Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an assembly toy.
Background
There is known a built-up toy which can be easily built up even by beginners and young people. For example, patent document 1 proposes an assembly toy in which two main components adjacent to each other without a runner are connected to each other by a gate, and assembly is substantially completed only by bending the gate. Since the fitting does not need to be assembled by cutting the flow path, it is not necessary to know which part of the fitting is cut, and the fitting can be easily assembled.
Patent document 2 proposes an assembly toy in which a plurality of structural members that can be arranged in a straight line are stacked, and a rod-shaped support member is inserted into a through hole of each structural member to assemble the assembly toy. In this assembly toy, the support member is inserted and rotated about the axial center line, so that each structural member can be locked. Thus, an assembled toy which can be easily assembled by the young and is safe and interesting and which also serves as a game for developing intelligence is provided.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above-described conventional technique, the number of components can be reduced, and the assembly can be easily performed. However, the number of parts increases, the assembly process becomes complicated, and it is difficult for the young to determine the assembly order, which part of the whole assembly member corresponds to the assembly member at the intermediate stage of assembly, and the like from the specification and the like. For example, in an assembly step in which a left leg and a right leg are assembled with a plurality of fittings and connected to a trunk, it is difficult for an elderly person to determine which fitting is the left leg or the right leg of interest or which leg is an assembly member at an intermediate stage during assembly, and it is also difficult to determine the target of joining of the members. In addition, during assembly, it is difficult to determine whether or not the assembly steps up to this point have been performed without any problem, and if the assembly is continued in an erroneous state, the assembly cannot be performed thereafter, and the assembly user may feel bothersome to the assembly steps. If such a situation occurs, the user cannot feel the pleasure and the sense of achievement of the step of assembling the plurality of accessories, and the user cannot get an enthusiasm of challenging the assembled toy. In such a conventional technique, the enjoyment of the assembly process of the plastic model or the like cannot be perceived, and the effect of promoting the next toy cannot be obtained.
An object of the present invention is to provide a structure for assisting a user in performing an assembly operation by appropriately forming information on an assembly step and information on an assembly toy on an assembly member, for example.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention is, for example, an assembly toy, characterized in that the assembly toy includes: 1 st assembled part assembled by a plurality of fittings; and a 2 nd assembly member joined to the 1 st assembly member, wherein in the 1 st assembly member, when the plurality of accessories are correctly assembled, information related to an assembled toy or an assembling step is formed at a joining portion joined to the 2 nd assembly member.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are not intended to limit the invention claimed in the claims, and the combination of all the features described in the embodiments is not essential to the invention. Two or more of the plurality of features described in the embodiments may be combined as desired. The same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
< appearance of assembled toy >
First, an example of the external appearance structure of the built-up toy 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows the exterior front of the assembled toy 100. Note that, the arrows on the top, bottom, left, right, and front and back indicate the orientation of the assembly toy in the drawings, and the same applies to other drawings.
The assembled toy (human-shaped toy) 100 represents the final assembly after assembly. The assembly toy 100 is composed of a plurality of assembly members, and includes, for example, a right arm 102a, a left arm 102b, a torso 103, and a right leg 104a and a left leg 104 b. As shown in fig. 1, the right leg portion 104a and the left leg portion 104b are covered with pants contained in the trunk 103. The assembly member of the present embodiment is a member of the assembly toy 100 composed of a plurality of components. In the present embodiment, a human assembly toy is described as an example, and these assembly parts are exemplified, but the assembly toy of the present invention is not limited to a human, and various objects can be modeled as well as the assembly parts including various objects.
Assembling structure of face
Next, an assembly structure of the face portion 101 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 (a) is an exploded perspective view as viewed from the front, and fig. 2 (b) is an exploded perspective view as viewed from the back.
The face 101 is configured to include face members 201 and 203 and an assembly 202. The face members 201, 203 are each constituted by one fitting. The assembly member 202 includes a plurality of components. The details will be described later using fig. 3. Face member 201 forms the posterior head and face member 203 forms the face surface. The assembly member 202 is inserted from the back surface of the face member 203 of the face surface to form a part of the face surface, for example, an eye. The face member 201 of the rear head is attached to the back surface of the assembly member 202 to form the face 101.
A fitting portion 204 as a protruding rib is formed on the front surface of the assembly member 202. The fitting portion 204 is fitted into a recess 205 provided on the back surface of the face member 203. Thereby, the assembly member 202 is joined to the face member 203. The fitting portion 204 is formed with information relating to the assembled toy at a portion fitted into the recess 205. The fitting portion is an example of an engaging portion described later.
Here, the information on the assembled toy refers to information on a model that is an object of the assembled toy 100, and includes, for example, a name of the model, a character string representing the model, a symbol, a figure, a pattern, and the like. The information related to the assembly toy may be any information that can be recognized by the assembly user. If information that can be recognized by the user is assembled, it is possible to recognize that the assembling process has been performed correctly at the stage when the information is formed. In the example of fig. 2, a character string such as "コロン" (japanese katakana) is formed in the fitting portion 204 as a name indicating a model. As shown in fig. 2 (b), the information relating to the assembled toy may be also confirmed from the back surface of the fitting portion 204. Here, the information on the assembly toy is formed in the fitting portion 204 as an example, but the information on the assembly procedure may be formed. Details of the information relating to the assembly step are described later.
Assembling structure of face component
Next, an assembly structure of the assembly member 202 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 (a) is an exploded perspective view of the assembly member 202 as viewed from the front, and fig. 3 (b) is a perspective view of the assembly member 202 as viewed from the front after assembly.
The assembly member 202 corresponds to the 1 st assembly member and includes a plurality of components 301 to 303. As shown in fig. 3 (a), a fitting 302 is assembled to a fitting 301, and a fitting 303 is assembled to the fitting 301 and the fitting 302. Thus, the assembled component 202 is completed, and information related to the assembled toy, here, the name of the model of the assembled toy 100, i.e., "コロン", is formed on the front surface thereof. By forming the name of the model to be assembled into the toy 100, the assembling user can confirm that the assembling steps up to this point, in particular, the assembling of the assembling member 202 has been performed correctly. Further, if the plurality of accessories 301 to 303 are not assembled correctly, information relating to the assembled toy cannot be formed, and as described above, the accessory cannot be fitted into the face member 203 correctly. In this case, the assembling user can recognize the assembling error of the assembling member 202.
In this way, the information on the assembled toy is formed when the assembling of the assembling member 202 is accurately performed, and is not displayed unless the assembling is accurately performed. Therefore, when the information on the assembled toy is formed at the stage during the assembly process, the assembling user who assembles the assembled toy 100 can recognize that the assembly process has been performed correctly, and the elderly and the like can enjoy the sense of achievement at the stage during the assembly process, and can take an interest in the assembly process. In the present embodiment, a plurality of such assembly members may be provided. Thus, even in the case of an assembly toy including more complicated and more accessories, the assembly user can easily complete the assembly toy by repeatedly combining a small number of accessories.
< Assembly Structure of leg portion >
Next, an assembly structure of the right leg portion 104a and the left leg portion 104b according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4. Fig. 4 (a) is an exploded perspective view of the leg portion as viewed from the front, and fig. 4 (b) is an exploded perspective view of the leg portion as viewed from below. Here, the trousers are not shown in the body 103 shown in fig. 1. That is, the right leg portion 104a and the left leg portion 104b shown in fig. 4 are joined to the vicinity of the waist portion of the body portion 103 as described later, but are also covered with the pants fittings of the body portion 103 as shown in fig. 1.
The right leg portion 104a and the left leg portion 104b are respectively configured to include assembly members 401a and 401b corresponding to thigh portions and lower leg portions, and assembly members 403a and 403b corresponding to leg portions. In the explanation of fig. 4, the assembly members 401a and 401b correspond to the 1 st assembly member, and the assembly members 403a and 403b correspond to the 2 nd assembly member. That is, the right leg 104a is formed by the assembly 401a and the assembly 403a, and the left leg 104b is formed by the assembly 401b and the assembly 403 b. The assembly members 401a and 401b are each formed of a plurality of fittings. The assembly members 401a and 401b assembled from a plurality of components are formed with joint portions 402a and 402b joined to the body 103, respectively.
In the indication frame indicated by the broken line in fig. 4 (a), an enlarged view of each of the joint portions 402a and 402b is shown. The joint 402a is formed with a "mouth (japanese: くち)" corresponding to the radical of the letter "right", and the joint 402b is formed with a "エ" corresponding to the radical of the letter "left". Thus, the assembling user can recognize that the assembling member 401a is one member of the right leg portion 104a and can recognize that the assembling member 401b is one member of the left leg portion 104 b.
Here, the characters "right" and "left" are not completely formed, but only the radicals are formed, but the characters may be completely formed without limiting the intention of the present invention. However, here, since a space that can be formed cannot be secured, only the radical is intentionally formed. Therefore, when the information relating to the assembly process is formed so that only the radicals are formed, it is desirable that the assembly user can recognize the information, and that the information is described in product packages, specifications, and the like. For example, the following descriptions are desirable: by assembling a plurality of fittings, the symbol "mouth" appears on the right-hand side assembly member such as the right leg and the right arm, and the symbol "エ" appears on the left-hand side assembly member such as the left leg and the left arm. Here, "mouth" and "エ" are used as the radicals, but the intention of the present invention is not limited thereto, and various characters, numerals, symbols, graphics, and the like may be used, for example, such that the right side is "good" and the left side is "x", and the right side is "a" and the left side is "B".
As shown in fig. 4 (b), the right leg portion 104a and the left leg portion 104b are also formed with joint portions 404a and 404b, respectively. The joint 404a is joined to the assembly member 403a corresponding to the right foot, and the joint 404b is joined to the assembly member 403b corresponding to the left foot. Further, "ロ" corresponding to the radical of the character "right" is formed at the joint 404a, and "エ" corresponding to the radical of the character "left" is formed at the joint 404 b. This allows the user to recognize which of the right and left side components the assembly components 401a and 401b are.
< detailed Structure of right and left feet >
Next, a detailed assembly structure of the assembly members 403a and 403b corresponding to the right and left legs of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. First, the detailed structure of the right foot will be described with reference to fig. 5. The assembly member 403a includes a plurality of fittings 501a to 505 a. As shown by the broken lines, portions 506a, 507a for forming information relating to the assembly step are formed in the fitting 501a and the fitting 503a, respectively. Reference numeral 506a is formed as a protruding rib that represents a "mouth" corresponding to the radical of the character "right", and reference numeral 507a represents a portion of the character "right" ナ ". As shown in fig. 5 (a), the portion 507a of "ナ" may be formed on the metal fitting in a drawing manner without forming a protruding rib. Of course, the portion 507a of "ナ" may also be formed as a protruding rib. As described above, the joint portion of the present embodiment may be a rib formed to protrude at least partially and fitted into another fitting. Fig. 5 (b) shows a state in which the fitting 501a and the fitting 503a are combined with the fitting 502a from the left and right sides.
As shown by reference numeral 508a in fig. 5 (b), by combining the metal fitting 501a and the metal fitting 503a, the portion 506a corresponding to "ロ" and the portion 507a corresponding to "ナ" are combined to form the character "right". This "right" is a fitting portion (rib) to be fitted into the fitting 504 a. The assembling user can recognize that the assembling of the assembling member 403a has been performed correctly by confirming the character "right", and that the assembling member 403a is the assembling member on the right side. In the example of fig. 5 (b), the attachment 505a corresponding to the toe is already assembled before the attachment 504a is fitted, but the present invention is not particularly limited and the attachment 505a may be finally assembled after the attachment 504a is assembled.
As shown in fig. 5 (c), a part 509a for forming information related to the assembly step is included in the fitting 505a corresponding to the toe of the right foot. The portion 509a represents the first letter "Right" or "R". Thus, the assembly user can easily recognize which of the right foot and the left foot the accessory 505a is. The portion 509a functions as a fitting portion (rib) when fitted into the assembled fittings 501a to 504 a.
Next, the detailed structure of the left foot will be described with reference to fig. 6. The assembly member 403b includes a plurality of fittings 501b to 505 b. As shown by the broken lines, portions 506b, 507b for forming information relating to the assembly step are formed in the fitting 501b and the fitting 503b, respectively. Reference numeral 506b is formed as a protruding rib of "エ" which corresponds to the radical of the letter "left", and reference numeral 507b denotes the part of the letter "left" ナ ". As shown in fig. 6 (a), the portion 507b of "ナ" may be formed on the metal fitting in a drawing manner without forming a protruding rib. Of course, the portion 507b of "ナ" may also be formed as a protruding rib. As described above, the joint portion of the present embodiment may be a rib formed to protrude at least partially and fitted into another fitting. Fig. 6 (b) shows a state in which the fitting 501b and the fitting 503b are combined with the fitting 502b from the left and right sides.
As shown by reference numeral 508b in fig. 6 (b), by combining the metal fitting 501b and the metal fitting 503b, a portion 506b corresponding to "エ" is combined with a portion 507b corresponding to "ナ" to form the character "left". This "left" is a fitting portion (rib) to be fitted into the fitting 504 b. The assembling user can recognize that the assembling of the assembling member 403b has been performed correctly by checking the character "left", and that the assembling member 403b is the assembling member on the left side. In the example of fig. 6 (b), the attachment 505b corresponding to the toe is already assembled before the attachment 504b is fitted, but the present invention is not particularly limited and the attachment 505b may be finally assembled after the attachment 504b is assembled.
As shown in fig. 6 (c), a part 509b for forming information related to the assembly step is included in the fitting 505b corresponding to the toe of the left foot. The portion 509b represents "L" of the initial of "Left". Thus, the assembly user can easily recognize which of the right foot and the left foot the accessory 505b is. The portion 509b functions as a fitting portion (rib) when fitted into the assembled fittings 501b to 504 b.
Assembling structure of breast
Next, referring to fig. 7, a partial assembly structure of the chest will be described. Fig. 7 (a) is a front perspective view of the chest, fig. 7 (b) is a rear perspective view of the chest, and fig. 7 (c) is an exploded rear perspective view of the chest.
The fittings 701, 702 constitute parts of the chest. The accessory 702 is a member representing a bow tie. As shown in fig. 7 (c), the fitting 702 is provided with an engaging portion 703 that engages with the fitting 701. The joint 703 has a key shape and functions as a fitting portion to be fitted into a key hole 704 formed in the metal fitting 701.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the joint portion of one fitting to be fitted into the other fitting may be formed as a predetermined object. Here, the key-type figure is described as an example, but may have other shapes such as characters, symbols, and patterns. Thus, the assembling user can perform the work in which direction the accessory should be fitted with a sense of puzzle, and the interest of the assembling step can be improved. In addition, by searching for the metal fitting 701 having the same shape as the joint 703, the combined metal fitting can be easily searched for.
As described above, the assembled toy of the present embodiment includes: 1 st assembled part assembled by a plurality of fittings; and a 2 nd assembly member engaged with the 1 st assembly member. In addition, in the 1 st assembly member, when the plurality of accessories are assembled correctly, information on the assembly toy or the assembly process is formed at the joint portion connected to the 2 nd assembly member. Therefore, the user can assemble the toy assembly 100 as a final assembly without being aware of the assembly of the toy assembly at first, and can assemble the toy assembly with being aware of smaller-scale assembly components, and can obtain a sense of achievement every time information on the toy assembly is formed, and can easily perform the assembly work. In addition, when the information on the assembling step is formed, since the information for prompting the joining target of the 1 st assembling member is formed in the joining portion, the user is not joined to the wrong joining target. The user can obtain a sense of achievement by accurately assembling the model of the predetermined portion, and can confirm that the assembling procedure up to this point has been performed correctly. As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a structure that can be easily assembled and that can improve the interest of the assembling step.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention. The shape of the assembled toy is not particularly limited, and various shapes such as a human, an animal, a robot, an insect, and a dinosaur are included.
