Abstract
The invention provides a cloth bag replacing device of a dust collector for coal injection of a blast furnace, which comprises a traction rope, a fixed rope and a horizontally arranged sliding rope, wherein one end of the traction rope is connected with a winch through a fixed pulley, the other end of the traction rope is suspended with a hoisting device through a movable pulley, the movable pulley is suspended on the sliding rope and can slide along the sliding rope, the movable pulley is also connected with one end of the fixed rope, and when the traction rope applies traction force, the fixed rope enables the movable pulley to be fixed on the sliding rope. The invention has high construction efficiency, reduces the number of constructors, can reduce the labor load and has less harm to the health of the constructors.

In this embodiment, the fixing rope 8 is fixed in an inclined direction, and the fixing rope 8 is opposite to the horizontal component force acting on the movable pulley 5 by the traction rope 3, so that the movable pulley 5 is balanced in stress and can be fixed on the sliding rope 4 in the cloth bag removing process.
In this embodiment, the hauling rope 3 is a steel wire rope, and the sliding rope 4 is a steel wire rope. The steel wire rope can transmit long-distance load, has high bearing safety factor and is safe and reliable to use.
The embodiment also provides a method for replacing the cloth bag of the dust collector for making coal powder by using the blast furnace coal injection, which comprises the following steps:
a) a sliding rope 4 is fixedly arranged above the dust remover along the horizontal direction, the upper end of a fixed rope 8 is fixed on a movable pulley 5, the movable pulley 5 is hung on the sliding rope 4, one end of a traction rope 3 is connected with a winch 1, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with a hook 7 sequentially through a fixed pulley 2 and the movable pulley 5;
b) opening a top cover plate of the dust remover, and cleaning dust in a dust remover bin;
c) fixing a hook 7 at the edge part of the waste bag cage, fixing the lower end of a fixed rope 8 at the top of the dust remover, starting a winch 1 to pull a traction rope 3, dismantling the bag cage, lifting the bag cage to the bottom of the bag cage to exceed the top of the dust remover by a distance, loosening the lower end of the fixed rope 8, pulling the fixed rope 8 to enable a movable pulley 5 to slide along a sliding rope 4, lifting the waste bag cage to a specified point, and improving the construction efficiency; during the movement of the movable pulley 5, the traction rope 3 is released or wound up accordingly.
d) Fixing a hook 7 at the edge part of the waste cloth bag, fixing the lower end of a fixed rope 8 at the top of a dust remover, starting a winch 1 to pull a traction rope 3, dismantling the cloth bag, lifting the cloth bag to the bottom of the cloth bag to exceed the top of the dust remover by a distance, loosening the lower end of the fixed rope 8, pulling the fixed rope 8 to enable a movable pulley 5 to slide along a sliding rope 4, hoisting the waste cloth bag to a specified point, and improving the construction efficiency; during the movement of the movable pulley 5, the traction rope 3 is released or wound up accordingly.
e) After the bag cage and the cloth bag are removed, the dust in the dust collector bin is cleaned;
f) after the interior of the bin is cleaned up, firstly installing a cloth bag, fixing the cloth bag on a hook 7, moving a movable pulley 5 through a fixed rope 8, hoisting the cloth bag to the upper part of an installation position, starting a winch 1, descending a traction rope 3, installing the cloth bag in place through manual work by slightly matching, and then confirming that the mouth of the cloth bag is tightly combined with the pattern plate in the bin;
g) then, a bag cage is installed, the bag cage is fixed on a hook 7, the movable pulley 5 is moved through the fixed rope 8, the bag cage is lifted to the upper side of an installation position, the winch 1 is started, the traction rope 3 is lowered, the bag cage can be installed in place through manual work by slightly matching, and then the bag cage opening is confirmed to be tightly combined with the bag opening.
After the method is used, the construction efficiency of replacing the cloth bag of the coal-injection powder-making dust collector of the blast furnace can be greatly improved, the cloth bag replacement efficiency can be improved by 1-2 times, the overhaul time is reduced from 24 hours to 12-16 hours, nearly half of labor is reduced, meanwhile, the personnel are prevented from being exposed in the dangerous environment with excessive dust for a long time, and the occupational health of the personnel is ensured.
