Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "corresponding" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
With the rapid development of internet information technology, more and more enterprises and institutions begin to use the conference system to carry out teleconferencing, and the purpose of cross-regional conference holding can be realized in the teleconferencing. The method provided by the application can be applied to scenes in the field of cloud conferences, for example, a conference initiator can organize group members in the same group to participate in a teleconference, for example, leadership organizers to hold a web conference, or a first party and a second party carry out a video conference and the like. In the process of initiating the conference by the leader, the leader may need to enter an appointment time interface to view idle busy views corresponding to the conference participants, view schedule information of the conference participants from the idle busy views, and determine that all the conference participants have idle time periods, so as to take the idle time periods as conference time and create schedules, and the conference participants receive the schedules and participate in the conference within the designated conference time. In the process of initiating the conference by the members in the horizontal level, the conference initiator can check the idle busy view to determine the idle time, and can also directly determine the conference time.
In order to improve efficiency of conference scheduling, the present application provides a method for initiating a conference, where the method is applied to a conference initiating system shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 1, and fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the conference initiating system in an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, a terminal device used by a conference initiator is taken as a terminal device a, and a terminal device used by a group member is taken as a terminal device B, where a client a is deployed on the terminal device a, and a client B is deployed on the terminal device B. The terminal device may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, and the like. The server related to the application can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and can also be a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, Network service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, safety service, Content Delivery Network (CDN), big data and an artificial intelligence platform. The terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein.
Specifically, before a conference initiator initiates a teleconference, a target group needs to be determined, after the conference initiator enters the target group, a time reservation region can be displayed on a project initiation interface of a client a, the conference initiator selects target time for starting the conference through the time reservation region, and at this time, the client a displays the target time and prompt information corresponding to the target view angle. For example, the reminder may be "no conflict with personal schedule," i.e., a meeting time for all group members in the group at the target time, or "conflict with group member A schedule," i.e., a meeting may not be attended by group member A at the target time with other schedule. The meeting initiator may preferentially select a target time of "no conflict with everyone's schedule", the client a sends a project reservation instruction for the target time to the server, and the server then sends a project invitation message to the client B according to the project reservation instruction. Thus, the item invitation message and the conference response interface are presented on the conference response interface of the client B. Assuming that the group member A uses the client B, the group member A can operate the conference response interface, and the client B sends the project response message to the server according to the operation of the group member A. Based on the above, the server feeds back the project response message to the client A, and the client A displays the project response message on the project initiation interface. By the method, for the conference initiator, a large amount of negotiation time can be reduced, and the schedule of each member can be more intuitively known through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, so that the conference scheduling efficiency is improved.
In the conference initiating system, the terminal device and the server may communicate with each other through a wireless network, a wired network, or a removable storage medium. Wherein the wireless network described above uses standard communication techniques and/or protocols. The wireless Network is typically the Internet (Internet), but may be any Network including, but not limited to, bluetooth, Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), mobile, private Network, or any combination of virtual private networks. In some embodiments, custom or dedicated data communication techniques may be used in place of or in addition to the data communication techniques described above. The removable storage medium may be a Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash drive, a removable hard disk, or other removable storage media, and the application is not limited thereto.
The method provided by the application can be applied to the technical field of cloud, and some basic concepts in the technical field of cloud are introduced before the method for initiating the conference and the method for responding the conference provided by the embodiment of the application are specifically introduced. Cloud technology (cloud technology) refers to a hosting technology for unifying series of resources such as hardware, software, network and the like in a wide area network or a local area network to realize calculation, storage, processing and sharing of data. The cloud technology is based on the general names of network technology, information technology, integration technology, management platform technology, application technology and the like applied in the cloud computing business model, can form a resource pool, is used as required, and is flexible and convenient. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of the technical network system require a large amount of computing and storage resources, such as video websites, picture-like websites and more web portals. With the high development and application of the internet industry, each article may have its own identification mark and needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data in different levels are processed separately, and various industrial data need strong system background support and can only be realized through cloud computing.
With the research and the progress of cloud technology, the cloud technology is researched in various directions, and the cloud conference is an efficient, convenient and low-cost conference form based on the cloud computing technology. A user can share voice, data files and videos with teams and clients all over the world quickly and efficiently only by performing simple and easy-to-use operation through an internet interface, and complex technologies such as transmission and processing of data in a conference are assisted by a cloud conference service provider to operate. At present, domestic cloud conferences mainly focus on service contents mainly based on a software as a service (SaaS) mode, including service forms such as telephone, network, video and the like, and cloud computing-based video conferences are called cloud conferences. In the cloud conference era, data transmission, processing and storage are all processed by computer resources of video conference manufacturers, users do not need to purchase expensive hardware and install complicated software, and efficient teleconferencing can be performed only by opening a browser and logging in a corresponding interface. The cloud conference system supports multi-server dynamic cluster deployment, provides a plurality of high-performance servers, and greatly improves conference stability, safety and usability. In recent years, video conferences are popular with many users because of greatly improving communication efficiency, continuously reducing communication cost and bringing about upgrading of internal management level, and the video conferences are widely applied to various fields such as governments, armies, transportation, finance, operators, education, enterprises and the like. Undoubtedly, after the video conference uses cloud computing, the cloud computing has stronger attraction in convenience, rapidness and usability, and the arrival of new climax of video conference application is necessarily stimulated. Secondly, Cloud Social networking (Cloud Social) is a virtual Social application mode of internet of things, Cloud computing and mobile internet interactive application, aims to establish a famous resource sharing relationship map, and further develops network Social networking, and is mainly characterized in that a large amount of Social resources are uniformly integrated and evaluated to form a resource effective pool to provide services for users as required. The more users that participate in the sharing, the greater the value of the utility that can be created.
Based on the above description, a method for initiating a conference will be described below, please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is an interaction flow diagram of the conference initiating method in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the figure, it is assumed that a conference initiator uses a client a deployed in a terminal device a, and a group member uses a client B deployed in a terminal device B, specifically:
in step S1, a time reservation region is presented on the project initiative interface shown by the client a for the target group.
In step S2, the conference initiator selects a configurable time from the set of configurable times, where the configurable time is the target time, and the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time in the time reservation area, where the prompt information is used to prompt schedule information of group members in the target group.
In step S3, the client a transmits an item reservation instruction for the target time to the server.
In step S4, the server sends the item invitation message including the target time to the client B according to the item reservation instruction, it should be noted that in practical applications, the client B may be one or more, and one client B shown here is only an illustration and should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
In step S5, the client B presents the item invitation message and the conference response interface on the conference response interface.
In step S6, when the client B detects an operation directed to the conference response interface, a project response message is sent to the server, and since a new schedule may appear at the target time for a group member, the operation performed by each group member for the project invitation message may not be the same, for example, convenient at the target time or inconvenient at the target time, and the project response message carries the identification of the group member.
In step S7, the server sends an item response message carrying the identification of the group member to the client a.
In step S8, the client a displays the item response message on the item initiation interface, and because the item response message carries the identifier of the group member, the conference initiator can learn the participation information of the group member at the target time through the item response message displayed by the client a, where the participation information indicates that the group member is convenient to participate within the target time or is inconvenient to participate at the target time.
With reference to the above description, the following describes a conference initiating method in the present application, please refer to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a conference initiating method in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in the drawing, an embodiment of a conference initiating method in the embodiment of the present application includes:

in this embodiment, before the conference is scheduled by the conference initiator, a time reservation region may be displayed on the project initiation interface of the client a for a target group that needs to participate in the conference, where the target group is one of the groups where the conference initiator is located, and the target group includes at least two group members, and includes at least one group member in addition to the conference initiator. It should be understood that when N is greater than 1, i.e. there are at least three members in the target group, and when N is equal to 1, i.e. there are only 2 members in the target group, in which case the target group can be understood as one session, i.e. a session of the conference initiator with one group member.
For convenience of understanding, a target group is taken as an enterprise group for explanation, please refer to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of entering a time reservation zone based on the target group in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, a1 is used for indicating the target group, a2 is used for indicating a project initiation interface, A3 is used for indicating the time reservation zone, fig. 4 (a) shows a group where a conference initiator is located, which includes the target group (assumed to be "enterprise group"), and fig. 4 (B) shows a client a showing the time reservation zone on the project initiation interface, and the enterprise group includes 12 people, that is, 11 group members and the conference initiator. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present embodiment, and the position, shape and size of the time reservation region need to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation.
For convenience of understanding, in this embodiment, a conference initiator uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client a, and a group member uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client B as an example.
102. Displaying target time and prompt information corresponding to the target time through a time reservation area, wherein the target time belongs to any one configurable time in a configurable time set, and the prompt information is used for displaying schedule information of N group members;
in this embodiment, after the client a displays the time reservation region, a plurality of configurable times are also displayed in the time reservation region, and the conference initiator selects any one of the configurable times as a target time by a requirement, where the configurable times may include years, months, and dates, specifically, a month corresponding to each year, a date corresponding to each month, and a time corresponding to each day, and the time may be expressed as hours, minutes, and seconds, for example, for a year, the configurable time set includes 2020 to 2025 years, for a month, the configurable time set includes 1 month to 12 months, for a date, the configurable time set includes 1 st day to 31 th day, and for a time, the configurable time set may include 1: 00 to 24: 00, the conference initiator can select the target time in a mixed mode or a direct input mode. It is understood that the target time corresponds to a time period of one hour, for example, the target time is 14: 40, then the corresponding meeting time is set to 14: 40 to 15: 40, the application does not limit the duration of the time period.
The client A also displays the prompt information corresponding to the target time on the time reservation area. Because the schedules of the group members at the target time are different, if the schedules of all the group members at the target time are idle, the prompt message content corresponding to the target time can be 'conflict with the schedule of everyone', and if the group members have other schedules of the group member A at the target time, the prompt message content corresponding to the target time can be 'conflict with the schedule of the group member A'. It should be understood that the content of the prompt message needs to be flexibly determined by actual conditions.
For ease of understanding, the target time is 15 of 4 months and 15 days (today): 30, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an interface diagram showing a target time and a prompt message in the embodiment of the present application, as shown, B1 is used for indicating a time reservation region, B2 is used for indicating a configurable time set, B3 is used for indicating the target time, and B4 is used for indicating the prompt message corresponding to the target time. Fig. 5 (a) is used to indicate a target time and a prompt message displayed in a time reservation area, and specifically, a conference initiator may drag a time adjustment box corresponding to a configurable time in a configurable time set, so that when the conference initiator freezes at the target time, it can be seen that text information corresponding to the prompt message "does not conflict with schedule of everybody", that is, the schedule of all group members is in an idle state at the target time. Fig. 5 (B) is used to indicate that the target time and the reminder information are shown in the time reservation area, and similarly, the conference initiator may drag the time adjustment box corresponding to the configurable time in the configurable time set, so that the text information "conflicts with the schedule of the small peach" can be seen when the meeting initiator freezes the target time, that is, the text information "conflicts with the schedule of the small peach" corresponding to the reminder information indicates that the group member "small peach" has other schedules at the target time. It should be understood that the foregoing example is only used for understanding the present solution, and both the specific target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time need to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation.
103. And sending an item reservation instruction aiming at the target time to the server so as to enable the server to send an item invitation message to the clients used by the N group members according to the item reservation instruction, wherein the item invitation message comprises the target time.
In this embodiment, the conference initiator may operate the determination interface in the time reservation region, where the operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking the determination interface, sliding the determination interface, or double-clicking the determination interface. After the target time is determined, the client A sends an item reservation instruction aiming at the target time to the server, and the server determines the target time after receiving the item reservation instruction and sends an item invitation message including the target time to the client B. It should be understood that the clients used by the N group members may all be referred to as client B, i.e., the server sends the item invitation message to client B used by the N group members. For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a conference initiation method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in the figure, C1 is used to indicate a time reservation region, C2 is used to indicate a determination interface, C3 is used to indicate a target time, and C4 indicates that the client a sends a project reservation instruction for the target time to a server, and a conference initiator may select the target time C3 in the time reservation region, operate the determination interface after the selection is completed, generate a project reservation instruction for the target time, and send the project reservation instruction to the server.
In this embodiment, a method for initiating a conference is provided, in which, in the above manner, a conference initiator is arranged before a conference, and schedule information of each group member in a target group at a target time can be checked through a time reservation region to determine a suitable conference time. If the target time can be used as the meeting time, the meeting initiator can directly initiate meeting invitation to each group member, the group members reply according to the actual conditions of the group members, and finally, the meeting initiator can acquire the meeting conditions of each group member on line. Therefore, in the process of initiating the conference, for the conference initiator, a large amount of negotiation time can be reduced, the schedule of each member can be known more intuitively through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, and the efficiency of the conference scheduling is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method for initiating a conference further includes the following steps:
and when receiving an item response message sent by the server, displaying the item response message on an item initiation interface, wherein the item response message is participation information fed back to the server by the group members aiming at the item invitation message, and the item response message carries the identification of the group members.
In this embodiment, after receiving the project response message sent by the server, the client a displays the project response message on the project initiation interface, and because the project response message is meeting information that is fed back to the server by the group members in response to the project invitation message and carries the identifiers of the group members, the meeting initiator can know the specific schedule of the group members at the target time based on the project response message. Specifically, the meeting information may include "may" and "inconvenient", and if the meeting information fed back by the N group members is "ok", that is, it indicates that no other schedule is available for the N group members at the target time, the meeting initiator may give priority to meeting at the target time. If the conference information fed back by at least one group member is 'inconvenient', at this time, the conference initiator can readjust the conference time or negotiate the conference time with at least one group member.
For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an interface showing a project response message in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, D1 is used to indicate a project initiation interface, and D2 is used to indicate a project response message, based on the diagram in fig. 7 (a), the conference information fed back by the group members "one by one", "two", "hip-hop" and "peach" is all "ok", so that the conference initiator can know that there is no other schedule for the group members at the target time through the project response message, and thus the conference initiator can initiate a conference at the target time. As can be seen from the diagram (B) in fig. 7, the conference information fed back by the group members "one-to-one", "two", and "hip-hop" is "ok", and the conference information fed back by the group member "small peach" is "inconvenient", so that the conference initiator can know that there are other schedules of the group member "small peach" at the target time through the item response message. It will be appreciated that the foregoing examples are merely for purposes of understanding the present solution, and that specific project response messages need to be flexibly determined by specific target times and the actual circumstances of the group member schedules.
In this embodiment, a method for displaying a project response message is provided, and in the above manner, a conference initiator may obtain participation conditions of each group member on line, so that in a process of initiating a conference, for the conference initiator, schedule arrangement of each group member can be known more intuitively, thereby improving efficiency of conference arrangement.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference, the displaying a time reservation region on the project initiating interface may specifically include the following steps:
aiming at the target group, displaying a time reservation interface on a project initiating interface;
when the operation aiming at the time reservation interface is detected, a time reservation area is displayed on the project initiation interface, wherein the time reservation area is used for displaying the configurable time and the prompt information corresponding to the configurable time.
In this embodiment, a method for displaying a time reservation region is introduced, where a client a displays a time reservation interface on a project initiation interface for a target group, where the method for displaying the time reservation interface includes two methods, the first method is to directly display the time reservation interface on the project initiation interface, and the second method is to operate a function selection interface displayed on the project initiation interface first, and when the client a receives an operation for the function selection interface, the time reservation interface is displayed on the project initiation interface. When the conference initiator operates the time reservation interface, the client a displays a time reservation region on the project initiation interface, where the time reservation region is used to display the configurable time and the prompt information corresponding to the configurable time, and the specific time reservation region is described in detail in the foregoing embodiments and is not described herein again.
For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an interface schematic diagram showing a time reservation interface in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, E1 is used for indicating a time reservation region, E2 is used for indicating the time reservation interface, and E3 is used for indicating a function selection interface, in one case, the time reservation interface shown on the project initiation interface indicated by (a) in fig. 8 is obtained, in another case, the function selection interface shown on the project initiation interface indicated by (B) in fig. 8 is obtained, and when an operation for the function selection interface is received, the project initiation interface shown in (a) in fig. 8 can be entered. It can be understood that the foregoing examples are only used for understanding the present solution, and the specific display manner of the time reservation interface needs to be flexibly determined according to actual situations and requirements.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying a time reservation region is provided, which is adopted. The time reservation interface can be displayed in different modes, the time reservation area is displayed by aiming at the operation of the time reservation interface, so that the diversity and the flexibility of the time reservation area are improved, and secondly, the schedule of each member can be known more intuitively by a conference initiator through the configurable time displayed in the time reservation area and the prompt information corresponding to the configurable time, so that the efficiency of the conference scheduling is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the displaying the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region may specifically include the following steps:
determining a target time from a configurable time set;
if the N group members are in the idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time, determining that the target time meets the time idle condition, displaying prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, and displaying the target time in a first style, wherein the first style comprises the step of displaying the target time in a highlighted mode by adopting a first identifier or in a highlighted mode by adopting a first color.
In this embodiment, a display mode of target time and prompt information meeting the time idle condition is introduced. The client a displays a time reservation region on the project initiation interface, and the time reservation region is used for displaying a configurable time set, so that the client a needs to select any one configurable time from the configurable time set as a target time, the configurable time set may include, but is not limited to, a year, a month, a date, a time, and the like, and a specific configurable time set and a method for determining the target time are described in detail in the foregoing embodiments and are not described herein again.
After the target time is determined, the client a needs to determine whether the target time meets a time idle condition, and display a prompt corresponding to the target time. It is understood that the meeting of the time idle condition may specifically be that no other schedule exists for all group members at the target time, and optionally, another case of meeting the time idle condition may be that more than half of the group members do not have other schedules at the target time, which is not exhaustive here. In the case that the time idle condition is satisfied, the client a displays the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, and displays the target time in a first pattern, where the first pattern includes using a first identifier to highlight the target time or using a first color to highlight the target time in this embodiment, where the first color may include, but is not limited to, colors such as green and blue, and in practical application, the first pattern may also display the target time in a bold font or display the target time in a preset special effect, and the like, and this is not limited here.
For ease of understanding, the target time is 15 of 4 months and 15 days (today): 30, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the present application showing a target time in a first manner, as shown in the drawing, F1 is used to indicate a time reservation region, F2 is used to indicate the target time, F3 is used to indicate a first identifier, F4 is used to indicate prompt information corresponding to the target time, F5 is used to indicate a first color, fig. 9 (a) is used to indicate the client a to show the prompt information through the time reservation region and to highlight the target time by using the first identifier, and fig. 9 (B) is used to indicate the client a to show the prompt information through the time reservation region and to highlight the target time F2 by using the first color. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of presenting the prompt information through the time reservation region and presenting the target time in the first pattern needs to be flexibly determined by actual situations and actual requirements.
In the embodiment, the target time and the prompt information display mode meeting the time idle condition are provided, by adopting the mode, the schedule arrangement of each member can be known more intuitively through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, and the target time is highlighted in different modes, so that the group members are idle when the conference initiator can know the target time, the conference arrangement efficiency is improved, the target time can be determined quickly and conveniently under the condition of more group members, and the possibility that the group members participate in the conference is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, after the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed in the time reservation region, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
acquiring a schedule viewing instruction aiming at a target time;
responding to a schedule viewing instruction of the target time, and displaying a busy view interface;
and highlighting first schedule information corresponding to the target time through an idle busy view interface, wherein the first schedule information shows that the N group members are in idle states in a time period corresponding to the target time.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the first schedule information is introduced, after the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, the conference initiation device may know whether there is a conflict in the schedules of the group members at the target time according to the prompt information, and may also check the schedules of the group members. The method comprises the steps that a schedule checking instruction is triggered, the client A sends the schedule checking instruction to the server to request idle busy data, and after the idle busy data sent by the server are received, an idle busy view interface is displayed based on the idle busy data. As can be seen from the foregoing embodiment, if the target time meets the time idle condition, that is, no other schedule exists in the target time for the group member, the client a prominently displays the first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle busy view interface, where the first schedule information indicates that the group member is in an idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time. Assume that the target time corresponds to a time period of one hour from the target time, for example, the target time is 14: 40, the target time corresponds to a time period of 14: 40 to 15: the duration of the specific time period can be flexibly determined according to the requirements of the conference initiator. It is to be understood that highlighting the first schedule information can be highlighting the first schedule information with a logo, highlighting the first schedule information with a color, or the like.
Specifically, the idle busy data in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, an identity (VIP identity, Vid) of a group member and an idle busy interval (time interval), where the time interval is used to indicate that the Vid corresponds to a busy interval of the group member, and each Vid corresponds to at least one time interval. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a data structure of idle busy data in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, (a) illustrates a data structure of idle busy data, where the data structure includes an identification set (i.e., a Vid set) of group members and an idle busy interval, the identification set of the group members is used to indicate all vids of the group members, and as shown in fig. 10, (B) illustrates a data structure of an idle busy interval included in the idle busy data, where the data structure includes a start time (start time) of the schedule busy time and an end time (end time) of the schedule busy time, and therefore, if the start time and the end time corresponding to each group member do not intersect, it can be considered that the group members are in an idle state in a time period corresponding to a target time, that is the target time satisfies a time idle condition.
For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the conference initiating method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown, the conference initiator generates a schedule viewing instruction for a target time through an operation of the client a, that is, in step G1, the client a sends a schedule viewing instruction to the server, so that the server obtains idle data of group members and conference initiator in the target group according to the schedule viewing instruction, in step G2, the server sends idle busy data to the client a, in step G3, the client a displays an idle busy view interface based on the idle busy data, specifically, the client a can determine whether there is a conflicting time interval between the group members in the idle busy data and the start time and the end time of the conference initiator, and if there is no intersection, the target time meets the time idle condition, that is, the group members are all in an idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time. When the target time meets the time idle condition, the client a can prominently display the first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle busy view interface. When a conference initiator and group members need to modify idle-busy intervals, the idle-busy view interface may be dragged to adjust a time frame, which is described in this embodiment by taking the conference initiator needs to modify the idle-busy intervals as an example, if it is determined that the idle-busy intervals need to be modified, in step G4, the client a sends an idle-busy interval modification instruction to the server, in step G5, the server sends updated idle-busy data to the client a based on the idle-busy interval modification instruction, and notifies the client B that the idle-busy data has been changed, and in step G6, the updated idle-busy view interface is displayed. It should be understood that, in practical applications, both the conference initiator and the group members may send the idle-busy interval modification instruction to the server according to the idle-busy interval modification requirement, and therefore, the step G4 may also be executed by the client B, which is not limited herein.
Target time of 4 months and 15 days (today): 40, please refer to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an interface showing first schedule information in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the figure, H1 is used to indicate a busy view interface, H2 is used to indicate a corresponding identifier in the case of "no conflict", H3 is used to indicate the first schedule information, H4 is used to indicate a corresponding color in the case of "no conflict", and it is assumed that a time period corresponding to a target time is 1 hour, that is, the first schedule information needs to be highlighted 14: 40 to 15: 40, first schedule information. Fig. 12 (a) is a diagram for showing a busy view interface and highlighting the first schedule information with the identification, and fig. 12 (B) is a diagram for instructing the client a to show the busy view interface and highlighting the first schedule information with the color. It should be understood that the foregoing example is only used for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of highlighting the first schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle-busy view interface needs to be flexibly determined according to actual situations and actual requirements.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the first schedule information is provided, and by using the manner, the schedule of each member can be more intuitively known through the idle view interface and the first schedule information, and the first schedule information is prominently displayed in different manners, so that the conference initiator can more clearly know that the group members are all in an idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time, and thus the efficiency of conference scheduling is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the displaying the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region may specifically include the following steps:
determining a target time from a configurable time set;
and if the target time does not meet the time idle condition, displaying the prompt message corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, and displaying the target time in a second mode, wherein the second mode comprises the step of displaying the target time in a second mark in a highlighted mode or in a second color in a highlighted mode.
In this embodiment, a presentation manner of target time and prompt information that do not meet the time idle condition is introduced, where a client a selects any one configurable time from a configurable time set as a meeting time according to a requirement, and the meeting time is the target time. After the target time is determined, the client a needs to determine whether the target time meets a time idle condition, and display a prompt corresponding to the target time. It can be understood that the time idle condition is not satisfied, and specifically, there is at least one group member in a busy state in a time period corresponding to the target time. At this time, the client a displays the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, and displays the target time in a second style, in this embodiment, the displaying of the target time in the second style may be highlighted by using a second identifier, or highlighted by using a second color, where the second color includes but is not limited to yellow, red, and the like, which are different from the first color, and in practical applications, the manner of displaying the target time should not be construed as a limitation of the present application.
For ease of understanding, the target time is 15 of 4 months and 15 days (today): 30, and the group member peach is in a busy state as an example for explanation, please refer to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of presenting a target time in a second style in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, I1 is used for indicating a time reservation region, I2 is used for indicating the target time, I3 is used for indicating a second identifier, I4 is used for indicating prompt information corresponding to the target time, I5 is used for indicating a second color, fig. 13 (a) is used for indicating the client a to present the prompt information through the time reservation region and to highlight the target time by using the second identifier, fig. 13 (B) is used for indicating the client a to present the prompt information through the time reservation region and to highlight the target time by using the second color, and the prompt information is used for prompting the conference initiator to 15 (today) at 4 months and 15 days (today): at 30, the group member peach is busy. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of presenting the prompt information through the time reservation region and presenting the target time in the second style needs to be flexibly determined according to actual situations and actual requirements.
In the embodiment, the target time and the prompt information display mode under the condition that the time is not satisfied is provided, by adopting the mode, the schedule of each member can be known more intuitively through the prompt information corresponding to the target time, and the target time is highlighted in different modes, so that the conference initiator can know that the group members have other schedules when the target time is obtained, and therefore, the conference initiator can adjust the target time, and the efficiency of conference arrangement is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, after the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time are displayed in the time reservation region, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
acquiring a schedule viewing instruction aiming at a target time;
responding to a schedule viewing instruction of the target time, and displaying a busy view interface;
and highlighting second schedule information corresponding to the target time through a busy view interface, wherein the second schedule information indicates that at least one group member in the N group members is in a busy state in a time period corresponding to the target time.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the second schedule information is introduced, after the client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time through the time reservation region, the conference initiation device may know whether the schedule of the group member at the target time conflicts according to the prompt information, and in addition, may also check the schedule of the group member, that is, trigger a schedule check instruction, so that the client a sends the schedule check instruction to the server to request the busy data, and after receiving the busy data sent by the server, displays the busy view interface based on the busy data. As can be seen from the foregoing embodiment, if the target time does not satisfy the time idle condition, that is, the group members are in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time, the client a prominently displays the second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle busy view interface, where the second schedule information indicates that at least one group member of the N group members is in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time. The time period corresponding to the target time and the specific highlighting manner are similar to those of the previous embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
Specifically, in the idle busy view, if the start time and the end time corresponding to the group member intersect, it may be considered that the group member is in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time, that is, the target time does not satisfy the time idle condition, and the specific structure of the idle busy data is similar to that in fig. 10, and is not described herein again. When the target time does not meet the time idle condition, the client A can prominently display second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle view interface.
20 with target time of 4 months and 15 days (today): 30, and taking highlighting the second schedule information with the second identifier as an example for explanation, please refer to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of an interface showing the second schedule information in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, J1 is used for indicating a busy view interface, J2 is used for indicating a corresponding identifier in the case of "conflict", J3 is used for indicating the second schedule information, and it is assumed that the time period corresponding to the target time is 1 hour, that is, the highlighting 20 is required: 30 to 21: 30, and second schedule information. When there is a group member (e.g., "peach") busy for the time period corresponding to the target time, in the busy view interface shown in (a) of fig. 14, the corresponding flag in the case of "conflict" may be used to highlight the second schedule information indicating that the group member "peach" is in 20: 30 to 21: 30 is busy. When there are two group members in a busy state in the time slot corresponding to the target time, for example, the group members are "small peaches" and "one to one", respectively, that is, the busy view interface shown in fig. 14 (B), the second schedule information may be highlighted by using the second identifier, and the second schedule information indicates that the group members are "small peaches" and "one to one" in 20: 30 to 21: 30 are all busy. It should be understood that the foregoing example is only used for understanding the present solution, and the specific manner of highlighting the second schedule information corresponding to the target time through the idle-busy view interface needs to be flexibly determined according to actual situations and actual requirements.
In this embodiment, a manner of displaying the second schedule information is provided, and by using the manner, the schedule of each member can be known more intuitively through the idle view interface and the second schedule information, so that a conference initiator can more clearly know that a group member has other schedules when a target time is known, and thus the target time is adjusted or negotiated with the group member, thereby improving the efficiency of conference scheduling.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, in another optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, after the project response message is presented on the project initiation interface, the method for initiating a conference may further include the following steps:
when an event reminding instruction is obtained, displaying an event reminding interface;
displaying the event reminding interface when the operation aiming at the event reminding interface is detected;
acquiring meeting reminding information through an event reminding interface;
and sending the conference reminding information to the server so that the server sends the reminding information to at least one group member in the N group members according to the conference reminding information.
In this embodiment, a method for adding a schedule strong reminding function is introduced, and in order to remind group members to participate in a conference on time, an event reminding instruction may be initiated. Client a may present an event reminder interface, which may include schedule reminder information and audiovisual conference appointment information. The method comprises the steps that a conference initiator operates aiming at an event reminding interface to select a reminding function, a client A detects the operation aiming at the event reminding interface and displays the event reminding interface, then conference reminding information is obtained through the event reminding interface, the conference reminding information is sent to a server, and the server sends reminding information to at least one group member in N group members according to the conference reminding information. It can be understood that the reminding message may be a pop-up reminding message on the client B used by the group member, may also be a ringing prompt or a vibration prompt, may also be a prompt through a connected smart watch, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a conference reminding function according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in step K1, the client a displays an event reminding interface, in step K2, when the client a detects an operation for the event reminding interface, the client a displays the event reminding interface, and in step K3, the client a sends conference reminding information acquired through the event reminding interface to the server. 201. receiving a project invitation message sent by a server, wherein the project invitation message comprises target time, the target time is determined according to a project reservation instruction, the project reservation instruction is initiated by a client used by a conference initiator through a time reservation region, the time reservation region is used for displaying the target time and prompt information corresponding to the target time, the prompt information is used for displaying schedule information of N group members, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
in this embodiment, after the client a sends the item reservation instruction for the target time to the server, the client B may receive an item invitation message including the target time sent by the server. The client a displays the target time and the prompt information corresponding to the target time, where the prompt information is used to display schedule information of N group members, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the client a initiates a project reservation instruction through the time reservation region and determines the target time through the project reservation instruction.
For convenience of understanding, in this embodiment, a conference initiator uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client a, and a group member uses a client deployed on a terminal device as a client B as an example.
202. Aiming at a target group, displaying an item invitation message and a conference response interface on a conference response interface, wherein the target group comprises N group members;
in this embodiment, for the target group, the client B may present the item invitation message and the conference response interface on the conference response interface. The conference response interface may include two interfaces, which are respectively an interface indicating that the group member can participate in the conference at the target time and an interface where the group member is inconvenient to participate in the conference at the target time, where a file corresponding to the interface where the group member can participate in the conference at the target time may be "ok", a file corresponding to the interface where the group member cannot participate in the conference at the target time may be "inconvenient", and in an actual application, the file content corresponding to the interface may also be "free" and "busy", and the like, which is not limited herein.
For convenience of understanding, a target group is taken as an example for explanation, please refer to fig. 20, where fig. 20 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment showing an item invitation message and a conference response interface in an embodiment of the present application, where O1 is used for indicating the target group, O2 is used for indicating the conference response interface, O3 is used for indicating the item invitation message, and O4 is used for indicating the conference response interface. After receiving the item invitation message for the target group (e.g., "enterprise group"), client B presents the item invitation message including the target time in a conference response interface, and presents a conference response interface, which is operated by the group members according to the actual schedule.
203. And when the operation aiming at the conference response interface is detected, sending an item response message to the server so as to enable the server to send the item response message to the client used by the conference initiator, wherein the item response message is the participation information fed back by the group members, and the item response message carries the identification of the group members.
In this embodiment, the client B displays the project invitation message and the conference response interface on the conference response interface, the group member can determine whether there is schedule in the corresponding time period of the target time according to the target time, and operates the conference response interface according to the actual schedule, the client B sends the project response message to the server after detecting the operation directed to the conference response interface, and then the server sends the project response message to the client a, because the project response message is the meeting information fed back to the server by the group member with respect to the project invitation message and carries the identification of the group member, the conference initiator can know the specific schedule of the group member at the target time through the project response message displayed by the client a. Specifically, the meeting information may include "may" and "inconvenient", and if the meeting information fed back by all the group members is "ok", that is, all the group members have no other schedules at the target time, the meeting initiator may determine to conduct the meeting at the target time. If the participation information fed back by at least one group member is 'inconvenient', the participation information indicates that the group member has other schedules at the target time.
In this embodiment, a conference response method is provided, and in the process of initiating a conference, for group members, the conference start time can be known, and conference participation information is fed back through their own schedules, so that a conference initiator can more intuitively know the schedules of the members, the conference scheduling efficiency of the conference initiator is improved, and the conference participation efficiency of the group members is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 19, in an optional embodiment of the conference response method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the displaying the item invitation message and the conference response interface on the conference response interface may specifically include the following steps:

when detecting an operation directed to the conference response interface, sending an item response message to the server, so that the server sends the item response message to the client used by the conference initiator, which may specifically include the following steps:
when the operation aiming at the first response interface is detected, sending a first response message to the server so that the server sends the first response message to the client used by the conference initiator, wherein the first response message belongs to the project response message, and the first response message indicates that the group members are in an idle state in a time period corresponding to the target time;
and when the operation aiming at the second response interface is detected, sending a second response message to the server so as to enable the server to send the second response message to the client used by the conference initiator, wherein the second response message belongs to the project response message, and the second response message indicates that the group members are in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time.
In this embodiment, a way for group members to select their participation situation is introduced. The conference response interface comprises a first response interface and a second response interface, the first response interface is used for triggering a first response message, the first response message represents that the group member is in an idle state in a time period corresponding to the target time, the second response interface is used for triggering a second response message, and the second response message represents that the group member is in a busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time. Therefore, if the group member is in the idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time, the group member may operate the first response interface, and after detecting the operation directed to the first response interface, the client B sends the first response message to the server, and the server may send the first response message to the client a, and the conference initiator knows that the group member is in the idle state in the time period corresponding to the target time. If the group member is in the busy state in the time period corresponding to the target time, the group member operates the second response interface, the client B sends a second response message to the server after detecting the operation aiming at the second response interface, and the server can send the second response message to the client A, so that the conference initiator knows that the time period corresponding to the target time of the group member is in the busy state, and the conference time is coordinated.
For convenience of understanding, please refer to fig. 21, fig. 21 is a schematic diagram of an interface operating based on conference response in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, P1 is used to indicate a first response interface, P2 is used to indicate a second response interface, fig. 21 (a) illustrates the first response interface displayed on the conference response interface, when all group members operate the first response interface P1 on the corresponding client B, the diagram (B) in fig. 21 is entered, and the group members "one-to-one", "two", "hip-hop", and "small peach" are displayed on the diagram (B) in fig. 21, and all trigger the first response interface, so that the group members "one-to-one", "two", "hip-hop", and "small peach" are in an idle state at the time period corresponding to the target time. Fig. 21 (C) illustrates the second response interface displayed on the conference response interface, and when there is a group member (e.g., "small peach") triggering the second response interface, the process proceeds to (D) in fig. 21, where the group members "one by one", "two", and "hip-hop" on (D) in fig. 21 all trigger the first response interface, and the group member "small peach" triggers the second response interface, so that the time periods corresponding to the target times of the group members "one by one", "two", and "hip-hop" are all in the idle state, and the time periods corresponding to the target times of the group member "small peach" are all in the busy state.
In this embodiment, a way for group members to select their own participation situation is provided, and by using the above way, the required state of each member at the target time is obtained under the situation of more group members, so that the meeting time is negotiated quickly and conveniently, and the meeting scheduling efficiency is improved.
With reference to the above description, the following describes a method for responding to a conference in the present application, please refer to fig. 22, where fig. 22 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a method for initiating a conference in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in the figure, an embodiment of a method for responding to a conference in an embodiment of the present application includes:
301. aiming at a target group, displaying a reservation configuration area on a project initiating interface, wherein the target group comprises N group members, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
in this embodiment, before a conference is scheduled by a conference initiator, a reservation configuration area may be displayed on a project initiation interface of a client a for a target group that needs to participate in the conference, where the target group is one of groups where the conference initiator is located, and the target group includes at least two group members, and includes at least one group member in addition to the conference initiator. The specific target groups and the project initiation interface are similar to those described in the previous embodiments, and are not described herein again.
For convenience of understanding, a target group is taken as an enterprise group as an example for explanation, please refer to fig. 23, and fig. 23 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of entering a reserved configuration area based on the target group in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in the drawing, Q1 is used for indicating the target group, Q2 is used for indicating a project initiation interface, Q3 is used for indicating the reserved configuration area, fig. 4 (a) shows a group where a conference initiator is located, which includes the target group (assumed to be an "enterprise group"), and fig. 4 (B) is used for indicating the reserved configuration area, which includes 12 members in the enterprise group, that is, 11 group members and the conference initiator. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present embodiment, and the position, shape and size of the reserved configuration area need to be flexibly determined according to actual situations.
302. Acquiring a configuration time range through a reserved configuration area, wherein the configuration time range comprises a starting time and an ending time;
in this embodiment, the conference initiator may input a configuration time range and a tolerance coefficient through the reserved configuration area, where the configuration time range indicates a time period in which the conference initiator wants to hold the conference, and the tolerance coefficient indicates that the time of the group members exceeding the preset ratio in the configuration time range meets the requirement. In particular, the time in the configured time range may include the year, month, and date.
Illustratively, for a time of day, if the conference initiator wishes to switch between 14: 00 to 17: 00, then the configuration time range may be selected to be 14: 00 to 17: 00. secondly, if the target group includes 11 group members and a conference initiator, the conference initiator may further set a tolerance coefficient, and if the tolerance coefficient is 60%, that is, 7 persons (greater than 60%) of the 11 group members in the target group are 14: 00 to 17: and 5, participating in the conference in the time range of 00. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific configuration time range needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual requirements of the conference initiator.
303. Determining target time from the configuration time range according to the configuration time range and the schedule information of the N group members;
in this embodiment, after the conference initiator determines the configuration time range, a suitable target time may be determined within the configuration time range according to the schedule information of the N group members. That is, the schedule information of the N group members in the target time indicates that the group member is in an idle state, or the number of group members satisfying the tolerance coefficient is in an idle state at the target time.
Illustratively, for the time of day, assume that the target group includes 11 group members and a conference initiator, and the configured time range is 14: 00 to 17: 00, tolerance factor of 60%, if 11 group members are in 15: 30 are all in an idle state, it can be determined 15: and 30 is the target time. For example, 6 group members are at 15: 30 are in idle state, and 9 group members are in 16: 00 is in an idle state, then 16: 00 is the target time. It should be understood that the foregoing examples are only for understanding the present solution, and the specific target time needs to be flexibly determined according to the actual situation of the configured time range and the schedule information of the group members.
304. And sending a conference reservation instruction aiming at the target time to a server so as to enable the server to send an item invitation message to the clients used by the N group members according to the item reservation instruction, wherein the item invitation message comprises the target time.
In this embodiment, the conference initiator may operate the determination interface in the reserved configuration area, where the operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking the determination interface, sliding the determination interface, or double-clicking the determination interface. The sending method of the specific conference reservation instruction is similar to that described in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, a method for initiating a conference is provided, and in the above manner, a conference initiator may actively set a configuration time range according to a requirement, may also set a tolerance coefficient, and then actively push a target event meeting the requirement according to a user requirement, so that not only may an actual requirement of a user be better met, but also the conference initiator may acquire a meeting situation of each group member on line, and therefore, in a process of initiating a conference, for the conference initiator, a large amount of negotiation time may be reduced, thereby improving efficiency of conference arrangement.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 20, in an optional embodiment of the method for initiating a conference provided in the embodiment of the present application, the determining the target time from the configured time range according to the configured time range and the schedule information of the N group members may specifically include the following steps:

displaying the first recommended time;
if the time confirmation instruction is received, responding to the time confirmation instruction, and determining the first recommended time as the target time;
and responding to the time switching instruction and displaying the second recommended time if the time switching instruction is received.
In this embodiment, after the conference initiator determines the configuration time range, it may determine, according to the schedule information of the N group members, two recommendation times including a first recommendation time and a second recommendation time from the configuration time range, then the client a displays the first recommendation time, and also displays the prompt information corresponding to the first recommendation time, for example, "there is no conflict with the schedule of everyone at the first recommendation time," or "there is no conflict with the schedule of 9 group members at the first recommendation time," and the specific prompt information needs to be determined according to the schedule information of the group members, and the specific text of the prompt information needs to be flexibly determined according to actual needs.
Therefore, when the conference initiator determines that the first recommended time can be the conference time according to the prompt information corresponding to the first recommended time, the confirmation interface is operated to generate a time confirmation instruction, and the client a responds to the time confirmation instruction and determines the first recommended time as the target time. If the conference initiator wants to change other recommended time, the switching interface can be operated to generate a time switching instruction, the client a responds to the time switching instruction, displays the next recommended time, namely the second recommended time, and can also display prompt information corresponding to the second recommended time, and the specific prompt information is similar to the first recommended time and is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, a method for determining a target time is provided, and in the foregoing manner, a conference initiator is arranged before a conference, at least one recommended time is determined according to schedule information of group members, and the target time is determined from the at least one recommended time according to a requirement of the conference initiator, so that in a process of initiating the conference, for the conference initiator, negotiation time can be reduced, and conference time can be flexibly determined according to the requirement, thereby improving efficiency and flexibility of conference arrangement.
