipment for the building construction site as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a control box (2), wherein the control box (2) is arranged on the right front side of the top of the trolley frame (1), a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are arranged in the control box (2), the switching power supply supplies power to the spray dust removal equipment for the building construction site, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power main switch through a circuit, the control module is electrically connected with the power module, and the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the first dust sensor (105), the second dust sensor (143) and the liquid level sensor (151) are electrically connected with the control module, and the water pump (103), the driving motor (122), the fan (142) and the buzzer (153) are connected with the control module through peripheral circuits.
