s1, starting an electric push rod (10) according to the thickness of a solar photovoltaic panel to be cleaned, driving an n-shaped plate (19) to move by the electric push rod (10), driving a transverse plate (18) to move by the n-shaped plate (19), driving an upper rotating roller (21) to move by the transverse plate (18), driving a cleaning cloth (5) connected with the upper rotating roller (21) to move by the upper rotating roller (21), and enabling the distance between the bottom of the cleaning cloth (5) connected with the upper rotating roller (21) and the top of the cleaning cloth (5) connected with a lower rotating roller (17) to accord with the thickness of the solar photovoltaic panel;
s2: a nut (131) of the belt tensioning structure (13) is rotated, the nut (131) drives a threaded rod (136) to rotate, the threaded rod (136) pushes an n-shaped frame (135) to move, the n-shaped frame (135) drives a second belt pulley (133) to move, and the second belt pulley (133) moves downwards to push a belt (4) to be straightened;
s3, the solar photovoltaic panel is placed on a supporting roller (6), a driving motor (8) and an air pump (15) are started, the driving motor (8) drives the supporting roller (6), a lower rotating roller (17) and an upper rotating roller (21) to rotate, the supporting roller (6) drives the solar photovoltaic panel to move, the lower rotating roller (17) and the upper rotating roller (21) drive a cleaning cloth (5) to clean the solar photovoltaic panel, meanwhile, air containing dust enters a lower air outlet pipe (16) and an upper air outlet pipe (11), and then the air is driven to a water tank (9) left and right through the air pump (15) and an air outlet pipe (14) to be collected;
s4, when the cleaning cloth (5) rotates, the upper scraper blade (20) scrapes the dust adhered to the cleaning cloth (5) connected with the upper rotating roller (21), and the lower scraper blade (22) scrapes the dust adhered to the cleaning cloth (5) connected with the lower rotating roller (17), so that the cleanliness of the cleaning cloth (5) is guaranteed.
