Referring to fig. 1-3, a mask pressing jig with a pre-pressing mechanism includes a base 1, a supporting frame 2, a first roller 3, a second roller 4 and a pre-pressing member 5.
A groove 6 is formed in the base 1, and a conveying belt 7 is arranged in the groove 6. The conveyor belt 7 is arranged at the bottom of the groove 6, there still being some space above the groove 6.
And one end of the groove 6 is provided with a rotating wheel 8, and the rotating wheel 8 is connected with a motor 9 through a transmission shaft. The motor 9 is fixed on the side surface of the base 1. The drive shaft (not referenced) of the motor 9 extends through the base 1 to connect to the wheel 8 within the recess 6.
The wheel 8 is matched to the conveyor belt 7, both of which are shown in fig. 1 to be of the same height.
The welding of both sides has support frame 2 on the base 1, be provided with gyro wheel alignment jig 10 on the support frame 2 (specifically the inside below of support frame 2). The support frame 2 corresponds to a mounting bracket provided with a roller adjustment bracket 10. The prepressing element 5 is located on the conveyor belt 7, and a pressure sensor 13 is arranged on the prepressing element 5.
A rubber pad 14 is fixed on the first roller 3, and a rack 15 is fixed on the second roller 4, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 in combination, in particular fig. 3.
A supporting leg 20 is fixed below the base 1, and a universal wheel 21 and a brake device 22 are fixed on the supporting leg 20. The brake device 22 is fixed on the universal wheel 21, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In this embodiment, the pressure sensors 13 are provided in plurality, so that the stress condition of the pre-pressing member 5 can be conveniently known.
In this embodiment, the prepressing elements 5 are arranged in an array, which facilitates the production and manufacture of the device, and can sense the corresponding pressure more comprehensively and accurately.
The rubber pad 14 can be a rubber pad or a silica gel pad, so that the device is convenient to produce and manufacture.
With reference to the foregoing, in the present embodiment, the fixing device 12 is provided with a nut 16 and a thread 17, and the nut 16 matches with the thread 17 on the adjusting column 11 to facilitate adjusting the height of the roller adjusting frame 10 and fixing the roller adjusting frame 10.
A tensioning wheel 18 is arranged in the groove 6, as shown in fig. 3, the tensioning wheel 18 is arranged at the other end in the groove 6, and the tensioning wheel 18 is matched with the conveyor belt 7 for adjusting the tensioning degree of the conveyor belt 7.
Fig. 3 further shows that the tensioning wheel 18 is fixed on an adjusting rod 19, the adjusting rod 19 is arranged on the base 1, the adjusting rod 19 can also be locked by the fixing device 12 (please refer to the above description), and the position of the adjusting rod 19 facilitates the position adjustment of the tensioning wheel 18.
In this embodiment, the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 are parallel to each other, and refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3 in combination, for example, fig. 3 shows that the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 are located on two sides of the supporting frame 2 on the top surface, and they are parallel to each other to ensure that the mask can be well pressed.
In this embodiment, the number of the fixing devices 12 is two, and the two fixing devices 12 are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the supporting frame 2, so that the height of the roller adjusting frame 10 can be conveniently adjusted.
The pre-pressing piece 5 can be driven by the conveying belt 7 so as to conveniently convey and press the mask.
A handle 23 is fixed on the side surface of the base 1, and a rubber sleeve 24 is sleeved on the handle 23 to facilitate pushing the device.
In summary, in the mask pressing jig with the pre-pressing mechanism provided in this embodiment, when in use, the fixing device 12 above the supporting frame 2 is adjusted to loosen the nut 16 from the thread 17 on the adjusting post 11, so as to adjust the height of the roller adjusting frame 10; after the roller adjusting frame 10 is adjusted to a proper position, the roller adjusting frame 10 is fixed on the supporting frame 2 by using the fixing device 12, and the position of the tension wheel 18 in the groove 6 of the base 1 is adjusted by using the adjusting rod 19 and the fixing device 12; further adjusting the tightness degree of the conveyor belt 7, starting the motor 9, placing the pre-pressing piece 5 on the conveyor belt 7, driving the rotating wheel 8 through the motor 9 to further drive the conveyor belt 7 to enable the pre-pressing piece 5 to be in contact with the first roller 3 and the second roller 4, and pre-tightening the pre-pressing piece 5 through the first roller 3; the silica gel pad 14 on the first roller 3 plays a certain protection role for the prepressing piece 5, the rack 15 on the second roller 4 extrudes and fastens the prepressing piece 5, the pressure sensor 13 on the prepressing piece 5 is used for knowing the pressure condition of a corresponding product, after the pressure is adjusted in time, a product or a device (such as an LED module pressure cover) to be extruded is placed on the conveyor belt 7 for processing, and the jig can adjust the pressing degree of the roller on the product or the device at any time, so that the roller can be prevented from crushing structures such as an LED lamp, and the like, and the device has the advantages of simple operation, practicality, reliability and the like; in addition, the device can be moved by using the handle 23 sleeved with the rubber sleeve 24 and the universal wheel 21 on the supporting leg 20 of the base 1, and when the device is moved to a proper position, the universal wheel 21 is locked by using the brake device 22 on the universal wheel 21, so that the whole device is fixed.
The motor 9 in this example may be a conventional electrical device in the LED technology field, such as a stepper motor.
