the mixed fertilizer injection system comprises a fertilizer barrel (20), a clear water barrel (21), a mixing box (22), an adjustable rotating speed stirrer and a fertilizer injection pump (24), wherein the mixing box (22) is fixedly arranged at the lower part in a movable frame (10), the fertilizer barrel (20) is multiple, the clear water barrel (21) and a plurality of fertilizer barrels (20) are fixedly arranged at the upper part in the movable frame (10), the transfusion end of the clear water barrel (21) and the transfusion end of the fertilizer barrels (20) are communicated with the liquid inlet end of the mixing box (22), the transfusion end of the fertilizer barrel (20) is provided with a first electromagnetic valve (200), the transfusion end of the clear water barrel (21) is provided with a second electromagnetic valve (210), liquid level meters (25) are arranged in the fertilizer barrel (20) and the clear water barrel (21), the liquid inlet end of the fertilizer injection pump (24) is connected with the transfusion end of the mixing box (22), and the transfusion end of the fertilizer injection pump (24) is used for outputting fertilizer outwards, the power component of the adjustable-speed stirrer is arranged on the outer side of the mixing box (22), and the stirring component of the adjustable-speed stirrer can be rotatably arranged in the mixing box (22);
the control system comprises a control box (30), a controller, a display panel (31), a single chip microcomputer, a liquid level wireless receiver (32) and a pressure sensor (33);
the control box (30) is fixedly arranged at the upper part in the movable frame (10), the single chip microcomputer is arranged in the control box (30), the display panel (31), the liquid level wireless receiver (32) and the controller are arranged on the surface of the control box (30), the first electromagnetic valve (200) and the second electromagnetic valve (210) are electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer through an electromagnetic valve driving circuit, the plurality of liquid level meters (25) transmit data to the single chip microcomputer through the liquid level wireless receiver (32), the single chip microcomputer controls the first electromagnetic valve (200) and the second electromagnetic valve (210) to simultaneously perform mixed control on a plurality of fertilizers according to the concentration and injection quantity preset by the controller based on the PWM principle, and the mixed data are displayed on the display panel (31) through the display circuit;
the pressure sensor (33) is arranged on a liquid conveying pipeline of the fertilizer injection pump (24), the pressure sensor (33) is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer through a signal conditioning circuit, and the single chip microcomputer collects data of the pressure sensor (33) and adjusts the rotating speed of the adjustable-rotating-speed stirring machine based on a PID algorithm.

The mobile automatic liquid fertilizer mixing and injecting device of claim 1, wherein the adjustable-speed mixer comprises: inverter motor (40), transmission main shaft (41), splint body (42) and stirring vane, inverter motor (40) set firmly in the outside of mixing box (22), the output transmission of inverter motor (40) is connected with transmission main shaft (41) that rotatable axial runs through mixing box (22), the axial of transmission main shaft (41) has evenly set firmly a plurality of splint bodies (42), every splint body (42) all radially run through along transmission main shaft (41) and are provided with stirring vane.

The mobile automatic liquid fertilizer mixing and injecting device of claim 2, wherein the stirring blade comprises a stirring rod (43) and a stirring blade (44), the middle of the stirring rod (43) is fixedly penetrated through one end of the plate clamping body (42), and the two ends of the stirring rod (43) are respectively provided with the stirring blade (44).
4. The mobile automatic liquid fertilizer mixing and injecting device as claimed in claim 3, wherein two adjacent stirring blades are arranged in a staggered manner.

The automatic mobile liquid fertilizer mixing and injecting device of claim 3, further comprising a cooling fan (50) installed on the side wall of the mobile frame (10), wherein the air delivery end of the cooling fan (50) faces the variable frequency motor (40) and the fertilizer injection pump (24).

The device for automatically mixing and injecting the fertilizer for the mobile liquid fertilizer as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a pressure buffer tank (26) and a check valve (27) installed on the liquid pipeline of the fertilizer injection pump (24), wherein the check valve (27) is located at the beginning of the liquid pipeline of the fertilizer injection pump (24), the pressure sensor (33) is located in the middle of the liquid pipeline of the fertilizer injection pump (24), and the pressure buffer tank (26) is located between the check valve (27) and the pressure sensor (33).
7. The device for automatically mixing and injecting liquid fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, further comprising an electrically controlled liquid outlet valve (28) installed at the end of the liquid delivery pipeline of the fertilizer injection pump (24).
8. The mobile automatic mixing and fertilizer injection device for liquid fertilizer as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the inner bottom wall of the mixing box (22) is inclined upward at an angle of 1-5 ° from the liquid discharge part to the far liquid discharge part.

The mobile automatic liquid fertilizer mixing and injecting device of claim 1, wherein a plurality of liquid level indicators (29) electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer are installed in the control box (30), and the liquid level indicators (29) and the liquid level meters (25) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
