Abstract

Both of the above two methods cannot satisfy the situation of continuous rotation and movement at the same time.
At present, for the occasion with continuous rotation and movement, for example, a parallel robot is used, and when a moving part rotates relative to a fixed part, the moving part rotates around the axis of the moving part, the rotating directions are consistent, and the rotating speeds are the same. When the corrugated pipe is used as a winding device, the corrugated pipe is in a free state, and orderly and reliable movement cannot be realized.

The corrugated pipe winding and unwinding device realizes automatic winding and automatic unwinding of the corrugated pipe through the space formed by combining the conical inner support and the cylindrical outer enclosure, can realize ordered arrangement of the corrugated pipe, and avoids the winding phenomenon.

When the corrugated pipe passes through the tensioning device, teeth on the tensioning wheel are meshed with the annular groove on the corrugated pipe, and the lower guide port and the upper guide port play a role in supporting and guiding the corrugated pipe, so that the corrugated pipe is reliably meshed with the tensioning wheel.
When the distance between the mounting flange and the storage box is increased, the corrugated pipe moves towards the outside of the storage box under the driving of the mounting flange, and the corrugated pipe drives the tensioning wheel to apply torque to the torsion spring through the annular groove. When the distance between the mounting flange and the storage box is reduced, the corrugated pipe moves into the storage box under the action of the torsion spring arranged on the tension wheel and is wound on the conical support under the action of the conical support.
