本发明属日化领域,具体涉及一种含滋养复合剂的头皮精华液。
背景技术
一些研究表明头发的过早脱落与不健康头皮状态(如头皮屑/脂溢性皮炎)有关,不健康头皮状态造成新生头发在毛囊中不稳固,这些不健康的头皮状态与头皮氧化压力(活性氧/ROS)的产生有相关性。ROS是一类具有高反应活性的自由基。
头发纤维的生长状态与其生长前和生长后的环境有关。在头发生长前,与该状态有关的氧化压力来源包括氧化代谢、吸烟、紫外辐射、微生物的造成的炎症、污染物、刺激源以及头皮脂质的氧化物。Naito的研究发现,甘油三亚油酸酯的过氧化物会造成小鼠毛囊循环周期中休止期的过早出现,而且会诱导毛囊细胞凋亡。同时,过氧化物还会通过上调细胞凋亡的相关基因表达,使人表皮角质形成细胞凋亡。头皮脂质的过氧化与自由基的产生有相关性。马拉色菌是已经证实的头皮氧化压力来源的因素之一。头皮上微生物群落在皮脂腺周围比其他头皮区域丰富,马拉色菌以头皮脂为食物来源。可见,有必要控制头皮马拉色菌数量以及头皮脂分泌程度。
本发明通过抑制马拉色菌过度繁殖,调控头皮脂过度分泌,结合抗氧化植物组合以及滋养成分,缓解头皮氧化压力,改善头皮不健康状态,减少头发的过多脱落。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含滋养复合剂的头皮精华液,配方温和、低刺激,并且具有一定抑制真菌、控油、抗自由基、减少脱发的功效。
一种含滋养复合剂的头皮精华液,除含适量的磷酸二氢钠、1,3-丙二醇、磷酸氢二钠、香精、羟乙基纤维素、甘油外,还含有占精华液重量1.0%-50.0%头皮滋养复合剂、0.05%-3.0%甘草酸二钾、0.05%-4.0%薄荷醇、0.01%-2.0%聚山梨醇酯-60、0.01%-2.0%PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.05%-2.0%的防腐体系及余量的去离子水;
所述滋养复合剂为占复合剂重量百分比的下列组分:
(1)0.01%-20.0%水解酵母蛋白;
(2)0.01%-3.0%泛醇;
(3)0.01%-3.0%生物素;
(4)0.01%-4.0%烟酰胺;
(5)0.01%-3.0%有机锌盐;
(6)0.01%-10.0%侧柏叶提取物;
(7)0.01%-10.0%苦参根提取物;
(8)0.01%-3.0%生育酚;
(9)0.01%-2.0%1-羟基-4-甲基-6-(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)-2(1H)-吡啶酮盐;
(10)0.1%-40%乙醇;
(11)0.01%-1.0%苯氧乙醇;
(12)余量去离子水。
本发明有机锌盐选自PCA锌、葡糖酸锌、吡硫鎓锌、甘氨酸锌中的一种。
本发明所述1-羟基-4-甲基-6-(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)-2(1H)-吡啶酮盐优选其乙醇胺盐。
本发明所述防腐体系选自1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、辛甘醇两种或两种以上的组合。
本发明所述还可含适量二氨基嘧啶氧化物。
本发明所述头皮精华液的pH值为弱酸性,优选5.5。
本发明的有益效果
本发明优选水解酵母蛋白、泛醇、生物素、烟酰胺、有机锌盐、侧柏叶提取物、苦参根提取物、生育酚、1-羟基-4-甲基-6-(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)-2(1H)-吡啶酮盐等成分为头皮滋养复合剂,包含头皮毛囊营养成分、控油锌、抗真菌剂、抗氧化成分等,多重靶向机制(上调毛囊相关角蛋白基因表达、抑制5a-还原酶活性、抑制马拉色菌、清除自由基、加快局部微循环等)缓解头皮氧化压力和炎症,改善不健康头皮状态。本发明发现含头皮滋养复合剂的精华液可减少脱发数量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
先对本发明重要组份选取的特点、注意事项作详细介绍、说明。
水解酵母蛋白是酿酒酵母蛋白的水解产物,是氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质一种或一种以上的组合,可增加角蛋白-71、毛透明蛋白和CD34的表达,优化头发结构和强度,强韧毛囊和头发,减少脱发。
生物素也称为维生素B7或维生素H,是一种水溶性营养物质,生物素的缺乏可能导致脱发,生物素可为毛囊提供营养,潜在协助稳固头发。
泛醇是头皮营养补充剂。
烟酰胺属于B族维生素的一种,别名维生素B3,对皮肤/头皮油滋润作用,同时可潜在促进头皮血液循环,进而促进头发生长,防止脱发。
葡糖酸锌是为白色结晶或粉末,水溶性锌盐,对5a-还原酶具有较强抑制作用,具有控油、缓解头皮炎症等潜在作用,同时为毛囊提供矿物质锌。有研究指出,脱发患者血清中锌离子含量低于健康人群。
PCA锌具有收敛、抗真菌性质,还具有抗氧化和抗炎性能,可通过调节毛囊皮脂腺分泌达到控油效果,另外还具有减少UVA对头皮损伤的功效。
侧柏叶提取物:侧柏叶(PlatycladiCacumen)又名柏叶、扁柏叶、丛柏叶,是侧柏的干燥嫩枝梢及叶。侧柏叶主要化学成分包括黄酮类、挥发油类、鞣质类化合物。侧柏叶中黄酮类化合物主要包括槲皮素、杨梅素、芦丁、槲皮苷、双黄酮等。侧柏叶提取物可抑制5a-还原酶活性、作用于皮脂腺细胞减少皮脂的产生,同时减少脂滴的大小;其成分雪松醇能提升毛囊周围血管流量,增加毛囊细胞营养和氧的供应,有助于减少脱发的产生。
苦参根提取物:苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait)为豆科槐属植物,我国主要产地包括在河北北部、河南西部、山东西南部以及安徽、湖北、贵州等。化学成分主要包括生物碱、黄酮、木脂素、三萜皂苷、酚酸和少量的苯丙素类以及长链脂肪酸类,特别是生物碱类和黄酮类被认为是其主要的生物活性成分。苦参根的乙醇提取物能诱导休止期毛囊过渡到生长期毛囊,并影响毛乳头细胞中IGF-1和KGF等生长因子的水平,还具有一定的抑制5α-还原酶功效。
吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐是抗真菌剂,具有抑制马拉色菌过度繁殖、去屑的性能,另外还具有抗自由基、改善头皮屏障功能的功效。
生育酚又称为维生素E,是一种营养物质,具有优越的抗氧化性能。有研究表明维生素E可减少UV对皮肤的损伤,减少皮肤红斑、水肿的产生,对头皮有一定保护作用。
甘草酸二钾属于天然制品,是以甘草为原料进行提取分离而得甘草酸的衍生物,具有良好的抑菌和抗炎效果,且无副作用。甘草酸二钾可调控皮肤炎症因子的水平,对缓解头皮炎症有一定作用,同时还具有一定抗氧化和促进毛发生长的功效。
薄荷醇又称薄荷脑、薄荷冰,为唇形科植物薄荷的提取物,具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、止痒、局麻、促透、降温等作用,是皮肤科常用的抗炎止痒药物之一。通过多种瘙痒介质和细胞因子的影响发挥其止痒作用,如组胺、4-AP等。还对毛囊角质形成细胞和毛乳头细胞的增殖有促进作用。
毛囊周围纤维化时发根周围胶原蛋白变得僵硬且收缩,推动头发向上移动,导致脱发,二氨基嘧啶氧化物具有潜在缓解该病症的功能。
以下为本发明实施例举例,但本发明保护范围不局限于所示实施例。

本发明以志愿者测试的方式进行评测。招募40名符合筛选条件有一定脱发困扰的志愿者,第一组为20名,第二组为20名。第一组使用不含头皮滋养复合剂的BASE配方样品,第二组使用实施例(2)的样品。培训志愿者,统一洗发操作过程,由功效评价人员评分、评估头发掉落数目和志愿者评分结合的方式观察洗发12周后志愿者的脱发的改善情况,0分为无改善,1-3为轻微改善,4-6为较好改善,7-10分很好改善。测试结果如下表,结果表明使用12周后,大部分志愿者脱发状况有改善,同时使用实施例(2)样品后部分志愿者头皮鳞屑状况有所改善。根据功效评价人员评估2组志愿者洗发12周前后头发脱落数目(60次梳发),第一组前后脱发平均数量分别约为14、15,第二组前后头发脱发平均数量分别约为13、6,说明含滋养复合剂的精华液具有潜在改善脱发的功效。

1.一种含滋养复合剂的头皮精华液,除含适量的磷酸二氢钠、1,3-丙二醇、磷酸氢二钠、香精、羟乙基纤维素、甘油外,还含有占精华液重量1.0%-50.0%头皮滋养复合剂、0.05%-3.0%甘草酸二钾、0.05%-4.0%薄荷醇、0.01%-2.0%聚山梨醇酯-60、0.01%-2.0%PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.05%-2.0%的防腐体系,余量的离子水,
所述的滋养复合剂为占复合剂重量百分比的下列组分:
(1)0.01%-20.0%水解酵母蛋白;
(2)0.01%-3.0%泛醇;
(3)0.01%-3.0%生物素;
(4)0.01%-4.0%烟酰胺;
(5)0.01%-3.0%有机锌盐;

2.根据权利要求1所述头皮精华液,有机锌盐选自PCA锌、葡糖酸锌、吡硫鎓锌、甘氨酸锌中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述头皮精华液,1-羟基-4-甲基-6-(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)-2(1H)-吡啶酮盐优选其乙醇胺盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的头皮精华液,防腐体系选自1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸、脱乙酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、辛甘醇其中的两种或两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的头皮精华液,还含有适量二氨基嘧啶氧化物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的头皮精华液,pH值为弱酸性。
7.根据权利要求6所述的头皮精华液,pH值为优选5.5。
