A bed for carrying babies in gynaecology and obstetrics according to claim 2 wherein the bed further comprises a drive mechanism (9), the drive mechanism (9) comprising: the two sides of the bottom of the third connecting frame (81) are respectively provided with a third connecting rod (91), the two third connecting rods (91) are respectively provided with a sliding connecting rod (92) in a sliding manner, the two third connecting rods (91) are respectively wound with a fifth spring (93), two ends of the fifth spring (93) are respectively connected with the third connecting rods (91) and the sliding connecting rods (92), the two rotating connecting rods (82) are respectively provided with a unidirectional straight gear (95), and the upper sides of the two sliding connecting rods (92) are respectively provided with a rack (94);
