Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "includes" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
With the rapid development of internet information technology, more and more enterprises and institutions begin to use a conference system to conduct teleconference, and the teleconference can achieve the purpose of holding the conference across regions. The method provided by the application can be applied to scenes in the field of cloud conferences, for example, conference sponsors can organize group members in the same group to participate in a telephone conference, for example, lead organization staff to hold a network conference, or a first party and a second party carry out video conference and the like. In the process of initiating a conference by a leader, the leader can firstly enter an about time interface to check the idle view corresponding to the conference participant, check the schedule information of the conference participant by the idle view, and determine that the conference participant has idle time periods, thereby taking the idle time periods as conference time and creating a schedule, the conference participant receives the schedule, and the conference participant participates in the conference in the appointed conference time. During the process of initiating the conference by the level member, the conference initiator can check the idle view to determine the idle time, and can also directly determine the conference time.
In order to improve efficiency of conference scheduling, the present application proposes a method for conference initiation, which is applied to a conference initiation system shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a conference initiation system in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, the conference initiation system includes a server and a terminal device, and the terminal device is disposed on a client. In the embodiment of the application, the terminal equipment used by the conference initiator is taken as terminal equipment a, the terminal equipment used by the group member is taken as terminal equipment B, and the terminal equipment a is provided with a client a, and the terminal equipment B is provided with a client B. The terminal device may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc. The server related to the application can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and can also be a cloud server for providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDNs), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms. The terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, before the conference initiator initiates the teleconference, a target group needs to be determined first, after entering the target group, a time reservation area can be displayed on the project initiation interface of the client a, and the conference initiator selects the target time for starting the conference in the time reservation area, at this time, the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target viewing angle. For example, the content of the prompt may be "no conflict with the schedule of people," i.e., the time when all group members in the group have a meeting in the target time, or the content of the prompt may be "conflict with the schedule of group member a," i.e., the group member a in the target group has other schedules in the target time, which may not be able to participate in the meeting. The meeting initiator may preferentially select a target time of "no conflict with the schedule of people," and the client a transmits an item reservation instruction for the target time to the server, and then the server transmits an item invitation message to the client B according to the item reservation instruction. Thereby, the item invitation message and the meeting response interface are presented on the meeting response interface of client B. Assuming that group member a uses a client B, the group member a may operate the conference response interface, and the client B transmits an item response message to the server according to the operation of group member a. Based on this, the server feeds back the item response message to client a, which presents the item response message on the item initiation interface. Through the method, for the conference initiator, a large amount of negotiation time can be reduced, and the schedules of all members can be more intuitively known through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, so that the efficiency of conference arrangement is improved.
In a conference initiation system, communication between a terminal device and a server may be through a wireless network, a wired network, or a removable storage medium. Wherein the wireless network uses standard communication techniques and/or protocols. The wireless network is typically the Internet (Internet), but may be any network including, but not limited to, bluetooth, a local area network (Local Area Network, LAN), a metropolitan area network (Metropolitan Area Network, MAN), a wide area network (Wide Area Network, WAN), a mobile, private network, or any combination of virtual private networks. In some embodiments, custom or dedicated data communication techniques may be used in place of or in addition to the data communication techniques described above. The removable storage medium may be a universal serial bus (Universal Serial Bus, USB) flash drive, a removable hard disk, or other removable storage medium, etc., which is not limited herein.
The method provided by the application can be applied to the cloud technology field, and some basic concepts of the cloud technology field are introduced before the conference initiating method and the conference responding method provided by the embodiment of the application are specifically introduced. Cloud technology (close technology) refers to a hosting technology for integrating hardware, software, network and other series resources in a wide area network or a local area network to realize calculation, storage, processing and sharing of data. The cloud technology is based on the general names of network technology, information technology, integration technology, management platform technology, application technology and the like applied by the cloud computing business mode, can form a resource pool, and is flexible and convenient as required. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of technical networking systems require a large amount of computing, storage resources, such as video websites, picture-like websites, and more portals. Along with the high development and application of the internet industry, each article possibly has an own identification mark in the future, the identification mark needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data with different levels can be processed separately, and various industry data needs strong system rear shield support and can be realized only through cloud computing.
With research and progress of cloud technology, the cloud technology is developed in various directions, and cloud conference is an efficient, convenient and low-cost conference form based on cloud computing technology. The user can rapidly and efficiently share voice, data files and videos with all groups and clients in the world synchronously by simply and easily operating through an internet interface, and the user is helped by a cloud conference service provider to operate through complex technologies such as data transmission, processing and the like in the conference. At present, domestic cloud conference mainly focuses on service contents mainly in a software as a service (software as a service, saaS) mode, including service forms such as telephone, network, video and the like, and video conference based on cloud computing is called cloud conference. In the cloud conference era, the transmission, processing and storage of data are all processed by the computer resources of video conference factories, and users can carry out efficient remote conferences without purchasing expensive hardware and installing complicated software. The cloud conference system supports the dynamic cluster deployment of multiple servers, provides multiple high-performance servers, and greatly improves conference stability, safety and usability. In recent years, video conferences are popular for a plurality of users because of greatly improving communication efficiency, continuously reducing communication cost and bringing about upgrade of internal management level, and have been widely used in various fields of transportation, finance, operators, education, enterprises and the like. Undoubtedly, the video conference has stronger attraction in convenience, rapidness and usability after the cloud computing is applied, and the video conference application is required to be stimulated. Secondly, yun Shejiao (Cloud society) is a virtual Social application mode of the internet of things, cloud computing and mobile internet interaction application, aims at establishing a well-known resource sharing relationship graph, and further develops network Social contact, and the main characteristics of Cloud Social contact are that a large number of Social resources are integrated and evaluated uniformly to form a resource effective pool to provide services for users as required. The more users that participate in the sharing, the greater the utility value that can be created.
Based on the foregoing description, a method for initiating a conference will be described below, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic interaction flow diagram of a method for initiating a conference in an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in the drawing, it is assumed that a conference initiator uses a client a deployed at a terminal device a, and a group member uses a client B deployed at a terminal device B, specifically:
in step S1, a time reservation area is presented on the item initiation interface shown by the client a for the target group.
In step S2, the conference initiator displays a configurable time, i.e. a target time, from the configurable time set, and the client a displays the target time and a prompt message corresponding to the target time in the time reservation area, where the prompt message is used to prompt schedule information of group members in the target group.
In step S3, the client a transmits an item reservation instruction for the target time to the server.
In step S4, the server sends the project invitation message including the target time to the client B according to the project reservation instruction, and it should be noted that, in practical application, the client B may be one or more, and the client B is shown here only as an illustration, and should not be construed as limiting the application.
In step S5, the client B presents the item invitation message and the meeting response interface on the meeting response interface.
In step S6, when the client B detects an operation for the meeting response interface, an item response message is sent to the server, and since the group members may have a new schedule at the target time, the operation performed by each group member for the item invitation message may not be the same, for example, it is convenient at the target time or inconvenient at the target time, and the item response message carries the identification of the group member.
In step S7, the server sends an item response message carrying the identity of the group member to client a.
In step S8, the item response message is displayed on the item initiation interface of the client a, and because the item response message carries the identification of the group member, the conference initiator can learn the participation information of the group member at the target time through the item response message displayed by the client a, and the participation information indicates that the group member is convenient to participate in the target time or inconvenient to participate in the target time.
With reference to the foregoing description, a method for initiating a conference in the present application will be described below, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a method for initiating a conference in an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in the schematic diagram, an embodiment of the method for initiating a conference in the embodiment of the present application includes:

in this embodiment, before a conference initiator schedules a conference, a time reservation area may be displayed on an item initiation interface of a client a for a target group that needs to participate in the conference, where the target group is one of groups where the conference initiator is located, and includes at least two group members, and includes at least one group member in addition to the conference initiator. It will be appreciated that when N is greater than 1, i.e. there are at least three members in the target group, and when N is equal to 1, i.e. there are only 2 members in the target group, in which case the target group may be understood as a session, i.e. a session of the conference initiator with one group member.
For ease of understanding, the description will be given with reference to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present application for entering a time reservation area based on a target group, as shown in the drawing, A1 is used to indicate the target group, A2 is used to indicate an item initiation interface, A3 is used to indicate the time reservation area, fig. 4 (a) shows a group where a conference initiator is located, where the group includes the target group (assumed to be "enterprise group"), and fig. 4 (B) is used to indicate that a client a displays the time reservation area on the item initiation interface, where the enterprise group includes a total of 12 people, that is, 11 group members and a conference initiator. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the location, shape, and size of the time reservation area need to be flexibly determined according to actual situations.
For ease of understanding, the present embodiment will be described with an example in which a conference initiator uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client a, and a group member uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client B.
102. Displaying target time and prompt information corresponding to the target time through a time reservation area, wherein the target time belongs to any one configurable time in a configurable time set, and the prompt information is used for displaying schedule information of N group members;
in this embodiment, after the client a displays the time reservation area, a plurality of configurable times are further displayed in the time reservation area, and the conference initiator selects any one of the configurable times as the target time according to the requirement, where the configurable times may include a year, a month, and a date, and specifically may be a month corresponding to each year, a date corresponding to each month, and a time corresponding to each day, and the time may be expressed as hours, minutes, and seconds, for example, for years, a configurable time set includes 2020 to 2025, for months, a configurable time set includes 1 month to 12 months, for dates, a configurable time set includes 1 day to 31 days, and for times, a configurable time set may include 1:00 to 24:00, the conference initiator can select the target time by a mixed mode or a direct input mode. It is understood that the time period corresponding to the target time is one hour, for example, the target time is 14:40, the set corresponding reference time is 14:40 to 15:40, the duration of the time period is not limited in this application.
The client A also displays prompt information corresponding to the target time on the time reservation area. Since the schedules of the group members at the target time are different, if all the schedules of the group members at the target time are idle, the prompt information content corresponding to the target time may be "no conflict with the schedule of the group member" and if there are other schedules of the group member a at the target time, the prompt information content corresponding to the target time may be "conflict with the schedule of the group member a". It should be understood that the content of the prompt message needs to be flexibly determined according to practical situations.
For ease of understanding, 15 at target time of 4 months 15 days (today): 30 are illustrated as an example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying a target time and a prompt message in the embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in the drawing, B1 is used for indicating a time reservation area, B2 is used for indicating a configurable time set, B3 is used for indicating a target time, and B4 is used for indicating a prompt message corresponding to the target time. In fig. 5 (a), the graph is used to indicate the target time and the prompt information displayed in the time reservation area, specifically, the conference initiator may drag the time adjustment frame corresponding to the configurable time in the configurable time set, so that the text information corresponding to the prompt information is "no conflict with the schedule of people" can be seen when the conference initiator is frozen at the target time, that is, the schedules of all group members are in an idle state when the conference initiator is at the target time. In fig. 5 (B), the graph is used to indicate that the target time and the prompt information are displayed in the time reservation area, and similarly, the conference initiator can drag the time adjustment frame corresponding to the configurable time in the configurable time set, so that the text information corresponding to the prompt information can be seen to be "in conflict with the small peach schedule" when the target time is stopped, that is, the group member has other schedules. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only used for understanding the present solution, and specific target time and prompt information corresponding to the target time need to be flexibly determined according to actual situations.
103. And sending an item reservation instruction aiming at the target time to the server, so that the server sends an item invitation message to the client used by the N group members according to the item reservation instruction, wherein the item invitation message comprises the target time.
In this embodiment, the conference initiator may operate on a determination interface within the time reservation region, where the operation includes, but is not limited to, a single click determination interface, a sliding determination interface, or a double click determination interface. After determining the target time, the client a sends a project reservation instruction for the target time to the server, and the server determines the target time after receiving the project reservation instruction and sends a project invitation message including the target time to the client B. It should be appreciated that the clients used by the N group members may be referred to as client B, i.e., the server may send the item invitation message to client B used by the N group members. For easy understanding, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a method for initiating a conference in the embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in the drawing, C1 is used to indicate a time reservation area, C2 is used to indicate a determination interface, C3 is used to indicate a target time, C4 indicates that a client a sends a project reservation instruction for the target time to a server, a conference initiator may select the target time C3 in the time reservation area, operate the determination interface after the selection is completed, generate the project reservation instruction for the target time, and send the project reservation instruction to the server.
In this embodiment, a method for initiating a conference is provided, in which, before a conference is scheduled by a conference initiator, schedule information of each group member in a target group at a target time can be checked through a time reservation area to determine a suitable conference time. If the target time can be used as the conference time, the conference initiator can directly initiate conference invitation to each group member, the group member replies according to the actual situation, and finally, the conference initiator can acquire the participation situation of each group member on line. Therefore, in the process of conference initiation, a great amount of negotiation time can be reduced for a conference initiator, and the schedules of all members can be more intuitively known through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, so that the efficiency of conference scheduling is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method for initiating a conference further includes the following steps:
when receiving the project response message sent by the server, the project response message is displayed on the project initiation interface, wherein the project response message is the reference information fed back to the server by the group member aiming at the project invitation message, and the project response message carries the identification of the group member.
In this embodiment, after receiving the project response message sent by the server, the client a displays the project response message on the project initiation interface, and because the project response message is the participant information fed back to the server by the group member for the project invitation message and carries the identification of the group member, the conference initiator can learn the specific schedule of the group member at the target time based on the project response message. Specifically, the meeting information may include "ok" and "inconvenient", if the meeting information fed back by the N group members is "ok", that is, indicates that the N group members have no other schedule at the target time, and then the meeting initiator may prioritize the meeting at the target time. If the meeting information fed back by at least one group member is inconvenient, the meeting initiator can readjust the meeting time or negotiate the meeting time with the at least one group member.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an interface schematic diagram showing a project response message in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, D1 is used to indicate a project initiation interface, D2 is used to indicate a project response message, and based on the graph (a) in fig. 7, the group members 'one-to-one', 'two', 'hip-hop', and 'small peach' feedback reference information are all 'ok', so that the conference initiator can learn that the group members have no other schedule at the target time through the project response message, and thus the conference initiator can initiate the conference at the target time. As can be seen from the graph (B) in fig. 7, the participant information fed back by the group members "one-to-one", "two-to-two" and "hip-hop" is "ok", and the participant information fed back by the group member "small peach" is "inconvenient", so that the conference initiator can know that the group member "small peach" has other schedules at the target time through the project response message. It will be appreciated that the foregoing examples are for understanding the present solution only, and that specific item response messages need to be flexibly determined by specific target times and actual circumstances of group member schedules.
In this embodiment, a method for displaying an item response message is provided, and in this manner, a conference initiator may obtain the meeting condition of each group member online, so in the process of conference initiation, for the conference initiator, the schedule of each member can be more intuitively understood, thereby improving the efficiency of conference scheduling.
Optionally, based on the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, a time reservation area is shown on an item initiation interface, which specifically may include the following steps:
aiming at the target group, a time reservation interface is displayed on the project initiation interface;
when the operation aiming at the time reservation interface is detected, a time reservation area is displayed on the project initiation interface, wherein the time reservation area is used for displaying the configurable time and prompt information corresponding to the configurable time.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying a time reservation area is described, where a client a displays a time reservation interface on an item initiation interface for a target group, where the first manner of displaying the time reservation interface is to directly display the time reservation interface on the item initiation interface, and the second manner of displaying the time reservation interface on a function selection interface displayed on a previous item initiation interface operates, and when the client a receives an operation for the function selection interface, the client a displays the time reservation interface on the item initiation interface, and in practical application, there may also be other manners of displaying the time reservation interface, such as voice control, for example, where the method is not limited in this embodiment. When the conference initiator operates the time reservation interface, the client a displays a time reservation area on the project initiation interface, where the time reservation area is used to display the configurable time and the prompt information corresponding to the configurable time, and the specific time reservation area is described in detail in the foregoing embodiments and is not described herein again.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an interface schematic diagram showing a time reservation interface in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, E1 is used to indicate a time reservation area, E2 is used to indicate a time reservation interface, E3 is used to indicate a function selection interface, in one case, the time reservation interface is shown on an item initiation interface indicated by the diagram (a) in fig. 8 may be obtained, and in another case, the function selection interface is shown on an item initiation interface indicated by the diagram (B) in fig. 8, and when an operation for the function selection interface is received, the item initiation interface shown in the diagram (a) in fig. 8 may be entered. It can be appreciated that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific display manner of the time reservation interface needs to be flexibly determined according to actual situations and requirements.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying a time reservation area is provided, and the manner is adopted. The time reservation interface can be displayed in different modes, the time reservation area is displayed through the operation aiming at the time reservation interface, so that the diversity and flexibility of the time reservation area are improved, and secondly, the conference initiator can more intuitively know the schedule of each member through the configurable time displayed in the time reservation area and the prompt information corresponding to the configurable time, so that the conference arrangement efficiency is improved.
Optionally, based on the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed through the time reservation area, which specifically may include the following steps:
determining a target time from the set of configurable times;
if N group members are in an idle state in a time period corresponding to the target time, determining that the target time meets a time idle condition, displaying prompt information corresponding to the target time through a time reservation area, and displaying the target time in a first mode, wherein the first mode comprises the step of highlighting the display target time by adopting a first identifier or the step of highlighting the display target time by adopting a first color.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the target time and the prompt information under the condition of satisfying the time idle is introduced. The client a displays a time reservation area on the project initiation interface, where the time reservation area is used to display a configurable time set, so that the client a needs to select any one configurable time from the configurable time set as a target time, where the configurable time set may include, but is not limited to, year, month, date, and time, and the manner in which the specific configurable time set and the target time are determined is described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeated herein.
After determining the target time, the client a needs to determine whether the target time satisfies the time idle condition, and display the prompt information corresponding to the target time. It will be appreciated that meeting the time-free condition may be specifically that no other schedule is available for the group members at the target time, alternatively, it may be that more than half of the group members do not have other schedules at the target time, which is not exhaustive. When the time idle condition is met, the client a displays the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation area and displays the target time in a first mode, in this embodiment, the first mode includes highlighting the target time by using a first identifier or highlighting the target time by using a first color, where the first color may include, but is not limited to, colors such as green, blue, etc., and in practical application, the first mode also displays the target time in a bolded font or displays the target time in a preset special effect, etc., which is not limited herein.
For ease of understanding, 15 at target time of 4 months 15 days (today): 30 is illustrated as an example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of displaying a target time in a first format in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 is used to indicate a time reservation area, F2 is used to indicate a target time, F3 is used to indicate a first identifier, F4 is used to indicate prompt information corresponding to the target time, F5 is used to indicate a first color, fig. 9 (a) is used to indicate that a client a displays the prompt information through the time reservation area and highlights the display target time with the first identifier, and fig. 9 (B) is used to indicate that a client a displays the prompt information through the time reservation area and highlights the display target time F2 with the first color. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of displaying the prompt information through the time reservation area and displaying the target time in the first format needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation and the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, a display mode of target time and prompt information under a time idle condition is provided, by adopting the mode, schedule arrangement of each member is more intuitively known through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, and the target time is highlighted in different modes, so that a conference initiator can know that group members are idle when the target time, efficiency of conference arrangement is improved, the target time is rapidly and conveniently determined under the condition of more group members, and possibility of participating in a conference of the group members is improved.
Optionally, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, after the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed through the time reservation area, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
acquiring a schedule viewing instruction aiming at target time;
responding to schedule viewing instructions of target time, and displaying a busy view interface;
and highlighting and displaying first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle and busy view interface, wherein the first schedule information indicates that N group members are in idle states in a time period corresponding to the target time.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the first schedule information is described, after the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation area, the conference initiating device may learn whether the schedule of the group member has a conflict according to the prompt information, and in addition, may also check the schedule of the group member. The schedule checking instruction is triggered, so that the client A sends the schedule checking instruction to the server to request idle data, and after the idle data sent by the server are received, the idle view interface is displayed based on the idle data. As can be seen from the foregoing embodiment, if the target time satisfies the time idle condition, that is, no other schedule is provided for the group member at the target time, the client a highlights and displays the first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle view interface, where the first schedule information indicates that the group member is in an idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time. Assume that the period of time corresponding to the target time is one hour from the target time, for example, the target time is 14:40, then the time period corresponding to the target time is 14:40 to 15:40, the duration of a specific time period can be flexibly determined according to the requirements of the conference initiator. It is understood that highlighting the first schedule information may be highlighting the first schedule information with an identification, highlighting the first schedule information with a color, or the like.
Specifically, the idle data in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a group member identity (VIP identity, vid) and an idle interval (time interval), where the time interval is used to indicate a busy interval of a group member corresponding to a Vid, and each Vid corresponds to at least one time interval. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a data structure of idle data in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, where the data structure of idle data is shown in fig. 10 (a), and includes an id set (i.e. Vid set) of group members and an idle interval, the id set of group members is used to indicate all vids of the group members, and the data structure of idle interval included in idle data is shown in fig. 10 (B), and includes a start time (start time) of a schedule busy time and an end time (end time) of the schedule busy time, so if the start time and the end time corresponding to each group member have no intersection, the group members can be considered to be in an idle state in a time period corresponding to the target time, that is, the target time satisfies the time idle condition.
In order to facilitate understanding, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a conference initiation method in this embodiment, as shown in the schematic diagram, a conference initiator generates a schedule checking instruction for a target time through an operation of a client a, that is, in step G1, the client a sends the schedule checking instruction to a server, so that the server obtains, according to the schedule checking instruction, idle busy data of a group member and the conference initiator in the target group, in step G2, the server sends the idle busy data to the client a, in step G3, the client a displays an idle busy view interface based on the idle busy data, specifically, the client a may determine whether there is a time interval of conflict between the idle busy data and start time and end time of the conference initiator, and if there is no intersection, the target time satisfies a time idle condition, that is, the group member is in an idle state in a time period corresponding to the target time. When the target time meets the time idle condition, the client A can display the first schedule information corresponding to the target time in a highlighting mode through an idle busy view interface. When the conference initiator and the group members need to modify the idle busy section, the embodiment uses the idle busy section needing to be modified by dragging the time frame adjustment of the idle busy view interface as an example, if it is determined that the idle busy section needs to be modified, in step G4, the client a sends an idle busy section modification instruction to the server, in step G5, the server sends updated idle busy data to the client a based on the idle busy section modification instruction, and notifies the client B that the idle busy data has been changed, and in step G6, the updated idle busy view interface is displayed. It should be understood that, in practical applications, the conference initiator and the group member may send the idle interval modification instruction to the server according to the idle interval modification requirement, so the step G4 may also be executed by the client B, which is not limited herein.
At 14 with a target time of 4 months 15 days (today): 40 is illustrated as an example, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying first schedule information in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, H1 is used to indicate an idle view interface, H2 is used to indicate a corresponding identifier in the case of "no conflict", H3 is used to indicate first schedule information, H4 is used to indicate a corresponding color in the case of "no conflict", and assuming that a time period corresponding to the target time is 1 hour, that is, it is required to highlight 14:40 to 15: 40. Fig. 12 (a) is a diagram for showing the idle view interface and highlighting the first schedule information using the identifier, and fig. 12 (B) is a diagram for indicating that the client a shows the idle view interface and highlighting the first schedule information using the color. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of highlighting the first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle view interface needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation and the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the first schedule information is provided, by adopting the manner, the schedule of each member can be more intuitively known through the idle view interface and the first schedule information, and the first schedule information is highlighted by adopting different manners, so that the conference initiator can more clearly know that the group members are in idle states in the time period corresponding to the target time, thereby improving the efficiency of conference arrangement.
Optionally, based on the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed through the time reservation area, which specifically may include the following steps:
determining a target time from the set of configurable times;
and if the target time does not meet the time idle condition, displaying prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, and displaying the target time in a second pattern, wherein the second pattern comprises the step of highlighting the display target time by adopting a second mark or highlighting the display target time by adopting a second color.
In this embodiment, a manner is described in which the target time and the prompt information under the time idle condition are not satisfied, and the client a selects any one configurable time from the configurable time set as the meeting time according to the requirement, where the meeting time is the target time. After determining the target time, the client a needs to determine whether the target time satisfies the time idle condition, and display the prompt information corresponding to the target time. It may be appreciated that the time idle condition not being satisfied may specifically be that at least one group member is in a busy state in a period corresponding to the target time. At this time, the client a displays the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation area and displays the target time in the second style, where in this embodiment, the second style may be to use the second identifier to highlight the target time or use the second color to highlight the target time, where the second color includes, but is not limited to, one color different from the first color, such as yellow, red, etc., and in practical application, the manner of displaying the target time should not be understood as being limited in this application.
For ease of understanding, 15 at target time of 4 months 15 days (today): 30, and the group member's peach is in a busy state as an example, please refer to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of displaying a target time in a second pattern in this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, I1 is used to indicate a time reservation area, I2 is used to indicate a target time, I3 is used to indicate a second identifier, I4 is used to indicate a prompt message corresponding to the target time, I5 is used to indicate a second color, fig. 13 (a) is used to indicate that a client a displays the prompt message through the time reservation area, and highlights the target time with the second identifier, fig. 13 (B) is used to indicate that the client a displays the prompt message through the time reservation area, and highlights the target time with the second color, and the prompt message is used to prompt a conference initiator 15 of 4 months 15 days (today): at 30, the group member peaches are busy. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of displaying the prompt information through the time reservation area and displaying the target time in the second style needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation and the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, a display mode of target time and prompt information under a time idle condition is provided, by adopting the mode, the schedule of each member is more intuitively known through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, and the target time is highlighted in different modes, so that a conference initiator can know that a group member has other schedules when the target time is obtained, the conference initiator can adjust the target time, and the efficiency of conference arrangement is improved.
Optionally, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, after the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed through the time reservation area, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
acquiring a schedule viewing instruction aiming at target time;
responding to schedule viewing instructions of target time, and displaying a busy view interface;
and highlighting second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle and busy view interface, wherein the second schedule information indicates that at least one group member in the N group members is in a busy state in a time period corresponding to the target time.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the second schedule information is introduced, after the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation area, the conference initiating station may learn whether the schedules of the group members conflict with each other at the target time according to the prompt information, and in addition, may check the schedules of the group members, that is, trigger a schedule check instruction, so that the client a sends the schedule check instruction to the server to request idle data, and displays the idle view interface based on the idle data after receiving the idle data issued by the server. As can be seen from the foregoing embodiment, if the target time does not satisfy the idle time condition, that is, the group members are in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time, the client a highlights, through the idle view interface, the second schedule information corresponding to the target time, where the second schedule information indicates that at least one group member of the N group members is in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time. The time period corresponding to the target time and the specific highlighting manner are similar to those of the foregoing embodiments, and are not repeated here.
Specifically, in the idle view, if the start time and the end time corresponding to the group member have an intersection, the group member may be considered to be in a busy state in a time period corresponding to the target time, that is, the target time does not satisfy the idle time condition, and the specific structure of the idle data is similar to that of fig. 10, which is not repeated herein. When the target time does not meet the time idle condition, the client A can prominently display second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle busy view interface.
20 at target time of 4 months 15 days (today): 30, and take highlighting the second schedule information with the second identifier as an example for explanation, please refer to fig. 14, fig. 14 is an interface schematic diagram showing the second schedule information in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, J1 is used to indicate the idle view interface, J2 is used to indicate the corresponding identifier in the case of "collision", J3 is used to indicate the second schedule information, and assuming that the time period corresponding to the target time is 1 hour, that is, the highlighting 20 is required: 30 to 21: 30. When there is a group member (e.g., "small peach") in a busy state for a period of time corresponding to the target time, in the busy view interface shown in fig. 14 (a), the second schedule information indicating that the group member "small peach" is at 20 may be highlighted with the corresponding identification in the case of "conflict": 30 to 21:30 is in a busy state. When there are two group members in a busy state in a period corresponding to the target time, for example, the group members are "peach" and "one-to-one", that is, the idle busy view interface as shown in the (B) diagram in fig. 14, the second schedule information may be highlighted by using the second identifier, where the second schedule information indicates that the group members are "peach" and "one-to-one" in 20:30 to 21:30 are all busy. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of highlighting the second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle view interface needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation and the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the second schedule information is provided, by adopting the manner, the schedules of the members can be more intuitively known through the idle view interface and the second schedule information, so that the conference initiator can more clearly know that the group members have other schedules when the target time is reached, and thus the target time is adjusted or negotiated with the group members, and the efficiency of conference scheduling is improved.
Optionally, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application based on the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, after the item response message is displayed on the item initiation interface, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
when an event reminding instruction is obtained, displaying an event reminding interface;
when detecting the operation aiming at the event reminding interface, displaying the event reminding interface;
acquiring meeting reminding information through an event reminding interface;
and sending meeting reminding information to the server, so that the server sends reminding information to at least one group member in the N group members according to the meeting reminding information.
In this embodiment, a manner of adding a strong calendar reminding function is introduced, and in order to remind group members to participate in a meeting on time, an event reminding instruction can be initiated. The client A can display an event reminding interface, and the event reminding interface can comprise schedule reminding information and audio-video conference reservation information. The conference initiator operates on the event reminding interface to select a reminding function, the client A detects the operation on the event reminding interface and displays the event reminding interface, then obtains conference reminding information through the event reminding interface, sends the conference reminding information to the server, and sends reminding information to at least one group member of the N group members according to the conference reminding information. It can be understood that the reminding message can be represented by popping up the reminding message on the client B used by the group member, can also be a ringing prompt or a vibration prompt, can also be a prompt through a connected smart watch, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment based on a meeting reminding function in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the schematic diagram, in step K1, a client a displays an event reminding interface, in step K2, when the client a detects an operation for the event reminding interface, the client a displays the event reminding interface, and in step K3, the client a sends meeting reminding information obtained through the event reminding interface to a server. In step K4, the server creates a target event according to the meeting reminding information, if the meeting reminding information is schedule reminding information, the server creates a target schedule, and if the meeting reminding information is audio-video meeting reservation information, the server creates an audio-video meeting reservation event. 202. Aiming at a target group, displaying an item invitation message and a meeting response interface on the meeting response interface, wherein the target group comprises N group members;
in this embodiment, for the target group, the client B may present the project invitation message and the meeting response interface on the meeting response interface. The conference response interface may include two interfaces, which are respectively an interface indicating that the group member can participate in the conference at the target time, and an interface inconvenient for the group member to participate in the conference at the target time, where a document corresponding to the interface where the group member can participate in the conference at the target time may be "ok", a document corresponding to the interface where the group member cannot participate in the conference at the target time may be "inconvenient", and in practical application, contents of the document corresponding to the interface may also be "idle" and "busy", etc., which are not limited herein.
For ease of understanding, taking the target group as an enterprise group as an example, please refer to fig. 20, fig. 20 is a schematic diagram showing an embodiment of the project invitation message and the conference response interface in the embodiment of the application, where O1 is used to indicate the target group, O2 is used to indicate the conference response interface, O3 is used to indicate the project invitation message, and O4 is used to indicate the conference response interface. For a target group (such as an enterprise group), after receiving the project invitation message, the client B presents the project invitation message including the target time on the conference response interface, and presents the conference response interface, and the group member operates the conference response interface according to the actual schedule.
203. When detecting the operation aiming at the conference response interface, sending an item response message to the server so that the server sends the item response message to the client used by the conference initiator, wherein the item response message is the participation information fed back by the group members and carries the identification of the group members.
In this embodiment, the client B displays the project invitation message and the conference response interface on the conference response interface, and the group member can determine whether there is a schedule in the corresponding time period of the target time according to the target time, and operate the conference response interface according to the actual schedule, and after detecting the operation for the conference response interface, the client B sends the project response message to the server, and then the server sends the project response message to the client a. Specifically, the meeting information may include "ok" and "inconvenient", and if the meeting information fed back by all group members is "ok", that is, all group members have no other schedule at the target time, then the meeting initiator may determine to conduct the meeting at the target time. If the reference information fed back by at least one group member is inconvenient, the reference information indicates that the group member has other schedules at the target time.
In this embodiment, a method for meeting response is provided, in which, in the process of initiating a meeting, for group members, the starting time of the meeting can be known, and the meeting information is fed back through own schedule, so that the meeting initiator can more intuitively know the schedule of each member, the efficiency of meeting arrangement of the meeting initiator is improved, and the efficiency of participation of the group members in the meeting is improved.
