Meanwhile, in the defrosting process of the air conditioning unit, in order to ensure that cold air is blown to the indoor side, the indoor heat exchanger cannot completely evaporate the liquid refrigerant, and after the defrosting process is carried out according to the method, the refrigerant of the air conditioning system can be ensured to be excessively cooled, so that the unreasonable effect of liquid impact caused by the fact that a compressor sucks a large amount of liquid refrigerant is avoided, and the reliability of the air conditioning system can be improved.
The invention further provides an air conditioner, particularly a heat pump air conditioner, and the opening degree of the air inlet area adjusting device is adjusted by using the air conditioner control method.
