Abstract
The invention discloses a method for accurately calculating the labor cost of a project, which relates to the technical field of labor cost statistics and solves the technical problem of poor precision of the conventional statistical method, and the method comprises the following steps: s0. dispatching tasks to employees based on project; s1, acquiring the time consumed by entry of each employee; s2, if the time-consuming date recorded is a non-working day, effective time consumption does not need to be calculated; s3, matching overtime rules set by the background, and calculating effective consumed time X' of each task; s4, acquiring the salary T of each employee; s5, multiplying the effective time consumption X' of the task corresponding to each employee by the salary T of the employee to obtain the labor cost C of each task; and S6, adding the labor cost C of each task according to a specified period to obtain a cost total. The invention also discloses a system for accurately calculating the labor cost of the project through the working hour loss statistics. The invention can accurately count the labor cost of the project in the designated period through the effective time consumption X' of the task and the salary T of the staff.

Technical Field

Background
