A carton packing tape take-up and recovery device according to claim 9, characterised in that the belt follower (2) is provided with guide grooves corresponding to the guide strips of the first endless running belt (4); the belt jacking mechanism (3) is provided with a guide groove corresponding to the guide strip of the second circulating running belt (5).
