    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • I. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention refers to an “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function”, especially to an adjustable sticker structure of which a plurality of mobile boards on the main body are able to be freely changed to diversified directions or positions, making the sticker structure more interesting and fun.
  • II. Description of the Prior Art
  • Generally, a conventional sticker has a pattern or a picture directly printed on the surface thereof and applies a stickiness portion designed on the reverse side thereof, so that such a sticker can be adhered to the surface of any object as an adornment. Said pattern has a changeless movement designed and printed by a certain printing moldboard, therefore, such a stick of a prior art possesses limited interest and attractiveness to children. Therefore, in view of the limitation in the functions of a common sticker structure of a prior art, an innovative “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function” is disclosed hereafter, providing the stickiness on the central part of the stick main body, not on the lap of the outline thereof. Moreover, the sticker structure has a plurality of mobile boards to be pivotally disposed thereon, thereby enabling each sticker to become a mobile pattern. For example, a figure pattern has the figure body as the sticker main body and a plurality of mobile boards as the head and limbs, so that the head and four limbs are able to be freely changed to diversified directions, thereby enabling the figure sticker to perform the movements of running, jumping, sitting and/or sleeping, etc. In addition, the sticker is able to be designed as a variety of patterns, such as creatures, vehicles or things, etc., so that children are able to create diversified appearances of different sticker patterns with more fun, at the same time, find the sticker structure an intellectual game.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A label sticking portion is positioned in the central portion on the reverse side of the sticker main body, a fringe portion without stickiness is designed on the lap of the outline of the sticker and a plurality of mobile boards are pivotally set on appropriate positions on the fringe portion. In addition, those mobile boards can be serially connected for prolonging or widening the movement thereof.
  • Accordingly, the mobile boards are movably pivoted on a fringe portion of the sticker main body. Subsequently, the mobile boards are able to turn in either clockwise or anti-clockwise direction based on the pivot points thereof, enabling patterns to be created with a variety of movements as wished with more fun. Furthermore, the invention enables a user to create diversified appearances of patterns or pictures based on a variety of storybooks, cards, and patterned boards. Consequently, the sticker structure is able to be designed as diversified figures, creatures or vehicles, etc., for matching up with a theme and/or a plot of a story for children to comprehend the expression and/or body languages of the story characters that follows in reading an interesting narrative. In addition, the invention enables children to have a more understanding of the human body movements and the machine operations, such as the body movements and rhythm of a dancer, football player or an athlete, or the operation of a power shovel or a stacker. The invention, therefore, adds the implication of a story and improves the functions of the sticker, a story book, a card, a scene board with patterns thereon, so as to achieve the effects of both education and amusement for children have a great impact on the intelligence development of children. Moreover, the combination of the label-sticking portion of the sticker with a magnet enables the invention to be repeatedly adhered to and removed from a magnetic board, so as to increase a wider application.
