【従来の技術】
本願出願人は、以前に、液体貯溜室の液体を弁座と板状の弁体とからなる弁機構を介して吐出口部から吐出させる吐出容器として、実願平7−31479号(平成7年1月27日出願:整理番号 950105P1)に記載の発明をなした。その要旨を、「液体貯溜室の液体を吐出口部から吐出させる吐出容器にあって、前記吐出口部に、弾性を有する薄板状部材をその薄板状部材が囲繞されるよう固定するとともに、その薄板状部材の上方に逃げ空間部を形成したことを特徴とする吐出容器。」とするものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述した従来の技術にあっては、「吐出口部には勿論、容器本体内にも空気などが侵入せず、液体の乾燥防止が図れ、また、衛生的でもある」と云った優れた効果はあるものの、未だ開発の余地があった。成形品の寸法のバラツキによっては、前記空間部X、Yへの液体の漏れが生じてしまうことである。そして、この液体の漏れは、特に、吐出口とは反対側の嵌合部近辺で生じる傾向が強く、薄板状部材の後方に形成されている空間部Xへ液体が漏れてしまうことがあった。これは、吐出口近傍の嵌合においては、頭冠の突部と溝部とが互いに変形し易く、よって、互いが馴染み易く密着度が高いのに対し、後方部は、突部溝部と藻に連結されているので各々が変形しにくく、そのため、隙間が生じてしまい密着度が低いものと考えられる。

添付図面に基づき一例を説明する。容器本体1は内部に液室(液体貯溜室)2を形成する軟質の袋体3を収容している。直接、容器本体1の内部を液室2としてもよいが、軟質の袋体3の使用は、収容する液の消費に応じて収縮し、外気の混入を防止できる上で容易な手段である。この軟質の袋体3は、容器本体1の開口部に取り付けた口部材4の下側周壁面にヒートシールなどにより液漏れしないよう取り付けられている。口部材4は内側にピストン5を有している。図示のピストン5は、適度の弾力性を発揮させるとともに大きな口径を確保するために別体のピストン体6を固着したものとなっているが一体成形品であってもよい。また、ピストン5には図面上方に開放できる弁7が取り付けられている。弁7は、液室2と連通する内孔8からの液の出口となるものである。

弾撥体9により図面上方に付勢されたシリンダ−10がこのピストン5に対して液密摺動可能に取り付けられている。ピストン体6の外周壁に唯一設けた弾性環状部11がこのシリンダ−10の内孔12の内周壁に対する密閉摺接部となっている。また、シリンダ−10には、弁7同様、図面上方に開放できる弁13が取り付けられている。弁13は、弁7から内孔12に出てきた液の出口となるものである。

一方、前記頭冠16の裏面には、前記囲繞部21に挿着する第1のコ型突起25が形成されており、また、その第1のコ型突起25と適宜の間隔をおいて、前記内側突部23の内壁面と摺接する第2のコ型突起26も形成されている。そして、これら第1のコ型突起25と第2のコ型突起26とによって形成される溝部27の底部27aに、前記惰弱部24が食い込んだり、変形して圧接されたりする。
