Referring to fig. 1, a shopping service method is provided in an embodiment of the present application. The shopping service method comprises the following steps:
01: under the condition that the electronic equipment is detected to reach the specified position, determining a market service set matched with the specified position; and
03: and in the case that the trigger instruction is detected at the specified position, running the application service in the market service set responding to the trigger instruction.
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a shopping service device 10. The shopping service device 10 includes a determination module 11 and an operation module 12. The shopping service method according to the embodiment of the present application is applicable to the shopping service device 10. Wherein, the determining module 11 and the executing module 12 are respectively used for executing the step 01 and the step 03. That is, the determining module 11 is configured to determine, in a case that the electronic device is detected to reach the specified location, a marketplace service set matching the specified location; the execution module 12 is configured to execute an application service in the marketplace service set in response to the trigger instruction if the trigger instruction is detected at the designated location.
Referring to fig. 3, an electronic device 1000 is further provided in the present embodiment. The electronic device 1000 comprises a processor 20. The shopping service method according to the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the electronic device 1000. The processor 20 is configured to perform step 01 and step 03. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine a set of marketplace services that match a specified location in the case that the electronic device arrives at the specified location; and under the condition that the trigger instruction is detected at the specified position, running the application service in the market service set responding to the trigger instruction.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the electronic device 1000 may include a first electronic device 100, and a second electronic device 200 or 300. The first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 or 300 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a display device, a notebook computer, a teller machine, a gate, a smart watch, a head-up display device, a game machine, and the like. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the application, the first electronic device 100 is a mobile phone, and the second electronic device 200 or 300 is a watch or virtual reality glasses. The specific form in which the second electronic device 200 or 300 can be provided is not limited to a watch or virtual reality glasses.
The first electronic device 100 includes a housing 30. The housing 30 may also be used to mount functional modules of the first electronic device 100, such as a display device, an imaging device, a power supply device, and a communication device, so that the housing 30 provides protection for the functional modules, such as dust prevention, drop prevention, and water prevention.
Specifically, the processor 20 may determine that the specified location (i.e., the current location) matches the marketplace service set of the marketplace when detecting that the first electronic device reaches the specified location, i.e., when the user enters a certain range of the marketplace, such as the distance between the current location of the user and the marketplace is 50 meters, 100 meters, and 200 meters, so that the processor 20 may obtain the marketplace service set matching and execute the application service in the marketplace service set in response to the trigger instruction in the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 according to the detected trigger instruction. The shopping service set can include parking space navigation service, shopping service, checkout service, goods taking service and the like, and the processor can operate different application services according to different detected trigger instructions.
The processor 30 may detect the specific triggering instruction according to whether the user is at the designated location. The designated location is the location of the first electronic device, i.e., the user's current location.
Upon detecting the trigger instruction, the processor 20 may predict the user's intention from the specified location, i.e., confirm the trigger instruction.
For example, referring to fig. 5, when the current location of the user indicates that the user is located on the vehicle a and arrives near the parking lot P, such as the distance L1 between the vehicle a and the parking lot P is 50 meters, 100 meters, 150 meters, etc., the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to park in a parking space, i.e., determine that the trigger command is a parking space command. At this time, the processor 20 may control an application service in the mall service set in response to the parking space finding instruction, i.e., a parking space navigation service, to perform a navigation service on the screen 50 of the first electronic device or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device, so that the vehicle a can quickly find an unoccupied parking space P0 after entering the parking lot P and stop the vehicle a at the parking space P0. Preferably, the processor 20 may further control the navigation service to select an unoccupied parking space closest to the elevator position, so that the user can quickly enter the mall by taking the elevator after parking.
For another example, when the user's current location arrives within the mall, the processor 20 may determine that the user's intent is shopping, i.e., determine that the triggering instruction is a shopping instruction. At this point, processor 20 may control an application service, i.e., a shopping service, in the marketplace service set that responds to the shopping instruction. Then, as shown in fig. 6, the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 or the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 may display the category of the commodity or the commodity list (such as categories of fruits, vegetables, meat, household goods and daily commodities), and the user may control the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 by touch or voice to enable the processor 20 to obtain the commodity required to be purchased by the user. Further, after the user selects the goods, the processor 20 may automatically turn on the navigation service, and display a navigation route on the display lens 301 of the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 or the second electronic device 300 according to the location of the goods desired to be purchased by the user and the current location of the user, so that the user can quickly find the goods desired to be purchased.
For another example, when the user approaches to a product and brings the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 close to the product, the electronic tag may be located in the communication range of the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 due to the electronic tag being disposed on the product, and the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to add a shopping cart, that is, determine that the trigger instruction is an add shopping cart instruction. At this time, the processor 20 may control an application service in the mall service set in response to the add shopping cart instruction service, that is, a shopping cart service, to add the goods corresponding to the electronic tag to the to-be-purchased list.
For another example, when processor 20 determines that the current location of the user reaches the payment area of the mall, processor 20 may determine that the user's intent is to check out, i.e., determine that the triggering instruction is a check-out instruction. At this time, the processor 20 may control an application service in the marketplace service set, which is a checkout service, in response to the checkout instruction, so that the processor 20 controls the first electronic device 100 to automatically display the payment code, or the processor 20 controls the second electronic device 200 to automatically display the payment code, to help the user complete the payment function through the payment code.
For example, when the processor 20 determines that the current location of the user arrives at a pickup area of a shopping mall, and determines that the user has completed payment through a shopping mall service application, the processor 20 may determine that the user's intention is pickup, i.e., confirm that the trigger command is a pickup command. The processor 20 may control an application service in the marketplace service set, i.e., a pick service, in response to the pick instruction, so that the processor 20 controls the first electronic device 100 to automatically display the pick code, or the processor 20 controls the second electronic device 200 to automatically display the pick code, so as to help the user complete the pick through the pick code.
It should be noted that, after the processor 20 obtains the shopping mall service set, in order to ensure that the application service in the shopping mall service set can be normally used in the electronic device 1000, the processor 20 may also obtain user rights, such as the positioning right required by the parking space navigation service, the microphone right for the user to select a required commodity under voice control, and the like.
In the shopping service method, the shopping service apparatus 10 and the electronic device 1000 according to the embodiment of the present application, the mall service set matching the specified location is obtained by detecting that the electronic device reaches the specified location, that is, the user reaches the specified location, and the application service responding to the trigger instruction in the mall service set is executed by detecting the trigger instruction according to the specified location, that is, the location of the user. Therefore, the user does not need to carry out interactive operation, the intention of the user is actively predicted according to whether the user is located at the designated position, the user can conveniently and quickly start the application service corresponding to various intentions, the user operation is simple, and the user experience is good.
Referring to fig. 2-4 and 7, in some embodiments, step 01: the method for acquiring the market service application matched with the current position further comprises the following steps:
011: in the case of detecting that the first electronic device 100 reaches the designated location, determining one or more shopping malls within a predetermined range centered around the current location of the first electronic device 100; and
012: and acquiring a target market with a distance smaller than a preset distance from the current position to determine a market service set matched with the target market.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 11 is configured to perform step 011 and step 012. That is, the obtaining module 11 is configured to, in a case that it is detected that the first electronic device 100 reaches the specified location, determine one or more shopping malls within a predetermined range centered around the current location of the first electronic device 100; and acquiring a target market with a distance smaller than a preset distance from the current position to determine a market service set matched with the target market.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform steps 011 and 012. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine one or more shopping malls within a predetermined range centered around the current location of the first electronic device 100, in case that the first electronic device 100 is detected to arrive at the specified location; and acquiring a target market with a distance smaller than a preset distance from the current position to determine a market service set matched with the target market.
In particular, in case the processor 20 detects that the first electronic device 100 arrives at a specified location, such as before the user has not entered the mall, i.e. the user is located near the mall. The processor 20 may find one or more shopping malls within a predetermined range centered around the current location of the first electronic device, i.e. the current location of the user. Wherein, the predetermined range is a preset value, such as 500 meters, 800 meters, 1000 meters, etc. Then, within a predetermined range, centered on the current location, at least one mall may be determined.
Next, if there are a plurality of shopping malls, the processor 20 may further determine whether the distances between the plurality of shopping malls and the current location are smaller than a predetermined distance, so as to determine a target shopping mall, i.e. the shopping mall that the user wants to go, and obtain a shopping mall service set corresponding to the target shopping mall.
For example, referring to fig. 8, taking the user driving the vehicle B as an example, the processor 20 finds a mall P1, a mall P2 and a mall P3 within a predetermined range by taking the current position of the vehicle B as the center, and the processor 20 may respectively compare whether the distance H1 between the vehicle B and the mall P1 is less than a predetermined distance, whether the distance H2 between the vehicle B and the mall P2 is less than the predetermined distance, and whether the distance between the vehicle B and the mall P3 is less than the predetermined distance, so as to determine a target mall among the three malls, namely, the mall P1, the mall P2 and the mall P3. If distance H1 is less than the predetermined distance, then mall P1 is the target mall and processor 20 may obtain a set of mall services that match mall P1.
It should be noted that, if the plurality of shopping malls are smaller than the target shopping mall at the same time, the processor 20 may further use a corresponding shopping mall with the smallest distance among the plurality of shopping malls and the plurality of distances between the current location as the target shopping mall. Wherein the predetermined distance may be set to be close to 0 meter, so as to ensure that the processor 20 can determine a target mall in the plurality of malls to obtain a mall service set matching the target mall.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and 9, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service responding to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method comprises the following steps:
031: when the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot and the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle terminal, the trigger instruction is determined to be a parking space finding instruction, and a parking space navigation service responding to the parking space finding instruction in the shopping mall service set is operated.
Step 031: when the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot and the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle terminal, the triggering instruction is determined to be a parking space finding instruction, and a parking space navigation service responding to the parking space finding instruction in the shopping mall service set is operated, including the steps of:
0311: and determining the first electronic device 100 to arrive at the parking lot under the condition that the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is smaller than a first preset distance and the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is gradually reduced.
In certain embodiments, the execution module 12 is configured to execute step 031 and step 0311. That is, the operation module 12 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a parking space finding instruction when the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot and the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle terminal, and operate a parking space navigation service in response to the parking space finding instruction in the marketplace service set; and determining the first electronic device 100 to arrive at the parking lot under the condition that the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is smaller than a first preset distance and the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is gradually reduced.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform steps 031 and 0311. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a parking space finding instruction when the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot and the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle terminal, and operate a parking space navigation service in response to the parking space finding instruction in the marketplace service set; and determining the first electronic device 100 to arrive at the parking lot under the condition that the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is smaller than a first preset distance and the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is gradually reduced.
The designated location includes a parking lot, and after the processor 20 obtains the shopping mall service set, when the first electronic device 100 reaches the parking lot and the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle terminal, the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to find a parking space, that is, determine that the trigger instruction is a parking space finding instruction, and operate a parking space navigation service in response to the parking space finding instruction in the shopping mall service set.
In one embodiment, the processor 20 may determine whether the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is less than a preset distance, to determine that the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot when the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is less than the preset distance. Wherein the first preset distance may be a smaller value, such as 10 meters, 20 meters, 30 meters, etc.
In another embodiment, the processor 20 may determine whether the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is less than a first preset distance and whether the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is gradually decreased, so that when the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is less than the preset distance and the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot is gradually decreased, the processor 20 may determine that the first electronic device 100 arrives at the parking lot. The first preset distance may be a larger value, such as 100 meters, 200 meters, 300 meters, and the like, when the distance between the first electronic device 100 and the parking lot gradually decreases, it is known that the user is driving a vehicle close to the parking lot, and the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to find a parking space, that is, the touch instruction is the parking space finding instruction.
Specifically, when the vehicle terminal is connected to the first electronic device 100, indicating that the user is located in the vehicle, it is determined whether the first electronic device reaches the parking lot according to the above embodiment, and thus the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to park in the parking space, i.e., determine that the trigger command is the parking space finding command.
Next, after the processor 20 determines that the trigger instruction is a parking space finding instruction, the processor 20 operates a parking space navigation service in response to the parking space finding instruction in the shopping mall service set, so as to navigate the vehicle to an unoccupied parking space.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the processor 20 determines that the first electronic device 100 is connected to the vehicle a, and the distance L1 between the vehicle a and the parking lot P is smaller than the preset distance, and the processor 20 may determine that the trigger command is a parking space finding command. At this time, the processor 20 may operate the navigation service in response to the parking space finding instruction in the mall service set to automatically display navigation information on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 or a screen (not shown) of the vehicle terminal, through which the user can drive into the parking lot and park the vehicle in the parking space P1. Preferably, the parking space P1 is the nearest parking space to the elevator after being screened, so that the user can quickly enter the shopping area of the shopping mall through the elevator after parking the vehicle in the parking space P1.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and 10, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service responding to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method further comprises the following steps:
032: and under the condition that the first electronic device is detected to reach the specified position, determining that the triggering instruction is a shopping instruction, and operating a shopping service in response to the shopping instruction in the shopping mall service set.
In certain embodiments, the operation module 12 is configured to perform step 032. That is, the running module 12 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a shopping instruction when detecting that the first electronic device arrives at the specified location, and run a shopping service in the marketplace service set in response to the shopping instruction.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 032. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a shopping instruction and execute a shopping service in the marketplace service set in response to the shopping instruction, in case that the first electronic device is detected to arrive at the designated location.
Specifically, after the processor 20 obtains the set of marketplace services, if the processor 20 determines that the designated location, that is, the current location of the user, is located in the designated location, that is, the marketplace, the processor 20 may determine that the user's intention is shopping, that is, determine that the trigger instruction is a shopping instruction.
At this time, the processor 20 may run a shopping service in the mall service in response to the shopping instruction.
More specifically, the processor 20 may present the merchandise on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 (cell phone), or the display screen 201 or display lens 301 of the second electronic device 200 (watch or virtual display device) through the shopping service.
As shown in fig. 11, four options of "furniture", "daily department", "fruit" and "snacks" may be displayed on the screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301, and the four options may be located in different areas of the mall due to different categories according to the categories. The user can select one of the options, such as selecting the "furniture" option, by controlling the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 with voice through the touch screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301, at this time, the screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301 automatically switches to display navigation information between the current position X and the position Y corresponding to the option, and the user can quickly reach the position of the option according to the navigation information.
It should be noted that when the first electronic device 100 is not used, such as placing a pocket, the processor 20 performs the displaying and navigating work through the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300. When the first electronic device 100 is used, i.e. the screen 50 is in a bright state, the processor 20 performs the displaying and navigating work directly through the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 2-4, 12 and 13, in some embodiments, step 032: operating a shopping service in the marketplace service set in response to the shopping instruction, comprising the steps of:
0321: displaying the display commodity information through the first electronic device 100;
0322: acquiring information of commodities to be purchased input according to the information of the displayed commodities; and
0323: and running a navigation service according to the position corresponding to the information of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the navigation service is used for navigating the first electronic equipment 100 from the current position to the position corresponding to the commodity to be purchased.
Step 0322: the method for acquiring the information of the commodities to be purchased, which is input according to the information of the displayed commodities, comprises the following steps:
03221: acquiring first information of a commodity to be purchased input according to information of the displayed commodity displayed by the first electronic device 100;
03222: sending the information of the displayed commodities to the second electronic device 200, and receiving information of second commodities to be purchased sent by the second electronic device 200, wherein the information of the second commodities to be purchased is input by the user according to the information of the displayed commodities displayed by the second electronic device 200; and
03223: and determining the first to-be-purchased commodity information and/or the second to-be-purchased commodity information as to-be-purchased commodity information.
In certain embodiments, running module 12 is used to perform step 0321, step 0322, step 0323, step 03221, step 03222, and step 03223. Namely, the operation module 12 is configured to display the display commodity information through the first electronic device 100; acquiring a to-be-purchased commodity letter input according to the information of the displayed commodity; and running a navigation service according to the position corresponding to the information of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the navigation service is used for navigating the first electronic device 100 from the current position to the position corresponding to the commodity to be purchased. Acquiring first information of a commodity to be purchased input according to information of the displayed commodity displayed by the first electronic device 100; sending the information of the displayed commodities to the second electronic device 200, and receiving information of second commodities to be purchased sent by the second electronic device 200, wherein the information of the second commodities to be purchased is input by the user according to the information of the displayed commodities displayed by the second electronic device 200; and determining the first to-be-purchased commodity information and/or the second to-be-purchased commodity information as to-be-purchased commodity information.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 0321, step 0322, step 0323. Namely, the processor 20 is configured to display the information of the displayed goods through the first electronic device 100; acquiring a to-be-purchased commodity letter input according to the information of the displayed commodity; and running a navigation service according to the position corresponding to the information of the commodity to be purchased, wherein the navigation service is used for navigating the first electronic device 100 from the current position to the position corresponding to the commodity to be purchased. Specifically, when the processor 20 determines that the triggering instruction is a shopping instruction to run a shopping service, as shown in fig. 11, the processor 20 may display the display mall information through the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100. At this time, the processor 20 may acquire the information of the goods to be purchased inputted from the information of the root exhibited goods to provide a navigation service for the user.
Referring to fig. 14, the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 may display the information of the display goods, such as "vegetables", "fruits", "seasonings", and "five cereals", when the user selects the display goods information as "five cereals", that is, the information of the goods to be purchased is "five cereals", and the processor 20 may operate the navigation service according to the position corresponding to the "five cereals". The navigation service may obtain a current location of the first electronic device 100, that is, a current location of the user, so that the current location may be provided for the user to reach a location corresponding to the information of the to-be-purchased goods.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the first electronic device 100 may further perform data transmission with the second electronic device 200 to transmit the information of the displayed product to the second electronic device 200, so that the processor 20 may obtain the first information of the product to be purchased input by the information of the displayed product displayed by the first electronic device 100, and may also receive the second information of the product to be purchased transmitted by the second electronic device 200. Wherein, the second to-be-purchased commodity information is input by the user according to the displayed commodity information displayed on the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200. As shown in the right drawing of fig. 13, the user may determine that the to-be-purchased goods information is "five cereals" and "fruits" by selecting "five cereals" on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 and "fruits" on the display screen of the second electronic device 200, and the processor 20 may determine that the first to-be-purchased goods information is "five cereals" and the second to-be-purchased goods information is "fruits".
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 may also display different display merchandise information than the first electronic device 100, such as the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 displaying display merchandise information such as "vegetables", "fruits", "spices" and "five cereals", and the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 displaying display merchandise information such as "beverages", "snacks", "toys" and "books". In addition, the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100, and the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 can also display specific display commodity information directly, such as pictures of fruits, pictures of toys, and the like. Thus, the user can select one kind of the displayed commodity information or one kind of the displayed commodity information on the screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301.
The input of the display merchandise information, that is, the input of the user may be that the user selects through one of the touch screen 50, the display screen 201, or the display lens 301, or that the user selects through controlling the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 through voice. The user's input operation may be the user selecting through the touch screen 50 and the display screen 201 or the display lens 301, or the user controlling the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 through voice. That is, the processor 20 may determine the to-be-purchased goods information by receiving an input operation of the first electronic device 100 or an input operation of the second electronic device 200, and also simultaneously receiving an input operation of the first electronic device 100 and an input operation of the second electronic device 200.
Next, the processor 20 may run the navigation service according to the current location of the first electronic device 100, i.e., the current location of the user and the location of the goods to be purchased. As shown in the right diagram of fig. 11, after the processor 20 determines the to-be-purchased product, the screen 50, the display 201, or the display lens 301 may directly display the navigation information of the current position to the to-be-purchased product position, and the user may quickly find the to-be-purchased product according to the navigation information.
In addition, when the commodity to be purchased has no position information, a prompt message of 'the commodity unfinished information' can be displayed on the screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301; when the goods to be purchased has the location information, the processor 20 may further obtain the inventory of the goods through the store service application, and when the inventory of the goods is 0, a prompt message "the goods are out of stock" may be further displayed on the screen 50 or the display screen 201 or the display lens 301, so as to ensure the shopping experience of the user.
In one embodiment, the current location of the first electronic device 100, that is, the current location of the user, may be determined according to a wireless local area network signal of a shopping mall received by the first electronic device 100, may also be determined according to a bluetooth signal of the shopping mall received by the first electronic device 100, and may also be determined according to the wireless local area network and the bluetooth signal received by the first electronic device 100.
In another embodiment, the current location of the second electronic device 100, i.e. the current location of the user, may be determined according to the wireless local area network signal of the shopping mall received by the second electronic device 200, may also be determined according to the bluetooth signal of the shopping mall received by the second electronic device 200, and may also be determined according to the wireless local area network and the bluetooth signal received by the second electronic device 200.
In yet another embodiment, the current location of the user may be determined according to the wireless local area network signals of the shopping mall received by the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200, may also be determined according to the bluetooth signals of the shopping mall received by the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200, and may also be determined according to the wireless local area network signals and the bluetooth signals received by the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200.
Still further, the second electronic device 200 may also be virtual reality glasses, and when the processor 20 runs the navigation service, the navigation service may display a route from the current location of the user to a location corresponding to the information of the commodity to be purchased in the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 and/or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 through a virtual reality technology, so as to give the user a better navigation experience.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and 16, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service responding to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method further comprises the following steps:
033: when the electronic tag corresponding to the information of the commodity to be purchased is detected at the designated position, determining that the triggering instruction is a shopping cart adding instruction, and operating a shopping cart service responding to the shopping cart adding instruction in the shopping mall service set, wherein the shopping cart service is used for adding the information of the commodity to be purchased to the shopping list.
In certain embodiments, the run module 12 is configured to perform step 033. That is, the operation module 12 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is an instruction to add a shopping cart when the electronic tag corresponding to the to-be-purchased commodity information is detected at the designated location, and operate a shopping cart service in response to the instruction to add a shopping cart in the marketplace service set, where the shopping cart service is configured to add the to-be-purchased commodity information to the to-be-purchased list.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 032. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is an add shopping cart instruction when the electronic tag corresponding to the to-be-purchased commodity information is detected at the specified location, and run a shopping cart service in the marketplace service set in response to the add shopping cart instruction, where the shopping cart service is configured to add the to-be-purchased commodity information to the to-be-purchased list.
Specifically, both the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 may be configured to communicate, and when the user arrives at a specific location, if the electronic tag corresponding to the information of the to-be-purchased commodity is detected, the first electronic device 100 or the second electronic device 200 may acquire specific content about the information of the to-be-purchased commodity included in the electronic tag, at this time, the processor may determine that the trigger instruction is an instruction to add a shopping cart, so as to run a shopping cart service in the marketplace service set in response to the instruction to add the shopping cart, so as to add the information of the to-be-purchased commodity to the to-be-purchased list. The information of the commodities to be purchased can also comprise commodity pictures, unit prices, production dates, quality guarantee periods and other contents.
In one embodiment, after the user reaches the location corresponding to the information of the to-be-purchased goods through the navigation service, that is, after the first electronic device 100 reaches the designated location, the user may approach the first electronic device 100 to the to-be-purchased goods, so that the first electronic device 100 detects the electronic tag corresponding to the information of the to-be-purchased goods, the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to add a shopping cart, that is, the touch instruction is an add shopping cart instruction, and run a shopping cart service, so as to add the information of the to-be-purchased goods to the to-be-purchased list.
In yet another embodiment, the user may further bring the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 close to the to-be-purchased article at the same time, so that the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 detect the electronic tag corresponding to the to-be-purchased article information at the same time, and the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to add a shopping cart, that is, the trigger instruction is an instruction to add a shopping cart. Here, the information of the article to be purchased, which is approached by the first electronic device 100, and the information of the article to be purchased, which is approached by the second electronic device 200, may be different information of the article to be purchased, thereby ensuring that a plurality of articles to be purchased can be added simultaneously.
In addition, when the first electronic device 100 and/or the second electronic device 200 detects an electronic tag corresponding to a to-be-purchased commodity, detailed information of the commodity, such as a commodity production date, a commodity price, a commodity discount date, and the like, may be displayed on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100, the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200, or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300, and recommendation information of other commodities related to the commodity, such as an induction cooker, a pot, a bowl, and the like, may also be displayed, so that a user can further determine whether to purchase the commodity, and is convenient for the user to add other required purchased commodities, thereby improving the shopping experience of the user.
Thus, the processor 20 may add the information of the goods to be purchased to the list of the goods to be purchased when the first electronic device 100 and/or the second electronic device 200 is located near the designated location, i.e., the information of the goods to be purchased, through the set of marketplace services.
Referring to fig. 2-4 and 17, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service responding to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method further comprises the following steps:
034: acquiring recommended commodity information matched with the information of the commodity to be purchased from a preset database, and displaying the recommended commodity information through the first electronic device 100; and
035: and receiving an input operation of the first electronic device 100, and adding the purchased commodity information input according to the recommended commodity information to the to-be-purchased list.
In certain embodiments, the execution module 12 is configured to perform steps 034 and 035. That is, the operation module 12 is configured to obtain recommended commodity information matched with the information of the commodity to be purchased from a preset database, and display the recommended commodity information through the first electronic device 100; and receiving an input operation of the first electronic device 100, and adding the additional purchase commodity information input according to the recommended commodity information to the to-be-purchased list.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform steps 034 and 035. That is, the processor 20 is configured to obtain recommended commodity information matched with the information of the commodity to be purchased from a preset database, and display the recommended commodity information through the first electronic device 100; and receiving an input operation of the first electronic device 100, and adding the additional purchase commodity information input according to the recommended commodity information to the to-be-purchased list.
Specifically, when the processor 20 determines that the triggering instruction is an add shopping cart instruction, so as to add the information of the goods to be purchased to the list of the goods to be purchased, the processor 20 may further obtain recommended goods information matching the information of the goods to be purchased from a preset database, and display the recommended goods information in the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100. And the preset third-party database is a database established for the shopping mall.
For example, the to-be-purchased product is red fuji apple, and thus, the processor 20 may also obtain recommended product information related to "apple" according to the to-be-purchased product information of "apple". As shown in fig. 18, four different kinds of apples, namely, "red fuji", "golden crown", "green apple" and "golden crown", and a price a, a price B, a price C and a price D corresponding to each kind of apple can be displayed on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100. Therefore, the user can select the desired product by comparing the four types of apples.
In some embodiments, the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 may be used to display information of goods to be purchased, and the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 may be used to display information of recommended goods, so that the user may specifically filter whether the information of goods to be recommended is needed through the second electronic device 200.
Next, the user may add the purchased article information input according to the recommended article information to the to-be-purchased list by performing an input operation on the first electronic device 100.
In one embodiment, the user may add the purchased article information input according to the recommended article information to the to-be-purchased list by performing an input operation on the second electronic device 200.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 19, the shopping service method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes the steps of:
04: the input operation of the first electronic device 100 is received to edit the information of the to-be-purchased goods in the to-be-purchased list, the editing includes at least one of adding the information of the to-be-purchased goods, increasing or decreasing the number of specific information of the to-be-purchased goods, and clearing the to-be-purchased list, and the input operation includes a touch input operation and/or a voice input operation.
Referring to FIG. 20, in some embodiments, the shopping service device 10 further includes an editing module 13, and the editing module 13 is configured to execute step 04. That is, the editing module 13 is configured to receive an input operation of the first electronic device 100 to edit information of goods to be purchased in the list to be purchased, where the editing includes at least one of adding information of goods to be purchased, increasing or decreasing the number of specific information of goods to be purchased, and clearing the list to be purchased, and the input operation includes a touch input operation and/or a voice input operation.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 04. Namely, the processor 20 is configured to receive an input operation of the first electronic device 100, so as to edit information of goods to be purchased in the list to be purchased, where the editing includes at least one of adding information of goods to be purchased, increasing or decreasing the number of specific information of goods to be purchased, and clearing the list to be purchased, and the input operation includes a touch input operation and/or a voice input operation.
In one embodiment, the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 may further display a to-be-purchased list, and the processor 20 may receive an input operation of the user to the first electronic device 100 to edit information of a to-be-purchased item in the to-be-purchased list. As shown in fig. 21, the to-be-purchased list may display commodity information a, commodity information B, and commodity information C, each commodity information is correspondingly displayed with a "+" button to represent that the to-be-purchased commodity information is added or the quantity of the to-be-purchased commodity information is increased, a "-" button to represent that the to-be-purchased commodity information is deleted or the quantity of the to-be-purchased commodity information is decreased, and a "clear" button to represent that the to-be-purchased list is cleared, so that the processor 20 may complete editing of the to-be-purchased list according to an output operation of the user on the first electronic device 100. The output operation may be to touch the corresponding "+" button, "-" button, and "clear" button in the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100, or the output operation may be to perform a voice input operation on the first electronic device 100 by the user, for example, if the voice is uttered to the first electronic device 100, the processor 20 may add the number of the commodity information a, which is "add the number of the commodity information a to 10".
In another embodiment, the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300 may further display a to-be-purchased list, and the processor 20 may receive an input operation of the user on the second electronic device 200 to edit information of an item to be purchased in the to-be-purchased list. Similarly, as shown in fig. 21, the to-be-purchased list may display the commodity information a, the commodity information B and the commodity information C, each commodity information is correspondingly displayed with a "+" button to represent that the to-be-purchased commodity information is added or the quantity of the to-be-purchased commodity information is increased, a "-" button to represent that the to-be-purchased commodity information is deleted or the quantity of the to-be-purchased commodity information is reduced, and a "clear" button to represent that the to-be-purchased list is cleared, so that the processor 20 may complete the editing of the to-be-purchased list according to the output operation of the user on the second electronic device 200. The output operation may be to touch the corresponding "+" button, "-" button, and "clear" button in the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300, or the output operation may be to perform a voice input operation on the second electronic device 200 by a user, for example, to issue a voice instruction "add the number of the commodity information a to 10" to the second electronic device 200, and the processor 20 may add the number of the commodity information a correspondingly.
In addition, the user can perform an input operation on the to-be-purchased list in the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100 and perform an input operation on the to-be-purchased list in the display screen 201 of the second electronic device 200 or the display lens 301 of the second electronic device 300, so that two operations are performed on the same to-be-purchased list at the same time to complete the quick editing of the to-be-purchased list.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 22, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service responding to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method further comprises the following steps:
036: when the second electronic device 200 is detected at the designated position, it is determined that the trigger instruction is a share shopping cart instruction, and a shopping cart service in the shopping mall service set, which responds to the share shopping cart instruction, is executed, so that a to-be-purchased list of the second electronic device 200 and a to-be-purchased list of the first electronic device 100 are merged to be used as to-be-purchased lists of the second electronic device 200 and the first electronic device 100.
In certain embodiments, the execution module 12 is configured to perform step 036. That is, the running module 12 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a share shopping cart instruction when the second electronic device 200 is detected at the designated location, and run a shopping cart service in the marketplace service set in response to the share shopping cart instruction, so as to merge a to-be-purchased list of the second electronic device 200 and a to-be-purchased list of the first electronic device 100 to serve as the to-be-purchased lists of the second electronic device 200 and the first electronic device 100.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 036. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a share shopping cart instruction when the second electronic device 200 is detected at the designated location, and run a shopping cart service in the marketplace service set in response to the share shopping cart instruction, so as to merge a to-be-purchased list of the second electronic device 200 and a to-be-purchased list of the first electronic device 100 to serve as the to-be-purchased lists of the second electronic device 200 and the first electronic device 100.
Specifically, after the processor 20 completes adding the shopping cart, if the processor 20 determines that the second electronic device 200 is located at the designated location, i.e., the current location of the first electronic device 100, the processor 20 may determine that the user's intention is a sharing shopping cart, i.e., determine that the touch command is a sharing shopping cart command. The range of the first electronic device 100 detecting the second electronic device 200 is small, such as 2 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm, and the like, so as to ensure that the processor 20 does not generate a false determination.
More specifically, the user of the second electronic device 200 may be another person who is in the same row as the user, such as family, friend, etc. of the user, and during shopping, the user and the user of the second electronic device 200 may both shop, however, only one person is needed to pay when paying the purchase order. Therefore, the processor 20 may merge the to-be-purchased list of the second electronic device 200 and the to-be-purchased list of the first electronic device 100 through the touch instruction of the shared shopping cart, that is, after the processor 20 performs the shared shopping cart service, the to-be-purchased list in the second electronic device 20 becomes a sum of the previous to-be-purchased list in the second electronic device 20 and the previous to-be-purchased list in the first electronic device 100, and the to-be-purchased list in the first electronic device 100 becomes a sum of data of the previous to-be-purchased list in the first electronic device 100 and the previous to-be-purchased list in the second electronic device 20.
In some embodiments, before sharing the shopping cart, the processor 20 may further determine the electronic device 1000 as the master device by determining the affiliation of the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200. The setting of the master device may be that the user directly selects the master device before sharing the shopping cart function, or that the processor 20 determines according to the historical consumption information of the user, and if the processor 20 determines that the historical consumption of the first electronic device 100 is far higher than the historical consumption of the second electronic device 200, the first electronic device 100 is determined as the master device. Therefore, the shopping list of the first electronic device 100 and the shopping list of the second electronic device 200 can be quickly realized, that is, the shopping list of the second electronic device 200 is sent to the first electronic device 100, so that the shopping list of the first electronic device 100 is updated to the union of the shopping lists of the first electronic device 100 and the shopping lists of the second electronic device 200, and therefore, the function of sharing the shopping cart can be realized only by completing sending or receiving data once, and the sharing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 23, in some embodiments, step 03: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected at the specified position, the application service in response to the triggering instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method further comprises the following steps:
037: and running the checkout service in response to the checkout instruction in the market service set under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected to be the checkout instruction at the designated position.
Step 037: under the condition that the triggering instruction is detected to be a checkout instruction at the designated position, the checkout service responding to the checkout instruction in the market service set is operated, and the method comprises the following steps:
0371: when the first electronic device is located in a preset payment area and the moving speed of the first electronic device is smaller than a preset speed, it is determined that the first electronic device detects a checkout instruction.
In certain embodiments, execution module 12 is configured to perform steps 037 and 0371. That is, the execution module 12 is configured to execute the checkout service in response to the checkout instruction in the marketplace service set when the triggering instruction is detected as the checkout instruction at the designated location. When the first electronic device is located in a preset payment area and the moving speed of the first electronic device is smaller than a preset speed, it is determined that the first electronic device detects a checkout instruction.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 037 and step 0371. That is, the processor 20 is configured to run a checkout service in the marketplace service set in response to the checkout instruction if the triggering instruction is detected as the checkout instruction at the designated location. When the first electronic device is located in a preset payment area and the moving speed of the first electronic device is smaller than a preset speed, it is determined that the first electronic device detects a checkout instruction.
Specifically, the designated location further includes a preset payment area, when the processor 20 determines that the user reaches the preset payment area, that is, the current location of the user reaches the preset payment area, the processor 20 may determine a movement speed of the first electronic device 100, that is, whether the movement speed of the user is less than the preset speed, and when the movement speed is less than the preset speed, it is determined that the first electronic device 100 detects a checkout instruction, and the processor 20 may determine that the user intends to checkout, that is, the trigger instruction is a checkout instruction, thereby running a checkout service in response to the checkout instruction in the marketplace service combination. The preset payment area can be a payment machine capable of providing autonomous payment, and can also be a payment area capable of providing manual service.
More specifically, when determining whether the moving speed of the first electronic device 100 is less than the preset speed, the processor 20 may perform calculation according to the change of the position of the first electronic device 100 with time, for example, when the first electronic device moves 1 meter in 10 seconds, that is, the moving speed of the first electronic device 100 is 0.1 meter/second, and when the first electronic device 100 has a short moving distance in unit time, that is, the moving speed is small, the processor 20 may determine that the user is queuing, and thus determine that the user intends to check out, that is, the trigger instruction is a check-out instruction. It can be understood that the user moves a distance at intervals, the distance needs to change less, and if the distance changes more, the user is about to move around in the preset payment area, and is not in line. Wherein the preset speed can be calculated by normal walking of people, such as 0.75 m/s, 1 m/s and the like.
After the processor 20 determines that the touch instruction is for payment, the processor 20 may display a payment code on the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100, may display a payment code on the display 201 of the second electronic device 200, and may display payment codes on the screen of the first electronic device 100 and the display 201 of the second electronic device 200, respectively, so that the user may select the electronic device 1000 that is convenient for the user to pay.
When the first electronic device 100 uses other software, that is, when the first electronic device 100 is occupied, the processor 20 may display the payment code in the display 201 of the second electronic device 200. When the second electronic device 200 is using other software, i.e. the second electronic device 200 is occupied, the processor 20 may display a payment code in the screen 50 of the first electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 2-4 and 24, in some embodiments, step 02: according to the collected information, confirming the intention information, and further comprising the following steps:
038: when the first electronic device 100 is located in the preset goods taking area and the payment is successful, determining that the trigger instruction is a goods taking instruction, and operating a goods taking service in response to the goods taking instruction in the market service set.
In certain embodiments, the validation module 12 is configured to perform step 038. That is, the confirmation module 12 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a pickup instruction when the first electronic device 100 is located in the preset pickup area and the payment is successful, and operate a pickup service in response to the pickup instruction in the marketplace service set.
In certain embodiments, processor 20 is configured to perform step 038. That is, the processor 20 is configured to determine that the trigger instruction is a pickup instruction when the first electronic device 100 is located in the preset pickup area and the payment is successful, and run a pickup service in the marketplace service set in response to the pickup instruction.
