a hose (66) is connected between the front side of the water pump (67) and the bottom of the first water delivery pipe (64); the transposition mechanism (7) comprises a second fixed column (71), a first speed reduction motor (72), a gear-lacking wheel (73), a spur gear (74) and a torsion spring (75), wherein the second fixed column (71) is arranged at the upper part of the first fixed column (63), the first speed reduction motor (72) is arranged at the bottom of the front side of the second fixed column (71), the gear-lacking wheel (73) is arranged at the lower side of an output shaft of the first speed reduction motor (72), the spur gear (74) is arranged at the lower side of the first water pipe (64), the spur gear (74) is used for driving the first water pipe (64) to rotate, the spur gear (74) is matched with the gear-lacking wheel (73), the torsion spring (75) is connected between the bottom of the spur gear (74) and the front side of the top of the first fixed column (63), and the torsion spring (75) winds the lower side of the first water pipe (64); the smoke exhausting device comprises a smoke exhausting mechanism (8), the smoke exhausting mechanism (8) comprises a third fixed column (81), a vent pipe (82), a water flow sensor (83), a fourth fixed column (84), an air pump (85), an air suction pipe (86), a filter frame (87), a chemical adsorbent screen (88) and an activated carbon screen (89), the third fixed column (81) is arranged on the rear side of the water storage tank (61), the vent pipe (82) is arranged on one side, far away from the water storage tank (61), of the third fixed column (81), the water flow sensor (83) is arranged on the left side of the second water pipe (68), the fourth fixed column (84) is arranged on the top of the support rod (2), the rear side of the fourth fixed column (84) is connected with the upper portion of the vent pipe (82), the air pump (85) is arranged on the front side of the vent pipe (82), the filter frame (87) is arranged on the front side of the air pump (85), the chemical adsorbent screen (88) is arranged on the rear side of the filter frame (87), the active carbon screen (89) is arranged on the front side of the filter frame (87), and the front side of the filter frame (87) is provided with the air suction pipe (86) for absorbing smoke generated when the fire is absorbed; the device also comprises a shaking mechanism (9), the shaking mechanism (9) comprises a fifth fixed column (91), a second gear motor (92), a cam (93), a connecting rod (94), a sixth fixed column (95), a linear spring (96), a fixed plate (97) and a photoelectric sensor (98), the fifth fixed column (91) is arranged on the front side of the exhaust pipe (82), the fifth fixed column (91) is positioned between the filter frame (87) and the air pump (85), the right side of the upper part of the fifth fixed column (91) is provided with the second gear motor (92), the right side of the output shaft of the second gear motor (92) is provided with the cam (93), the cam (93) is used for driving the connecting rod (94) to move, the top of the filter frame (87) is provided with the sixth fixed column (95), the upper part of the sixth fixed column (95) is connected with the connecting rod (94) in a sliding way, the rear side of the upper part of the connecting rod (94) is contacted with the cam (93), the rear lower side of the connecting rod (94) is connected with the chemical adsorbent screen (88) and the activated carbon screen (89), the rear side of the connecting rod (94) is connected with the rear side of the upper side of the sixth fixed column (95), the linear spring (96) is connected with the rear side of the upper side of the connecting rod (96), the upper side of the connecting rod (96) is arranged on the upper side of the linear spring (96), a photoelectric sensor (98) is arranged on the left side of the fixed plate (97);
