Detailed Description
The self-sealing nozzle and the daily chemical product packaging bottle provided by the invention are explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "left side", "right side", "upper", "lower", "bottom", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, "first", "second", etc., do not represent an important degree of the component parts, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The specific dimensions used in the present example are only for illustrating the technical solution and do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the self-sealing type spray head disclosed by the invention comprises a head cap 3, a nozzle 1 and an elastic plug 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the head cap 3 comprises a liquid inlet hole 301, a liquid accumulation cavity 304 and a liquid outlet hole 305 which are connected in sequence, and a blocking cavity 303 is arranged in the liquid accumulation cavity 304. In this embodiment, the tail of the blocking cavity 303 is connected with the inner wall of the head cap, a gap is left between the side surface and the wall of the dropsy cavity 304, and liquid can enter the dropsy cavity 304 after entering from the liquid inlet hole 301. The blocking cavity 303 may also be fixed in the drip chamber by other parts without hindering liquid from entering the drip chamber 304. The chamber 304 is generally cylindrical in shape and allows fluid to flow more smoothly. It is also possible to design the profile of the drip chamber 304 in other shapes.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic plug 2 further comprises a pressure step 203, the pressure step 203 has an upper bottom surface and a lower bottom surface in the axial direction, the upper bottom surface of the pressure step is a plug pressure surface 204, and the lower bottom surface 202 of the pressure step is located in the plug cavity 303. The occlusion pressure surface 204 may be in contact with the fluid in the drip chamber 304 in a variety of ways, such as by leaving a gap between the occlusion pressure surface 204 and the nozzle 1, by providing an occlusion pressure surface 204 that is larger in area than the end surface of the nozzle 1, and so forth. The pressure step 203 may be arranged at any suitable position on the resilient plug 2, such as an intermediate position. The lower pressure step floor 202 is located in the plugging chamber 303 and if it is located to the left of the opening of the plugging chamber 303, the pressure step 203 is subjected to fluid pressure on both sides and the elastomeric plug 2 may not be able to compress to the right as intended. Preferably, a blocking sealing cavity 307 is arranged at the opening of the blocking cavity 303, the side surface of the pressure step 203 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the blocking sealing cavity 307, and the blocking pressure surface 204 is flush with the end surface of the opening of the blocking cavity 303.
To increase the contact area between the block pressure surface 204 and the fluid in the drip chamber 304, the block pressure surface 204 is provided with a groove, typically an annular groove. In order to ensure better installation stability, the end surface of the elastic plug back section 201 is in interference fit with the plug cavity bottom surface 302.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 6, the nozzle 1 is connected with the liquid outlet 305, preferably, the nozzle button 102 on the nozzle 1 is buckled and sealed with the head cap button 306, and the sealing step 103 on the nozzle 1 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the liquid accumulation cavity 304. The rear section 201 of the elastic plug 2 is arranged in the plug cavity 303, and the front section 205 of the elastic plug 2 is matched with the nozzle 1 to form a seal. As shown in fig. 3, the forward section 205 of the elastomeric plug 2 includes a plug sealing surface 206. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, nozzle 1 includes nozzle outlet channel 104 and nozzle sealing surface 101. Plug sealing surface 206 cooperates with nozzle sealing surface 101 to form a seal such that liquid cannot drain from nozzle outlet passage 104. The blocking sealing surface 206 and the nozzle sealing surface 101 can be preferably inclined, the contact area is large, and the sealing effect is better. Nozzle sealing surface 101 may be located at the exit or entrance of nozzle outlet 104 or may be located within nozzle outlet 104. If the nozzle sealing surface 101 is adjacent to the outlet of the nozzle outlet 104, the flexible plug 2 extends into the nozzle outlet 104, and a gap is left between the side surface of the flexible plug 2 and the nozzle outlet 104. If the nozzle sealing surface 101 is at the inlet of nozzle outlet 104, the flexible plug 2 need not extend into the nozzle outlet 104, and when the flexible plug 2 is separated from the nozzle 1, the liquid can directly enter the nozzle from the outlet hole 305, which is more suitable for a nozzle with a large liquid outlet amount.
In the present invention, the elastic plug 2 may be made of an elastic material as a whole, or may be made of an elastic material at the front section 205 and an elastic structure at the rear section 201. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elastic structure in this embodiment is S-shaped or 8-shaped. Of course, the elastic structure such as a common spring is also included in the present embodiment, such as a circle, an O-shape, a prism, or the like.
The working principle of the self-sealing type spray head disclosed by the invention is explained by taking fig. 1 as an example:
when the head cap is pressed, due to the pressure in the packaging bottle, the content (such as emulsion) enters the liquid accumulation cavity from the liquid inlet hole, the content applies pressure to the blocking sealing surface, the elastic block compresses rightwards, the blocking sealing surface is separated from the nozzle sealing surface, and the content flows out from a gap between the blocking sealing surface and the nozzle sealing surface. When the head cap is loosened, the elastic plug is rightwards reset under the action of resilience force of the elastic structure, the plug sealing surface is attached to the nozzle sealing surface, the nozzle liquid outlet channel is sealed, and the spray head is in a self-sealing state. When the nozzle is not used, the nozzle is in a self-sealing state.
The invention also discloses a daily chemical product packaging bottle, which comprises an outer bottle 9, wherein a pump core 8 is arranged in the outer bottle 9, and a nozzle is arranged at the outlet of the pump core 8 and is the self-sealing nozzle, as shown in figure 8. The self-sealing type spray head comprises a spray nozzle 1, an elastic plug 2 and a head cap 3. The bottom cover 11 is arranged at the bottom of the outer bottle 9, the large piston is arranged in the outer bottle 9 at a position close to the bottom cover 11, and the outer cover 4 covers the upper part of the outer bottle 9. The large ring 6 and the middle ring 5 are sequentially arranged outside the pump core 8, and the gasket 7 is arranged between the large ring 6 and the pump core 8.
Based upon the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the invention, it should be apparent that the invention defined by the appended claims is not limited solely to the specific details set forth in the foregoing description, as many apparent variations thereof are possible without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.
