After a period of time, the ratchet 72 moves to the opening of the limiting groove 711, the first contact 94 and the second contact 95 contact with each other, the electromagnet 91 is energized, the electromagnet 91 attracts the iron sheet 92, the iron sheet 92 drives the locking rod 81 to move, and when the locking rod 81 is disengaged from the locking groove 421, the locking of the locking rod 81 on the fixing block 42 can be released, so that the scraper 41 can be detached, and the step of manually moving the locking rod 81 by a worker is reduced.
