Abstract
The invention relates to an “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function”, mainly comprising of a sticker main body with a pattern designed thereon and a plurality of mobile boards disposed on the fringes of the sticker main body. The characteristic of the invention lies in that a label sticking portion is positioned in the central portion on the reverse side of the sticker main body, a fringe portion without stickiness thereon is designed on the lap of the outline of the sticker and a plurality of mobile boards are pivotally set on appropriate positions on the fringe portion. In addition, those mobile boards can be serially connected for prolonging or widening the movement thereof. Accordingly, a user is able to freely adjust the directions of those mobile boards when he is playing with the sticker, moreover, he is able to create diversified appearances of pictures following a variety of story books, cards, and patterned boards with more fun.
Description
- I. Field of the Invention
- The present invention refers to an “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function”, especially to an adjustable sticker structure of which a plurality of mobile boards on the main body are able to be freely changed to diversified directions or positions, making the sticker structure more interesting and fun.
- II. Description of the Prior Art
- Generally, a conventional sticker has a pattern or a picture directly printed on the surface thereof and applies a stickiness portion designed on the reverse side thereof, so that such a sticker can be adhered to the surface of any object as an adornment. Said pattern has a changeless movement designed and printed by a certain printing moldboard, therefore, such a stick of a prior art possesses limited interest and attractiveness to children. Therefore, in view of the limitation in the functions of a common sticker structure of a prior art, an innovative “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function” is disclosed hereafter, providing the stickiness on the central part of the stick main body, not on the lap of the outline thereof. Moreover, the sticker structure has a plurality of mobile boards to be pivotally disposed thereon, thereby enabling each sticker to become a mobile pattern. For example, a figure pattern has the figure body as the sticker main body and a plurality of mobile boards as the head and limbs, so that the head and four limbs are able to be freely changed to diversified directions, thereby enabling the figure sticker to perform the movements of running, jumping, sitting and/or sleeping, etc. In addition, the sticker is able to be designed as a variety of patterns, such as creatures, vehicles or things, etc., so that children are able to create diversified appearances of different sticker patterns with more fun, at the same time, find the sticker structure an intellectual game.
- The main objective of the present invention is to provide an adjustable sticker structure and a plurality of patterned mobile boards with the characteristic of being freely changed to diversified directions with more fun.
- To achieve the foregoing objective, the “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function” of the invention mainly comprises a sticker main body with a pattern designed thereon and a plurality of mobile boards disposed on the fringes of the sticker main body. A label sticking portion is positioned in the central portion on the reverse side of the sticker main body, a fringe portion without stickiness is designed on the lap of the outline of the sticker and a plurality of mobile boards are pivotally set on appropriate positions on the fringe portion. In addition, those mobile boards can be serially connected for prolonging or widening the movement thereof.
- Accordingly, the mobile boards are movably pivoted on a fringe portion of the sticker main body. Subsequently, the mobile boards are able to turn in either clockwise or anti-clockwise direction based on the pivot points thereof, enabling patterns to be created with a variety of movements as wished with more fun. Furthermore, the invention enables a user to create diversified appearances of patterns or pictures based on a variety of storybooks, cards, and patterned boards. Consequently, the sticker structure is able to be designed as diversified figures, creatures or vehicles, etc., for matching up with a theme and/or a plot of a story for children to comprehend the expression and/or body languages of the story characters that follows in reading an interesting narrative. In addition, the invention enables children to have a more understanding of the human body movements and the machine operations, such as the body movements and rhythm of a dancer, football player or an athlete, or the operation of a power shovel or a stacker. The invention, therefore, adds the implication of a story and improves the functions of the sticker, a story book, a card, a scene board with patterns thereon, so as to achieve the effects of both education and amusement for children have a great impact on the intelligence development of children. Moreover, the combination of the label-sticking portion of the sticker with a magnet enables the invention to be repeatedly adhered to and removed from a magnetic board, so as to increase a wider application.

FIG. 6 is a prospective view showing a power shovel sticker in use according to the present invention. -
FIG. 7 is a three-dimensional exploded view showing the assembly of another embodiment of the present invention. - Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.
- With reference to
FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function” of the invention mainly comprises of a stickermain body 10 with a pattern designed thereon and a plurality ofmobile boards 20 disposed on the fringes of the sticker main body, wherein: - A
label sticking portion 11 is positioned in the central portion on the reverse side of the stickermain body 10, afringe portion 12 without stickiness thereon is designed on the lap of the outline of the stickermain body 10 and a plurality of mobile, boards 20 are pivotally set on appropriate positions on the fringe portion 12 (such as rivets or male/female nails). Themobile boards 20 do not possess stickiness thereon and the positions and directions between themobile boards 20 and the stickermain body 10 can be freely changed. Furthermore, themobile boards 20 respectively have the reverse sides thereof on appropriate positions set stickiness, thereby enabling themobile boards 20 to fix the positions after being turned to different directions. In addition, thosemobile boards 20 can be serially connected for prolonging or widening the movement thereof. -
FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 respectively illustrate different embodiments of the invention by making the sticker structure a figure or a creature. Accordingly, the stickermain body 10 is designed as a figure or a creature body, whereas themobile boards 20 are respectively designed as the head and four limbs, thereby enabling the pivot connection positions to be the joints connecting the main body. If the invention is designed as a power shovel, the stickermain body 10 is designed as the vehicle body and themobile boards 20 are designed as the arm and wheels. Consequently, the stickers with diversified patterns designed thereon are able to form vivid appearances with different background boards. The sticker structure of the invention can be applied with a story or a card and freely adjusted following the changes in a pattern board, so as to achieve the effects of both education and amusement. Moreover, the sticker structure of the invention is able to be designed as diversified patterns matching up with different scene boards (such as a sports ground, a construction site or a season theme), so that a user is able to apply the stickers to the same theme of a scene board to create a specific picture (such as an athletics, a engineering drawing, etc.). - With reference to
FIG. 7 , the, label sticking portion 11 of the stickermain body 10 has amagnet 13 adhered thereto that is able to be repeatedly adhered to or removed from a metal plate or amagnetic plate 2 with a pattern designed thereon. - To sum up, the “adjustable sticker structure with intellectual game function” of the invention has the characteristic of being freely turned to different directions, thereby enabling the sticker pattern to be more diversified as wished with more fun and interest. The sticker structure of the invention can be applied with a story or a card and freely adjusted following the changes in a pattern board, so as to achieve the effects of both education and amusement. The invention, therefore, possesses the “practicability” and “advancement” in the industry field.
- New characteristics and advantages of the invention covered by this document have been set forth in the foregoing description. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawings are for the purpose of illustration are only and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention. Changes in methods, shapes, structures or devices may be made in details without exceeding the scope of the invention by those who are skilled in the art. The scope of the invention is, of course, defined in the language in which the appended claims are expressed.
