Embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a chromatographic detection correction method, a storage medium and electronic equipment, which are used for detecting based on a preset detection object and preset detection parameters, comparing a first chromatogram obtained by detection with a standard chromatogram obtained by detection when leaving a factory, analyzing and grasping the equipment error condition of a chromatograph according to the height difference of various chromatogram peaks, correcting the subsequent daily chromatographic analysis work of the chromatograph based on the equipment error condition, and improving the detection accuracy and reliability of the chromatograph to a certain extent.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the general idea of the application is as follows:
a method of chromatographic assay correction, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, responding to a chromatograph correction instruction by using a preset chromatogram acquisition module, and extracting a first chromatogram obtained by detecting a preset detection object by a target chromatograph according to preset detection parameters;
s2, the chromatogram acquisition module acquires a standard chromatogram obtained by detecting a preset detection object according to preset detection parameters when the target chromatograph leaves a factory;

and S5, based on the height correction value, the chromatogram correction module corrects a chromatographic peak of a detection chromatogram obtained by detecting the object to be detected by the target chromatogram.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for correcting a chromatographic detection, the method including the following steps:
s1, responding to a chromatograph correction instruction by using a preset chromatogram acquisition module, and extracting a first chromatogram obtained by detecting a preset detection object by a target chromatograph according to preset detection parameters;
s2, the chromatogram acquisition module acquires a standard chromatogram obtained by detecting a preset detection object according to preset detection parameters when the target chromatograph leaves a factory;
s3, the height difference comparison module compares the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram with the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram to obtain the height difference between the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram and the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram, and the height difference is screened to obtain the correctable height difference;
s4, based on the correctable height difference, the correction value calculating module calculates to obtain a corresponding height correction value;
and S5, based on the height correction value, the chromatogram correction module corrects a chromatographic peak of a detection chromatogram obtained by detecting the object to be detected by the target chromatogram.
If necessary, the method further comprises the following steps:
the height difference comparison module compares the absolute value of the correctable height difference corresponding to the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram with the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram;
and when the ratio of the absolute value of the correctable height difference corresponding to the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram to the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram is greater than a preset correctable ratio threshold, a preset maintenance early warning module judges that the equipment error of the target chromatograph is larger, and terminates correction and carries out maintenance early warning.
It should be noted that, when the ratio of the absolute value of the correctable height difference corresponding to the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram to the height of the chromatographic peak corresponding to the standard chromatogram is relatively large, it is proved that the height difference between the height of the chromatographic peak in the first chromatogram and the height of the chromatographic peak corresponding to the standard chromatogram is too large, and is beyond the correctable technical range;
the specific value of the correctable ratio threshold can be set through multiple detection and comparison according to actual conditions, and the purpose is to accurately judge whether the target chromatograph is suitable for correction.
In addition, for more stability, the number of chromatographic peaks with the ratio larger than the correctable ratio threshold can be counted, when the number exceeds the preset number, the target chromatographic instrument is judged to have larger error, the correction is stopped, and the maintenance early warning is carried out;
namely, when the ratio of the absolute value of the correctable height difference corresponding to the chromatographic peaks in the first chromatogram exceeding the preset number to the height of the chromatographic peak corresponding to the standard chromatogram is greater than the preset correctable ratio threshold, the maintenance and early warning module judges that the equipment error of the target chromatograph is large, and terminates correction and carries out maintenance and early warning.
It should be noted that the predetermined detection object in the embodiment of the present application may be a specific substance or a mixture of a plurality of specific substances;
the preset detection parameters can be chromatograph working parameters during chromatographic detection and corresponding setting parameters during detection;
the object to be detected is a substance which needs to be subjected to chromatographic detection by a chromatograph in daily detection work.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the specific operation flow is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, after a target chromatograph leaves a factory and is put into daily use, a use frequency counting module records the use frequency of the target chromatograph in real time, when the use frequency of the target chromatograph exceeds a preset use correction threshold value, the target chromatograph is judged to reach a certain use frequency limit, the target chromatograph is predicted to have equipment errors possibly, and therefore the target chromatograph is judged to need to be corrected at the time, and a chromatograph correction instruction is generated;
secondly, the target chromatograph responds to the chromatograph correction instruction, chromatographic detection is carried out on a preset detection object according to preset detection parameters to obtain a corresponding first chromatographic chart, and the first chromatographic chart is extracted by utilizing a chromatographic chart acquisition module to respond to the chromatograph correction instruction;
thirdly, when leaving the factory, performing chromatographic detection on a preset detection object by using the target chromatograph according to preset detection parameters to obtain a corresponding standard chromatogram, responding to a chromatograph correction instruction by using a chromatogram acquisition module to extract the standard chromatogram, wherein the standard chromatogram can be stored in the target chromatograph in advance or stored in external equipment, and is extracted when correction is needed;
fourthly, a height difference comparison module compares the chromatographic peak in the first chromatographic chart with the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatographic chart to obtain the height difference between the chromatographic peak in the first chromatographic chart and the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatographic chart, identifies the specific numerical value of the height difference, screens out the height difference of the numerical value of the height difference within a threshold value of the correctable height difference and records the height difference as the correctable height difference,
wherein the correctable height difference threshold can be set according to actual conditions, and the numerical value is used for judging whether the equipment error of the target chromatograph can be corrected or not,
if the height difference values exceeding the preset number are all larger than the correctable height difference threshold value, determining that the equipment error of the corresponding target chromatograph is uncorrectable and needing to be maintained;
fifthly, calculating to obtain a corresponding height correction value by a correction value calculation module according to the correctable height difference and a corresponding calculation mode;
and sixthly, after the height correction value is obtained, the height correction value can be used as a basis for correcting a chromatographic peak, so that in the subsequent detection work, the chromatogram correction module corrects the chromatographic peak of a detection chromatogram obtained by detecting the object to be detected by the target chromatogram on the basis of the height correction value.
The embodiment of the application considers that the chromatograph has equipment errors after leaving a factory due to long-term use, the detection is carried out based on the preset detection object and the preset detection parameters, the first chromatogram obtained by detection is compared with the standard chromatogram obtained by detection when leaving the factory, the equipment error condition of the chromatograph is mastered according to the height difference analysis of each chromatogram peak, the subsequent daily chromatographic analysis work of the chromatograph is corrected based on the equipment error condition, and the detection accuracy and reliability of the chromatograph are improved to a certain extent.
In a specific implementation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, there is a first case, and the chromatography detection correction method includes a first calculation procedure of a height correction value, that is, in calculating and obtaining a corresponding height correction value based on the correctable height difference, the method includes the following steps:
an average value calculation module of the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains a corresponding correctable height difference average value based on the correctable height difference;
a secondary screening module of the correction value calculation module compares the correctable height difference with the correctable height difference average value, screens out the correctable height difference of which the difference value exceeds the correctable first difference value, and obtains a corresponding secondary screening correctable height difference;
a median calculation module of the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains a corresponding median of the secondary screening correctable height difference based on the secondary screening correctable height difference;
and a correction value calculation submodule of the correction value calculation module obtains the height correction value based on the secondary screening correctable height difference median.
The correctable height difference average value can represent the correctable height difference average level, and can represent the equipment error of the target chromatograph to a certain extent;
the correctable height difference is secondarily screened based on the correctable height difference average value, so that the correctable height difference with a large difference can be removed, and the large difference possibly is caused by some uncertain interference factors, so that the correction reliability is further improved, and the error interference is avoided;
and after secondary screening, acquiring a median of the correctable height difference of the secondary screening, recording the median as the correctable height difference of the secondary screening, and combining a preset height difference correction coefficient to obtain a corresponding height correction value based on the median of the correctable height difference of the secondary screening.

in addition, aCompensationThe specific value of (2) can be obtained by statistics according to a large amount of test data, and aims to reduce correction errors.
It should be noted that the correctable first difference is used as a data basis for secondary screening, and is used for screening out the correctable height difference with a large excess value, so that data interference caused by unexpected data is avoided;
in addition, there is a corresponding correctable first difference value obtaining flow, which may be specifically executed by a correctable first difference value calculating module of the correction value calculating module, and the correctable first difference value obtaining flow includes the following flows:
obtaining a plurality of standard chromatograms obtained by detecting a preset detection object for a plurality of times according to preset detection parameters when the target chromatograph leaves a factory;
comparing the height difference between corresponding chromatographic peaks in each standard chromatogram;
setting a correctable first difference value based on a maximum value of a height difference between corresponding chromatographic peaks in each of the standard chromatograms;
as to how to set the correctable first difference value based on the maximum value of the height difference between the chromatographic peaks of each of the standard chromatograms, specifically, the correctable first difference value may be obtained by multiplying the maximum value of the height difference between the chromatographic peaks based on each of the standard chromatograms by a corresponding coefficient.
In a specific implementation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, there is a second case, and the chromatography detection correction method includes a second calculation procedure of a height correction value, that is, in calculating and obtaining a corresponding height correction value based on the correctable height difference, the method includes the following steps:
an interval division module of the correction value calculation module obtains a correctable height difference interval based on the maximum value and the minimum value of the correctable height difference;
furthermore, the correctable height difference interval is divided into a plurality of correctable height difference subintervals by an interval dividing module;
an interval screening module of the correction value calculating module screens out the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals, wherein the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals are smaller than a preset first interval number;
and a correction value calculation submodule of the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains the height correction value based on the remaining correctable height difference.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, the correction value calculation sub-module may calculate a median or an average of the remaining correctable height differences, and directly obtain or multiply a corresponding coefficient according to the corresponding median or average or calculate the height correction value based on a corresponding calculation formula.
If necessary, the height correction value third calculation process can be adopted by combining the technical core of the first calculation process of the height correction value and the technical core of the second calculation process of the height correction value.
Namely, the chromatographic detection correction method comprises a third calculation process of the height correction value, namely, in the step of calculating and obtaining the corresponding height correction value based on the correctable height difference, the method comprises the following steps:
an interval division module of the correction value calculation module obtains a correctable height difference interval based on the maximum value and the minimum value of the correctable height difference;
furthermore, the correctable height difference interval is divided into a plurality of correctable height difference subintervals by an interval dividing module;
an interval screening module of the correction value calculating module screens out the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals, the correctable height differences of which the number of correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals is less than the preset first interval number, and takes the remaining correctable height differences as remaining correctable height differences;
an average value calculation module of the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains a corresponding average value of the residual correctable height difference based on the residual correctable height difference;
a secondary screening module of the correction value calculation module compares the residual correctable height difference with the average value of the residual correctable height differences, screens out the residual correctable height difference of which the difference value exceeds the correctable first difference value, and obtains a corresponding secondary screening residual correctable height difference;
a median calculation module of the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains a corresponding median of the secondary screening residual correctable height difference based on the secondary screening residual correctable height difference;
and a correction value calculation submodule of the correction value calculation module obtains the height correction value based on the secondary screening residual correctable height difference median.
It should be noted that the number of the first intervals in the embodiment of the present application may be set according to an actual situation;
whether the height correction value is in the second calculation flow, the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals are screened out, wherein the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals are smaller than the preset first interval number;
or in a third calculation flow of the height correction value, the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals are screened out, the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals are smaller than the correctable height difference subintervals with the preset first interval number, and the remaining correctable height differences are taken as remaining correctable height differences;
the number of the first intervals is used for judging the dispersion condition of the numerical value of the correctable height difference, and when the number of the correctable height differences in the correctable height difference subintervals is less than the preset number of the first intervals, the correctable height difference corresponding to the correctable height difference subintervals is less, and the correctable height difference can be considered to be caused by a certain random error to a certain extent, so that the correctable height difference is selected for screening.
It should be noted that, the first calculation procedure of the height correction value, the second calculation procedure of the height correction value, and the third calculation procedure of the height correction value aim to reduce interference caused by a large difference of individual data due to random errors or random factors, reduce the number of invalid data, and improve the accuracy and reliability of the correction operation to a certain extent.
Further, in a specific case, the chromatographic detection correction method further comprises the following steps:
when the chromatographic peaks in the first chromatogram are higher than the corresponding chromatographic peaks in the standard chromatogram and the ratio of the corresponding height difference to the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram is smaller than a first height ratio, the correction value calculation module calculates to obtain the correctable height difference based on each height difference and calculates to obtain a corresponding height correction value by combining with a correction coefficient corresponding to the first height ratio;
when the chromatographic peaks in the first chromatogram are lower than the corresponding chromatographic peaks in the standard chromatogram and the ratio of the height difference to the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram is smaller than a second height ratio, the correction value calculation module calculates and obtains the correctable height difference based on each height difference and calculates and obtains a corresponding height correction value by combining the correction coefficient corresponding to the second height ratio;
and the chromatogram correction module corrects a chromatographic peak of a detection chromatogram obtained by detecting the object to be detected by the target chromatogram based on the height correction value.
It should be noted that how to obtain the corresponding height correction value or height correction value by calculation based on each height difference may specifically be the following two cases:
when the chromatographic peaks in the first chromatogram are higher than the corresponding chromatographic peaks in the standard chromatogram and the ratio of the corresponding height difference to the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram is smaller than a first height ratio, calculating the median or average value of each height difference as a correctable height difference, and multiplying the correctable height difference by a correction coefficient corresponding to a preset first height ratio to obtain a corresponding height correction value;
and when the chromatographic peaks in the first chromatogram are lower than the corresponding chromatographic peaks in the standard chromatogram and the ratio of the height difference to the height of the corresponding chromatographic peak in the standard chromatogram is smaller than a second height ratio, calculating the median or average value of the height differences based on the height differences to serve as a correctable height difference, and multiplying the correctable height difference by a correction coefficient corresponding to a preset second height ratio to obtain a corresponding height correction value.
Further, before extracting a first color spectrum obtained by detecting a preset detection object by the target color spectrum according to preset detection parameters, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the using frequency counting module records the using frequency of the target chromatograph in real time, and generates a chromatograph correcting instruction when the using frequency of the target chromatograph exceeds a preset using correcting threshold value.
It should be noted that, when the number of times of use exceeds a preset use correction threshold, it is determined that the target chromatograph is used for a long time, and an apparatus error may occur, so that correction is required.
Further, the method further comprises a chromatogram normalization procedure, which is executed by the chromatogram normalization module, and the chromatogram normalization procedure comprises the following steps:
the chromatogram standardization module is used for standardizing the first chromatogram and the standard chromatogram; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the standardized first chromatogram and the standard chromatogram have uniform units of the ordinate and the abscissa.
In addition, if necessary, for the convenience of calculation and correction processing, the correlation processing in the chromatogram normalization process does not change the shape of the chromatogram, and only the units of the abscissa and the ordinate of the chromatogram are removed.
After being processed by the chromatogram standardization process, the method also comprises the following steps:
