Background
The cement clinker is prepared with limestone, clay and iron material as main material and through mixing in proper proportion to form raw material, burning to melt partially or completely and cooling to obtain semi-finished product. Before the cement clinker is put into use, the water content of the cement clinker needs to be detected, and before the water content is detected, the cement clinker needs to be sampled by a sampler.
When cement clinker is sampled, a tubular sampler is mostly adopted for sampling, and after the existing tubular sampler is used for sampling, due to the adhesiveness of the cement clinker, a cement clinker sample in the tubular sampler needs to be knocked out frequently, so that the efficiency of cement clinker sampling is low.
