The live broadcasting room page is used for live broadcasting of the live broadcasting rooms, and the live broadcasting home page is used for previewing a plurality of live broadcasting rooms.
As shown in fig. 3, a live interface of a living room is shown to be overlaid on the presentation interface of the viewer terminal 4A.
Based on the display interface, the user can not only see the live interface, but also perform man-machine interaction, and if the user can click "praise", "comment", "collection", "forwarding" and the like on the right side of the display interface through operations such as touch control.
In order to determine an effective ecological circle in the field of network live broadcasting and ensure that a host has a good living and growing environment, a live broadcasting platform needs to support a plurality of hosts and promote payment activities, and creates a forward circulation environment. For this purpose, the server 8 may increase the perception of the user by means of a powerful presentation form of the card. Specific:
(1) The card type, card structure, card processing logic, etc. of each card may be preset.
As an example, the plurality of cards may include:
the payment guide card is used for guiding the audience terminal to enter a virtual gift page or an electronic payment page;
and the flow exposure card is used for guiding the audience terminal to jump to a live broadcast interface or a target anchor interface of the target live broadcast room.
The payment guide card belongs to a guiding card and is used for being put in a live broadcast room to guide a user to carry out electronic gift appreciation and the like. The flow exposure card (anchor exposure, open exposure and the like) belongs to a value-added service card and is used for being put on a live broadcast home page to expose an anchor, so that the probability of a user entering a broadcast anchor living broadcast room is increased. The flow exposure card may be uniformly specified in style. The anchor may select a purchase type, such as a push on the fly.
Of course, other types may be included, such as a color egg card for a particular holiday, etc., for improving user engagement, etc.
(2) Under a preset card pushing strategy, each card can be pushed to each audience terminal in a live broadcast scene.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a traffic exposure card is presented over the presentation interface of the audience terminal 4A for informing the audience terminal 4A of the associated object, "anchor a" starting or in the play.
In the audience terminal 4A, the traffic exposure card may be displayed for several seconds, and the specific duration may be customized.
For the viewer terminal 4A, it will monitor input behavior, such as touch click behavior. And if the touch clicking behavior exists in the area where the flow exposure card is located, triggering the operation related to the flow exposure card. Specifically, a request to access a "anchor a" live room may be generated to enter the "anchor a" live room.
The information pushing method in the network live broadcast scene provided by the embodiment of the application has the following advantages:
(1) Under the network live broadcast scene, guiding information and the like are pushed to each audience terminal in a card form, so that the perception of a user is increased.
(2) Because the card is displayed on the display interface, the interaction efficiency for guiding can be improved through the interaction between the card and the user.
(3) And determining a card pushing strategy of the flow exposure card based on the historical behavior information of the audience terminal and the associated objects thereof and the characteristic information of the anchor.
Several alternative embodiments are provided below.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of flow exposure cards.
As shown in fig. 4, the step S204 may include:
step S400, push history data associated with the audience terminal is obtained;
step S402, determining card pushing times in a historical time period according to the pushing historical data;
step S404, determining to execute card pushing on the audience terminal under the condition that the card pushing times are lower than a preset threshold value.
For example, the granularity may be in days, and the specific is: and determining whether the current day is pushed or not according to the push history data. In case it is determined that the current day has not been pushed, a card is pushed to the viewer terminal 4A. In the optional embodiment, excessive pushing of cards to the same audience terminal can be avoided, so that user experience is reduced due to excessive interference to the same user, and server burden caused by unordered excessive pushing is also reduced.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of flow exposure cards, wherein each card is respectively associated with a host identity of a host. Illustratively, the anchor identification may be an anchor name, an ID, or the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the step S204 may include:
step S500, obtaining interest tags of objects associated with the audience terminals;
step S502, obtaining a host broadcasting label of each host broadcasting associated with each card;
step S504, calculating the matching degree between the object and each anchor according to the interest tag and the anchor tag of each anchor;
step S506, determining a target anchor according to the matching degree between the object and each anchor;
step S508, determining a target flow exposure card associated with the target anchor identifier according to the target anchor identifier of the target anchor; and
Step S510, determining to push the target traffic exposure card to the audience terminal.
Interest tags, such as: football, basketball, sports, …;
anchor labels, such as: athlete, sports commentary, …;
the labels can be converted into word vectors, and then the similarity is calculated through a cosine similarity algorithm, manhattan distance and the like.
In this optional embodiment, according to the similarity between each anchor and the object, a target card of the target anchor with the highest similarity is found, and the target card is pushed to the audience terminal, so as to improve the effectiveness and the conversion rate of anchor pushing.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of flow exposure cards.
As shown in fig. 6, the step S204 may include:
step S600, monitoring the duration of the audience terminal entering the live interface and the operation behavior in the duration;
step S602, if the duration is greater than a preset time length and the target operation behavior is not monitored, executing the card pushing.
In this alternative embodiment, the exact pushing time of the card may be in the live home page or in the live room.
Moreover, in order to prevent the card from being disturbed and abused, for example, the precondition of card pushing may be set as follows: the card is pushed only when the card is continuously played for 10 minutes in the current live broadcasting room and no payment action is performed.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of payment guide cards, wherein each card is associated with a respective anchor identifier of an anchor.
As shown in fig. 7, the method further includes:
step S700, acquiring payment history data of the audience terminal association object;
step S702, determining whether a payment action aiming at the current anchor exists in a historical time period according to the payment historical data; and
Step S704, if the payment behavior exists in the history period, determining to push a target payment guidance card associated with the current anchor.
For example, if the object has paid a payment action (such as electronic payment, gift giver, etc.) for the current anchor within the past 20 minutes, it indicates that the current anchor has a higher willingness to pay, so that after a period of time during which the live room continues to play, a target card for reminding or guiding the user to pay/view again may be actively initiated. The card is pushed, so that a forward circulation environment can be created by more specific promotion of payment activities. In the alternative embodiment, the payment interaction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the conversion rate of the card can be ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of payment guide cards, wherein each card is respectively associated with a host identifier of a host;
As shown in fig. 8, the method further includes:
step S800, obtaining payment history data of the audience terminal association object;
step S802, determining whether payment behaviors aiming at the same kind of anchor exist in a historical time period according to the payment historical data; wherein the same type of anchor is other anchors with one or more same anchor labels as the current anchor; and
Step S804, if the payment behavior exists in the history period, determining to push the target payment guidance card associated with the current anchor.
For example, if the current anchor tag is "sports commentary", and if the object has paid for the other anchor or anchors whose anchor tag is "sports commentary" within the last 30 minutes, it indicates that there is a higher willingness to pay for the anchor, and thus, a target card for reminding or guiding the user to pay/pay again may be actively initiated. The card is pushed, so that a forward circulation environment can be created by more specific promotion of payment activities. In the alternative embodiment, the payment interaction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the conversion rate of the card can be ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cards includes a plurality of payment guide cards, wherein each card is associated with a respective anchor identifier of an anchor.
As shown in fig. 9, the method further includes: step S900, obtaining video viewing history data and payment history data of the audience terminal association object; step S902, determining the main broadcasting label of each recently played historical live broadcasting room according to the video watching historical data; step S904, determining whether the anchor labels of the historic live broadcasting rooms and the target anchor labels of the current anchor belong to the same type of labels; step S906, determining whether payment behavior exists during playing one of the historical live broadcasting rooms according to the payment historical data; and step S908, if the anchor tag of each history live broadcast room and the target anchor tag belong to the same type of tag and payment behavior exists during playing of one history live broadcast room, determining to push the target payment guide card associated with the current anchor.
For example, the current anchor tag is "sports commentary", and if the object has recently continuously entered a large number of other living broadcast rooms (e.g. 20-30), the anchor tags corresponding to these living broadcast rooms are mostly "sports commentary" or similar tags, and some anchors in these living broadcast rooms have paid actions, this indicates that there is a higher willingness to enjoy for the anchor, so that a target card for reminding or guiding the user to pay/view again can be actively initiated. The card is pushed, so that a forward circulation environment can be created by more specific promotion of payment activities. In the alternative embodiment, the payment interaction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the conversion rate of the card can be ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method further includes:
and step S1000, determining card pushing frequency according to the card type of each card and the object grade of the associated object of the audience terminal.
The object may be classified into a general user, a middle-sized user, and the like.
For example:
for the payment guide card, the common user pushes once a day and the middle and large users push 2-3 times a day;
for flow exposure cards, it may be arranged to be pushed once per day, preferentially to users in the consumer's capacity.
In this alternative embodiment, differentiated pushing may be performed according to different cards and different users, so as to achieve dynamic balance. Meanwhile, through a certain frequency control logic, the interference to the user can be effectively reduced.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the method further includes:
step S1100, presetting a display structure for configuring each card, where the display structure includes:
icon, text, background picture and action setting; wherein the action settings include click, guide, or jump.
In this optional embodiment, the display structure may be effectively used to guide the user to perform a corresponding operation.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the method further includes:
step S1200, determining a card pushing strategy according to the holiday attribute of the day, the active atmosphere index of the current live broadcasting room and/or the daily activity.
For example, any type of card may be optimally pushed according to the holiday, active atmosphere, and daily activity. The flow of the anchor purchase is optimized, and meanwhile, the ecology of the live platform is balanced.
Example two
Fig. 13 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a card presentation method in a live webcast scenario according to a second embodiment of the present application. The method embodiment may be implemented in a viewer terminal. The following uses the viewer terminal 4A as a single execution body of the present flow.
As shown in fig. 13, the card display method in the network live broadcast scenario may include steps S1300 to S1302, where:
step S1300, displaying a target card on a live broadcast interface, wherein the live broadcast interface comprises a live broadcast room page;
step S1304, in response to the trigger operation for the target card, performing a target operation associated with the target card, wherein:
if the target card is a flow exposure card, jumping to a main broadcast homepage of a target live broadcast or a target main broadcast; and
If the target card is a payment guide card, displaying a gift panel; wherein, under the condition that the target card is provided with the gift identification of the target gift, the target gift is automatically selected in the display of the gift panel.
In the above steps, the target card is displayed and the operation of the user on the target card is received.
(1) In the case where the target card is a traffic exposure card, the user may click on the target card to jump directly to the URL (Uniform Resource Locator ) of the target card configuration. The process does not need to go through the server. For example, a reminder broadcast card is opened and clicked to go directly to the live room of the host. If the information is the update reminding of the anchor, the user directly jumps to the anchor personal space or album.
(2) Under the condition that the target card is a payment guide card, the user clicks the target card and then pulls up the gift panel, so that the user can select the gift by himself.
The target card may set a gift ID. Pulling up the gift panel if the gift ID is not set does not select a specific gift. If the target card is configured with a gift ID, the gift is automatically selected after the gift panel is opened.
The card display method in the network live broadcast scene provided by the embodiment of the application has the following advantages:
(1) Under the network live broadcast scene, the guide information and the like are displayed in a card form, so that the perception of a user is increased.
(2) Because the card is displayed on the display interface, the interaction efficiency for guiding can be improved through the interaction between the card and the user.
