Abstract
The invention discloses a gear box braking device of a snow throwing vehicle, and relates to the technical field of snow removing equipment; the pneumatic brake comprises a brake disc and a pneumatic brake, wherein a pair of friction plates of the pneumatic brake are arranged on two sides of the brake disc, the brake disc is connected with an output flange of a gearbox through a connecting flange, the pneumatic brake is connected with an air source through an air pipe, a pneumatic electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air pipe to control the on-off of an air passage, and the on-off of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is controlled by a relay; the coil of the relay is connected between the neutral gear switch of the gearbox and the ground, one end of a contact of the relay is connected with a power supply through a fuse, the other end of the contact is connected with a circuit inlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve, and a circuit outlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is grounded. Compared with the prior art, the invention can solve the problem that the output shaft rotates when the gearbox is in neutral when the load of the output end of the gearbox of the snow throwing vehicle is very small.

Background
In a snow throwing vehicle, a manual transmission is generally selected as a power output device for snow throwing work, and a power transmission path is shown in fig. 1, namely an engine 101 → a clutch → a transmission 102 → a transmission shaft 103 → a snow throwing head 104. At present, in order to improve the gear shifting smoothness of the gearbox 102, a synchronizer structure is generally adopted to replace a middle shaft braking structure of the gearbox 102, and the synchronizer structure has the problems that when the engine 101 runs and a clutch is engaged, if the load of the output end of the gearbox 102 is small, even if the gearbox 102 is in a neutral gear, an output shaft can rotate. When the snow throwing vehicle is in non-snow-removing operation working conditions such as equipment debugging, operation inspection and the like, because the load of the snow throwing head 104 is very small, the condition that the output shaft rotates when the gearbox 102 is in a neutral position exists, the output shaft can drive the auger 105 of the snow throwing head 104 to rotate through the transmission shaft 103, if operators are not careful, the danger of mechanical injury can exist, and production safety accidents are easily caused.

The invention aims to provide a braking device for a gearbox of a snow throwing vehicle, which can solve the problem that when the load of the output end of the gearbox of the snow throwing vehicle is small, an output shaft rotates when the gearbox is in a neutral position.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the snow throwing vehicle gearbox braking device comprises a brake disc and an air compression brake, wherein a pair of friction plates of the air compression brake are arranged on two sides of the brake disc, the brake disc is connected with an output flange of a gearbox through a connecting flange, the air compression brake is connected with an air source through an air pipe, a pneumatic electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air pipe to control the on-off of an air passage, and the pneumatic electromagnetic valve controls the on-off of a circuit through a relay; the coil of the relay is connected between the neutral gear switch of the gearbox and the ground, one end of a contact of the relay is connected with a power supply through a fuse, the other end of the contact is connected with a circuit inlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve, and a circuit outlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is grounded.
In the above technical solution, a more specific technical solution may also be: the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is also provided with an air inlet, a working port and an air outlet, the air inlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is connected with the air source through the air pipe, and the working port of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve is connected with the air inlet of the air pressure brake through the air pipe.
Further, the air pressure brake is connected with the shell of the gearbox through a connecting piece.

the snow throwing vehicle gearbox braking device shown in fig. 2 and 3 comprises a brake disc 1 and an air compression brake 2, wherein a pair of friction plates 2-1 of the air compression brake 2 are arranged on two sides of the brake disc 1, the brake disc 1 is connected with an output flange of a gearbox 4 through a connecting flange 3, the air compression brake 2 is connected with an air source through an air pipe, a pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged on the air pipe to control the on-off of an air path, and the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 controls the on-off of a circuit through a relay 6; a coil of the relay 6 is connected between the neutral switch 7 of the gearbox and the ground, one end of a contact of the relay 6 is connected with a power supply 9 through a fuse 8, the other end of the contact is connected with a circuit inlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5, and a circuit outlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is grounded.
The pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is also provided with an air inlet, a working port and an air outlet, the air inlet of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is connected with an air source through an air pipe, and the working port of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is connected with the air inlet of the air brake 2 through the air pipe.
The air brake 2 is connected with a shell of the gearbox 4 through a connecting piece; the connecting piece is a connecting bolt. The air source is an air cylinder. The brake disc 1 and the friction plate 2-1 are both made of wear-resistant materials, and the hardness of the material of the brake disc 1 is greater than that of the material of the friction plate 2-1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the gearbox 4 is in a neutral state, the neutral switch 7 of the gearbox outputs high level, the coil of the relay 6 is electrified, the contact is closed, the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is electrified to work, the air inlet and the working port of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 are conducted, compressed air enters the pneumatic brake 2 from the air storage cylinder through the air pipe and the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5, and the pneumatic brake 2 brakes to limit the rotation of the output shaft of the gearbox; when the gearbox 4 is in a non-neutral state, the neutral switch 7 of the gearbox outputs a low level, the coil of the relay 6 is powered off, the contact is opened, the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5 is powered off, compressed air in the pneumatic brake 2 is exhausted through the exhaust port of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve 5, and the pneumatic brake 2 releases braking.
According to the invention, the air brake 2 is arranged on the shell of the gearbox 4, the brake disc is arranged on the output flange of the gearbox 4, the pneumatic solenoid valve 5 is used for controlling the on-off of the air path between the air brake 2 and the air source, and the gearbox neutral signal is read from the gearbox neutral switch 7 and is used as the control signal of the pneumatic solenoid valve 5, so that the automatic braking of the air brake 2 can be realized when the gearbox 4 is in neutral, the output shaft of the gearbox stops rotating, an operator can safely carry out equipment debugging and operation inspection, when the gearbox 4 is in non-neutral, the air brake 2 automatically releases the braking, the output shaft of the gearbox can freely rotate, and the equipment can normally operate.
The brake disc 1 and the friction plate 2-1 are made of wear-resistant materials, the service cycle of the braking device is prolonged, the hardness of the material of the brake disc 1 is greater than that of the material of the friction plate 2-1, so that the brake disc 1 is more wear-resistant relative to the friction plate 2-1, after the air brake 2 is worn, only the friction plate 2-1 needs to be replaced, and the maintenance is convenient.
