Description

Plan adjusting method, device, equipment and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer software technologies, and in particular, to a plan adjustment method, apparatus, device, and computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In daily life and work, it is often the case that a target plan is made for the things that need to be done. For example, a factory produces a month to specify how many products to produce to provide to a merchant. The production of the product needs manual participation, and the workload can not reach the standard when the personnel are absent. If the established target cannot be negotiated and adjusted in time, the conditions of delivering the product according to the schedule and the like can be caused.
At present, for the work needing to depend on personnel participation, in order to ensure the completion of the target, a card punching mechanism is adopted to evaluate the working condition of the personnel. And dynamically adjusting the target plan according to the number of days of card punching of the personnel.
However, the statistical method based on the number of the card punching days has the problem of inaccuracy, and if a certain plan is calculated not by the day but by the hour or the minute, the completion condition of the whole target plan is influenced by the fact that a person does little work for one hour. If according to the mode of card punching statistics, people can only find the absence of the people when the people do not punch the card the next day, the default is that the people finish the corresponding work according to the requirements before the time period, but if the people leave the work post after the people punch the card the previous day, the people do not finish the plan which needs to be finished on the previous day, and therefore the completion degree of the whole target plan is influenced.
It can be seen that how to achieve accurate adjustment of the target plan is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Next, a plan adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described in detail. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a plan adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
s101: and adding the on Shift records of the personnel at regular time according to the selected statistical granularity.
The statistical granularity may be a time interval used to indicate that an addend is on Shift for a recording.
In consideration of the fact that in practical application, different projects have different requirements, the statistical granularity of the completion condition of the audit plan is different. For example, some projects review plan completion by month, some by day, and some by hour or minute.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to meet the auditing requirements of different projects, the respective corresponding statistical granularities of the different projects may be preset.
After the plan which needs to be executed currently is obtained, the target statistical granularity corresponding to the plan information can be inquired from the preset respective corresponding statistical granularities of different projects according to the project to which the plan belongs; and adding the on Shift records of the personnel at regular time according to the target statistical granularity.
The on Shift record can effectively reflect the on Shift situation of the personnel, and the working progress of the personnel can be known according to the on Shift record.
For example, assume that a plurality of sub-departments belong to department a, and an employee m belongs to sub-department a11 belonging to sub-department a1, where department a belongs to a department at a first level, sub-department a1 belongs to a department at a second level, and sub-department a11 belongs to a department at a third level. The statistical granularity is recorded on duty once per hour. The on Shift record may include information such as the identity of the employee, the levels of departments to which the employee belongs, department levels, hierarchical relationships between the departments, year, month, day, and current time. The statistical granularity is one hour, and statistics are recorded on duty once, so the current time can be recorded to only hours.
The identity of the employee may be the name of the employee or the employee number of the department to which the employee belongs. Assuming that employee m is in the department with employee number 10, since employee m belongs to the department with three levels, namely department a, sub-department a1 and sub-department a11, three on duty records can be generated per statistic, as shown in table 1.
Employee number Department of department Department hierarchy Hierarchical relationships Year of year Moon cake Day(s) Current time
10 A 1 1 2021 12 1 14
10 A1 2 1-2 2021 12 1 14
10 A11 3 1-2-3 2021 12 1 14
TABLE 1
In table 1, the employee with employee number 10 belongs to three levels, so that each time of statistics, three on duty records are generated, and the current time 14 in table 1 can represent that two employees are on duty in the afternoon. The on-duty records contain department levels and hierarchical relationships, so that the on-duty conditions of the employees in all departments and the on-duty conditions of the employees in all sub-departments can be conveniently known.
S102: and determining the total number of the on Shift records corresponding to the plan according to the total number of the personnel and the on Shift theoretical number corresponding to the statistical granularity.
For a plan, after the total number of people participating in the plan is known, the number of theoretical on Shift entries corresponding to each person at the selected statistical granularity can be determined, and the number of theoretical on Shift entries can be used to characterize the number of recorded on Shift entries that the person should correspond to at all times.
In combination with the above example, assuming that department a11 has three employees participating in a plan, the statistical granularity corresponding to the plan is one hour, and each employee needs to work for 10 hours to complete the plan according to the work completion condition of each employee per hour. When each employee is normally on duty, three on duty records are generated every hour, and the theoretical number of on duty strips corresponding to 10 hours of work of each employee is 3 × 10-30; each of the 3 employees 10 hours on duty would plan that the corresponding total number of on duty records should be 3 x 30-90.
S103: and determining the adjusted plan information based on the current number of the on Shift records, the total number of the on Shift records and the set plan information.
In practical application, people may be missing due to reasons such as leave or leave, and the on Shift records corresponding to the people may be missing. When personnel loss occurs, the plan cannot be completed on schedule. In order to adjust the plan in time according to the missing situation of the personnel, the adjusted plan information can be determined based on the current number of the on-duty records, the total number of the on-duty records and the set plan information.
The proportional relation between the current number of the on-duty records, the total number of the on-duty records and the set plan information can realize quantitative evaluation of the plan information according to the proportional relation, so that the adjusted plan information can be more accurately determined.
The planning information will often include a specific planning value, for example, 100 items are produced, and the planning value is 100.
In a specific implementation, the adjusted plan value m may be determined according to the following formula,
Figure BDA0003417626230000071
where N represents the total number of on Shift records, N represents the current number of on Shift records, and M represents the programmed value.
Taking 3 employees in the above example as an example, working for 10 hours to complete a plan, assuming that the plan is to produce 100 commodities, the planned value is set to 100. If one employee leaves the post after working for 4 hours, no on-post record of the employee exists for 6 hours later, and the current number of the on-post records is counted to be 4 x 3+2 x 3 x 10-72 when reaching 10 hours. According to the above formula, it can be determined that the adjusted plan value is 72/90 × 100 — 80, that is, 100 articles originally planned to be produced, and only 80 articles can be produced in a specified time due to the off duty of the staff.
According to the proportional relation between the current number of the on-duty records, the total number of the on-duty records and the set plan information, the actual completion condition of the plan can be timely and accurately determined, so that the plan can be conveniently communicated with the client to adjust in time.
In the embodiment of the present application, in addition to determining the adjusted scheduling information based on the current number of on Shift records, the total number of on Shift records, and the set scheduling information when the working duration corresponding to the schedule is finished, the adjusted scheduling information may also be determined based on the current number of on Shift records, the total number of on Shift records, and the set scheduling information at regular time during the execution of the schedule according to the set cycle time.
The value of the cycle time may be set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
According to the technical scheme, the on-duty records of the personnel are added at regular time according to the selected statistical granularity; the statistical granularity can be used for representing the time interval of the on Shift record of the adding personnel, the on Shift record can effectively reflect the on Shift situation of the personnel, and the working progress of the personnel can be known according to the on Shift record. For a plan, after the total number of people participating in the plan is known, the number of theoretical on Shift entries corresponding to each person at the selected statistical granularity can be determined, and the theoretical on Shift entries are used to characterize the number of recorded on Shift entries that the person should correspond to when the person is fully on duty. And determining the total number of the scheduled on Shift records according to the total number of the personnel and the on Shift theoretical number corresponding to the statistical granularity. In the technical scheme, the corresponding statistical granularity can be set for different plans, and the condition of personnel loss can be found in time according to the on-duty record, so that the set plan can be adjusted in time. The quantitative evaluation of the plan information can be realized according to the proportional relationship existing between the current number of the on-duty records, the total number of the on-duty records and the set plan information, so that the adjusted plan information can be more accurately determined.
In consideration of the fact that in practical application, people leave off duty to cause the plan to be completed unexpectedly, and in order to more timely deal with the influence caused by people leaving off duty, the missing condition of the on-duty record can be evaluated.
In a specific implementation, a preset value may be set for the absence of the on-Shift recording, and it is determined whether the absence of the on-Shift recording exceeds the preset value.
If the missing value of the on Shift record exceeds the preset value, which indicates that the scheduling completion condition is greatly influenced, at this time, a step of determining the adjusted scheduling information based on the current number of the on Shift records, the total number of the on Shift records and the set scheduling information may be performed.
In conjunction with the above example 3 employees, a 10 hour job produced 100 items. If one of the employees leaves the post after working for 4 hours, and the on-post record of the employee is lost when the on-post record is added in the 5 th hour, 3 on-post records corresponding to each employee per hour are provided according to the above example, and if the preset value is 8, the lost value recorded by the employee on-post in the 7 th hour is 9, and exceeds the preset value of 8, at this time, the employee can be defaulted to leave the post all the time from the 5 th hour. The remaining two employees can still be processed as normal on duty, and when the 7 th hour is reached, the adjusted plan value is determined to be (4 x 3+2 x 3 x 10)/(3 x 10) 100 x 80 according to the above formula, that is, 100 goods are originally planned to be produced, and the plan is adjusted to produce 80 goods within the specified time due to the off duty of the employees.
The absence condition of the on-duty record is evaluated by setting the preset value, so that the absence condition of the staff can be found in time, the plan can be adjusted in time, or new staff can be supplemented to ensure the smooth completion of the original plan.
The on Shift records corresponding to the employees under each department are more and more recorded data along with the accumulation of time, and the on Shift records can be archived for the convenience of managing the data.
In a specific implementation, when the on Shift records meet the set archive requirement, the on Shift records may be integrated and then written into the corresponding archive list.
The archive requirements may include the timing of archiving on Shift records, for example, the archive requirements may include monthly archive and may also include yearly archive.
Taking month archiving as an example, the on duty record data of each employee for one month can be integrated, so that the integrated data is written into a month archiving list.
Taking the example of setting year filing on the basis of month filing, data recorded in the month filing list of each employee can be integrated, so that the integrated data is written into the year filing list.
The integrating of the on Shift records may be to generate one on Shift record after analyzing a plurality of on Shift records corresponding to one employee. For example, an employee may generate 3 on duty records every hour of work, taking eight hours of work per day, 21 days of work per month as an example, and taking 12 months as an example, the employee's corresponding on duty record has 3 × 8 × 21 — 504, which indicates that the employee is on duty in 12 months, and these on duty records may be integrated into one on duty record, that is, 12 months of full duty.
By integrating the on Shift records, the information reflected by the on Shift records can be kept, the amount of stored data can be effectively reduced, and the subsequent data can be conveniently inquired and called.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a plan adjustment apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, including an adding unit 21, a determining unit 22, and an adjusting unit 23;
the adding unit 21 is used for adding the on-duty records of the personnel at regular time according to the selected statistical granularity;
