s2: secondly, a liquid cooling pipe (14) is arranged in the bulb cavity (12), the liquid cooling pipe (14) is arranged close to the side wall of the bulb cavity (12), a notch (15) is formed in the inner side of the liquid cooling pipe (14), and the pressure change of the liquid cooling pipe (14) can be monitored through the notch (15) and an induction film (16) adhered to the surface of the notch, so that whether leakage exists or not can be judged;
s3: finally, the special-shaped electrode (19) is connected with the rod-shaped electrode (20) in an overlapping mode, when the internal pressure of the liquid cooling pipe (14) is reduced, the elastic membrane (17) protrudes into the liquid cooling pipe (14), the rod-shaped electrode (20) is separated from the special-shaped electrode (19), leakage is indicated, an alarm can be given, and in addition, when the power supply of a host is turned off, the alarm is not triggered.
