In some embodiments, before displaying the target scene information searched based on the scene search term and the preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, the information processing method further includes:
determining an account type of the first account;
and searching target scene information matched with the scene search words from the scene information corresponding to the account number type based on the scene search words.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the scenes of behaviors belonging to the preset attributes of accounts of different account types may differ, target scene information is searched from scene information corresponding to the account types based on the scene search words, and the efficiency and accuracy of searching the target scene information can be improved.
In some embodiments, before the obtaining of the scene search word input in the management interface of the first account, the information processing method further includes:
under the condition that the currently logged-in second account is determined to have the management authority of the first account, displaying a live broadcast picture and a management control of the first account;
and responding to the triggering operation of the management control, and displaying the management interface.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the second account has the management authority for the first account, the live broadcast picture and the management control of the first account are displayed, so that a terminal logging in the second account can enter a management interface of the first account based on the management control, and the first account is managed based on the management interface.

the embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account, so as to improve the reliability of the information. According to the scheme, after the to-be-processed information for managing the account number input by the input personnel is acquired, the server forwards the verification request carrying the to-be-processed information to the verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can verify the to-be-processed information, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are ensured, and the verification of at least one verification terminal is passed, which indicates that the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are high.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the description of the above-described figures are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment provided by embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes an entry terminal 101, a server 102, and at least one authentication terminal 103 (1 authentication terminal 103 is taken as an example in the figure). Wherein the recording terminal 101, the server 102 and the verification terminal 103 are connected through a wired network or a wireless network. The entry terminal 101 is a terminal for entering personnel, and is configured to input information to be processed and send a verification request carrying the information to be processed to the server 102. The server 102 is configured to forward the authentication request to the authentication terminal 103. The verification terminal 103 is a terminal of a verifier, and is configured to verify the to-be-processed information, and send a verification passing message to the server 102 when the to-be-processed information passes the verification. The server 102 is further configured to determine, upon receiving the verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal 103, the information to be processed as target information for managing the account.
In some embodiments, the implementation environment further includes at least one user terminal 104 (1 user terminal 104 is taken as an example in the figure), and the user terminal 104 is connected with the server 102. The user terminal 104 is installed with a live broadcast application, and after the user registers an account in the server 102, the user can log in the live broadcast application based on the registered account, and live broadcast or live broadcast watching is performed in the live broadcast application, and during the process of live broadcast or live broadcast watching, a behavior which belongs to a preset attribute and is prohibited by the live broadcast application may occur, so that the order of the live broadcast application is disturbed, and in this case, the server 102 can manage the account based on target information.
In some embodiments, the implementation environment further comprises a management terminal 105, the management terminal 105 being connected to the server 102. The server 102, after determining target information for managing an account, transmits the target information to the management terminal 105, and the management terminal 105 receives and stores the target information. Then, the administrator can view the live broadcast screen of each account on the management terminal 105, and manage the account based on the target information when determining that any account has a behavior belonging to the preset attribute.
The information processing method provided by the disclosure can be applied to a scene of creating target information for managing the account, for example, after an entry worker inputs information to be processed in an entry terminal, the information to be processed is verified by the method provided by the disclosure, and after the verification is passed, the information to be processed is determined as the target information.
The information processing method provided by the disclosure can also be applied to a scene of propagandizing the target information for managing the account, for example, after the server acquires the target information for managing the account through the method provided by the disclosure, the target information is sent to at least one user terminal registered with the account in the server, so that the user terminal displays the target information in a management information display interface, a user can know the specific content of the target information, and a behavior belonging to a preset attribute is avoided.
The information processing method provided by the disclosure can also be applied to a scene of managing the account, for example, after the server acquires the target information for managing the account by the method provided by the disclosure, the target information is stored. And under the condition that any account is determined to have the behavior of the preset attribute indicated by the preset attribute information in the target information, managing the account based on the target information. For example, an operation is performed on the account based on the operation information associated with the preset attribute information.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an information processing method, in some embodiments performed by a logging terminal, as shown in fig. 2, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
201. The method comprises the steps of obtaining input information to be processed, wherein the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes.
The preset attribute information represents a preset attribute, and the behavior belonging to the preset attribute is, for example, a behavior prohibited by the live broadcast application, such as a behavior of promoting counterfeit goods, a behavior of infringing the copyright of others, and the like. If an account has a behavior belonging to the preset attribute, the account is an account belonging to the preset attribute, and the information to be processed is used for managing the account.
After a user registers an account in a live application, the user can watch live broadcast or perform live broadcast and other behaviors in the live application, and the information of the behaviors is recorded as behavior information of the account, the behavior information may include preset attribute information, and if the behavior information of the account includes the preset attribute information, the behavior information indicates that the account has a behavior belonging to a preset attribute, so the account needs to be managed through information for managing the account.
Because the information to be processed is input by the input personnel, the information to be processed may be inaccurate or not standard enough, and therefore, the information to be processed needs to be sent to the verification terminal for verification so as to ensure the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed.
202. And sending an authentication request to the server, wherein the authentication request carries the information to be processed.
The verification request is used for indicating the server to initiate a verification process of the information to be processed. And after receiving the verification request, the server sends the verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determines the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a management information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account so as to improve the reliability of the information. According to the scheme, after the to-be-processed information for managing the account number input by the input personnel is acquired, the server forwards the verification request carrying the to-be-processed information to the verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can verify the to-be-processed information, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are ensured, at least one verification terminal passes verification, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are high, under the condition, the server determines the to-be-processed information as the target information for managing the account number, and the reliability of the target information is ensured.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of information processing, in some embodiments performed by a server, as shown in FIG. 3, including the following steps, according to an example embodiment.
301. Receiving a verification request sent by an input terminal, wherein the verification request carries information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing account numbers belonging to preset attributes.
302. An authentication request is sent to at least one authentication terminal.
The verification request is used for indicating the verification terminal to verify the information to be processed in the verification request, the verification terminal can verify the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed after receiving the verification request, and a verification passing message is sent to the server under the condition that the verification of the verification management information is passed.
303. And under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by at least one verification terminal, determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account.
In some embodiments, after the server determines the information to be processed as the target information, the target information is stored. The account numbers belonging to the preset attributes are managed based on the target information, that is, the account numbers are managed based on the target information under the condition that any account number is determined to have the behavior belonging to the preset attributes.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a management information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account so as to improve the reliability of the information. In the scheme, the server forwards the verification request which is sent by the input terminal and carries the information to be processed for managing the account number to the verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can verify the information to be processed and ensure the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed, and at least one verification terminal passes the verification, which indicates that the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed are high.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating an information processing method, in some embodiments performed by an authentication terminal, according to an example embodiment, including the following steps, as shown in fig. 4.
401. Receiving a verification request sent by a server, wherein the verification request carries information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing account numbers belonging to preset attributes.
402. And displaying the information to be processed.
After receiving the verification request, the verification terminal displays the information to be processed in the verification request so that a verifier verifies the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed, and after the verifier verifies the information to be processed, the verifier confirms the information to be processed, so that the verification terminal determines that the information to be processed passes the verification and then sends a verification passing message to the server.
403. And responding to the confirmation operation of the information to be processed, and sending a verification passing message to the server.
The server is used for sending a verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a management information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account so as to improve the reliability of the information. In the scheme, a verification request which is sent by a server and carries information to be processed for managing an account number is received, so that a verification terminal can verify the information to be processed, the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed are ensured, and the verification of at least one verification terminal is passed, which shows that the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed are high.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, in some embodiments, interaction subjects of the method are an entry terminal, a server, and a verification terminal, as illustrated in fig. 5, including the following steps.
501. The input terminal acquires input information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes.
In some embodiments, the to-be-processed information further includes scene information associated with preset attribute information, and the entering terminal acquires the input to-be-processed information, including: the input terminal acquires input scene information and acquires preset attribute information input aiming at the scene information. Wherein the scene information indicates an application scene of the information to be processed. For example, the application scenario is a marketing scenario, a scenario of issuing information, a scenario of fulfilling an appointment, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is considered that behaviors occurring in different scenes are different, and therefore, the input scene information is obtained first, and then the preset attribute information input for the scene information is obtained, so that the content of the information to be processed is enriched, and an account where a behavior belonging to the preset attribute occurs can be better managed subsequently based on the scene information in the information to be processed.
In some embodiments, the entering terminal obtains the input scenario information, including: the method comprises the steps that an input terminal obtains a scene catalog, wherein the scene catalog comprises at least two levels of scene information, and in the two adjacent levels of scene information, a scene indicated by lower level scene information is a sub-scene of a scene indicated by upper level scene information; and acquiring the selected scene information from the scene information with the lowest level in the scene catalog.
Illustratively, the scene information of the same level in the scene directory includes at least one piece. In addition to the lowest level scene information in the scene directory, the other levels of scene information in the scene directory include at least one piece of lower level scene information, and each piece of lower level scene information indicates a different scene. In the two adjacent levels of scene information, the scene indicated by the higher level scene information includes the scene indicated by the lower level scene information, and the scene indicated by the lower level scene information is more detailed and more specific than the scene indicated by the higher level scene information, so that the scene indicated by the lower level scene information becomes a sub-scene of the scene indicated by the higher level scene information. For example, the scene directory includes two levels of scene information, where the upper level scene information is a marketing scene, and the lower level scene information of the upper level scene information includes a campaign promotion scene, an after-sales scene, and the like.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the scene indicated by the scene information with the lowest level in the scene directory is more detailed and specific than the scene indicated by the scene information with the highest level, the scene information is selected from the scene information with the lowest level in the scene directory, and the scene information can more accurately represent the application scene of the information to be processed, so that account management based on the information to be processed is facilitated subsequently.
In some embodiments, the information to be processed further includes an account type associated with the preset attribute information, the information to be processed indicates that an account belonging to the account type is managed, and the entering terminal acquires the input information to be processed, including: the input terminal obtains the input account number type; and acquiring preset attribute information input aiming at the account type.
Illustratively, the account types include a merchant account and a darner account, wherein the merchant account refers to an account having a commodity production authority and a sale authority, and the darner account refers to an account having only a commodity sale authority but not a commodity production authority.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is considered that the actions of the accounts belonging to different account types are different, and therefore, the input account type is obtained first, and then the preset attribute information input for the account type is obtained, so that the content of the information to be processed is enriched, and the accounts belonging to the preset attribute can be better managed subsequently based on the account type in the information to be processed.
In some embodiments, the to-be-processed information further includes operation information associated with the preset attribute information, and the entering terminal acquires the input to-be-processed information, including: the input terminal acquires input preset attribute information; and acquiring operation information input aiming at the preset attribute information. The operation information indicates an operation mode of the account belonging to the preset attribute. Illustratively, the operation information is a forbidden account number for 3 days, a permanent forbidden account number, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, because the operation modes adapted to the account numbers including different preset attribute information in the behavior information are different, the input preset attribute information is obtained first, and then the operation information input for the preset attribute information is obtained, so that the content of the information to be processed is enriched, and the account numbers having the preset attribute can be better managed subsequently based on the operation information in the information to be processed.
It should be noted that the scene information, the account type, and the operation information in the information to be processed are all associated information of preset attribute information in the information to be processed. The above-mentioned manners of acquiring various associated information of the preset attribute information can be combined in any manner, for example, the step of acquiring the information to be processed includes: the input terminal firstly acquires an input account number type, then acquires scene information input aiming at the account number type, and then acquires preset attribute information input aiming at the scene information.
In some embodiments, the entering terminal obtains the input information to be processed, including: inputting a terminal display attribute information configuration interface; and acquiring preset attribute information input in the attribute information configuration interface.
The attribute information configuration interface is used for inputting preset attribute information in the information to be processed. For example, the attribute information configuration interface includes a plurality of information input fields, where the plurality of information input fields are respectively used for different contents of the preset attribute information, for example, a name of the preset attribute information, a description of a behavior belonging to the preset attribute, a determination criterion of the behavior belonging to the preset attribute, a live view when an account in the behavior information including the preset attribute information has a behavior belonging to the preset attribute, and the like.
In some embodiments, the information to be processed further includes associated information of preset attribute information, the attribute information configuration interface includes an associated information configuration control, and after the terminal is entered to display the attribute information configuration interface, the associated information configuration interface is displayed in response to a trigger operation on the associated information configuration control; and acquiring the associated information of the preset attribute information input in the associated information configuration interface.
Illustratively, in addition to the above-mentioned scene information, account type, operation information, and other information, the associated information of the preset attribute information can include other information, for example, complaint information indicating that the account needs to submit information for complaint if the account is determined that the action belonging to the preset attribute occurs but the account is rejected. As another example, the complaint information indicates information submitted by the account for a complaint after the account has failed to complaint. As another example, customer question and answer information indicating a common question regarding the preset attribute information, and an answer to the question.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an attribute information configuration interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 6, the attribute information configuration interface includes a plurality of information input fields, which are respectively used to input names of preset attribute information, descriptions of behaviors belonging to preset attributes, interpretations of the preset attribute information, determination criteria of the behaviors belonging to the preset attributes, and typical cases, where a live broadcast screen is displayed when an account including the preset attribute information in the behavior information has a behavior belonging to the preset attributes. The attribute information configuration interface further comprises a plurality of associated information configuration controls, wherein the control is used for inputting scene information, the control is used for inputting operation information, the control is used for inputting complaint information and complaint information, and the control is used for inputting customer service question and answer information and other supplementary information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the associated information configuration control is displayed on the attribute information configuration interface, so that a user can enter the associated information configuration interface based on the associated information configuration control, and the associated information of the preset attribute information is configured in the associated information configuration interface, thereby greatly facilitating the configuration of the account associated information.

In some embodiments, the server stops sending the verification request to the verification terminals arranged in the sequence after the verification terminals in the case of receiving the verification failure message sent by any one of the verification terminals; and forwarding the verification failure message to the logging terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, since any authentication terminal does not authenticate the information to be processed, and the information to be processed is determined as authentication failure, when the authentication failure message sent by any authentication terminal is received, the authentication request is stopped being sent to the authentication terminal arranged behind the authentication terminal, so that unnecessary information sending steps can be saved, and the performance consumption of the device can be reduced. And the verification failure message is forwarded to the input terminal, so that the input terminal can conveniently obtain the verification result of the information to be processed.
In some embodiments, the logging-in terminal obtains updated information to be processed when receiving a verification failure message sent by the server; and sending an authentication request to the server again, wherein the authentication request carries the updated information to be processed.
Illustratively, the entry terminal displays the to-be-processed information which is not verified and the verification result which is not verified under the condition that the entry terminal receives the verification failure message sent by the server, and the entry personnel updates the to-be-processed information, so that the entry terminal acquires the updated to-be-processed information and initiates a verification process of the updated to-be-processed information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the entry terminal acquires the updated to-be-processed information and requests the server to verify the updated to-be-processed information again under the condition that the to-be-processed information is not verified, so that the probability that the to-be-processed information is verified can be improved.
In some embodiments, the server sends an authentication request to at least one authentication terminal, comprising: the server determines at least one kind of associated information of preset attribute information carried in the verification request; acquiring a verification type corresponding to a verification terminal, wherein the verification type indicates the type of the associated information verified by the verification terminal; and sending the verification request to the verification terminal under the condition that the verification request carries the associated information belonging to the verification type. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the corresponding authentication type is configured for the authentication terminal, and the authentication request is sent to the authentication terminal only when the authentication request carries the associated information belonging to the authentication type, so that the authentication request does not need to be sent to all the authentication terminals, but the authentication terminal is selected to send the authentication request in a targeted manner according to the content carried by the authentication request, thereby not only improving the authentication efficiency of the information to be processed, but also reducing the performance consumption of the device.
In some embodiments, the server sends an authentication request to at least one authentication terminal, comprising: the method comprises the steps that a server acquires verification process information, wherein the verification process information comprises a plurality of verification account numbers and the arrangement sequence of the verification account numbers; and the server sends verification requests to the verification terminals corresponding to the verification account numbers according to the arrangement sequence. Illustratively, the authentication flow information is configured in the server. The account is registered in the server and used for distinguishing different users. For example, the account number is a mailbox, a mobile phone number, an identification number, and the like. The authentication account is an account providing an authentication service of the information to be processed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server sends the verification request to the verification terminals corresponding to the verification account numbers according to the arrangement sequence of the verification account numbers in the verification process information, so that the user can freely designate the verification terminals and the verification sequence of the verification terminals through the verification process information, and the verification process of the information to be processed is more flexible.
In some embodiments, the verification process information further includes at least one status synchronization account, and the information processing method further includes: and the server synchronizes the information to be processed to the terminal corresponding to the state synchronization account, and synchronizes the verification state of the information to be processed to the terminal corresponding to the state synchronization account under the condition that the verification state of the information to be processed is changed.

Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of verification process information provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 8, a verification request carrying information to be processed flows from an entry terminal to a verification terminal corresponding to a verification account at the upper level of a straight line, then, when the information to be processed includes operation information, the verification request flows to a verification terminal corresponding to a verification account at the wind control leader and then flows to a verification terminal corresponding to a verification account at the administration leader, or when the information to be processed does not include operation information, the verification request flows directly from a verification terminal corresponding to a verification account at the upper level of the straight line to a verification terminal corresponding to a verification account at the administration leader, and when a plurality of verification terminals sequentially verify the information to be processed, the verification process ends. In some embodiments, the verifying terminal displays the information to be processed, including: the verification terminal displays information to be processed and a state synchronization control; the information processing method further includes: the verification terminal responds to the triggering operation of the state synchronization control to acquire an input state synchronization account; and sending a state synchronization request to a server, wherein the state synchronization request carries information to be processed and a state synchronization account. In some embodiments, the verification terminal sends a verification failure message to the server in response to the denial operation of the information to be processed, and then the server receives the verification failure message and forwards the verification failure message to the entry terminal.

Illustratively, the server stores the target information in a database. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a database provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 9, the database includes a plurality of tables. The scene information table is used for storing scene information, such as a scene directory. The target information table is used for storing target information. The preset attribute information table is used for storing preset attribute information, the complaint information table is used for storing complaint information, the customer service question-answer information table is used for storing customer service question-answer information, and the operation information table is used for storing operation information. The association table of the target information table and the operation information table is used for storing the corresponding relation between the target information in the target information table and the operation information in the operation information table. The ratio of the scene information table to the target information table is 1:1, and one scene information table corresponds to one target information table. The ratio of the target information table to the preset attribute information table is 1: n indicates that one target information table corresponds to N preset attribute information tables, and the meaning of the ratio between other tables can be analogized, which is not described herein again. Wherein N is a positive integer.
In some embodiments, after the server determines the information to be processed as the target information for managing the account, the information processing method further includes: and the server sends the target information to the terminal corresponding to the registered account, and the terminal corresponding to the registered account receives the target information and then displays the target information in a management information display interface. The server comprises at least one registered account, and the registered account can be used for live broadcasting or live broadcasting watching in a live broadcasting application provided by the server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target information for managing the account is sent to the terminal corresponding to the registered account, so that the terminal displays the target information in the management information display interface, and a user can conveniently know the target information, thereby avoiding a behavior of a preset attribute indicated by the preset attribute information belonging to the target information.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a creation process for managing target information of an account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 10, taking information to be processed in the embodiment of the present disclosure as account management information as an example, after new account management information is triggered, selecting scene information associated with preset attribute information from edited scene information, configuring preset attribute information for the scene information, selecting operation information associated with the preset attribute information from edited operation information, configuring complaint information associated with the preset attribute information, and entering a verification process after storing and submitting the complaint information. In the verification process, if at least one verification terminal passes the verification of the account management information, the account management information is determined to be target information for managing the account, the account management information is issued, if the account management information fails to pass the verification, the account management information is modified, the modified account management information is stored, and the modified account management information is verified again until the account management information passes the verification.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a management information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account belonging to a preset attribute so as to improve the reliability of the information. According to the scheme, after the to-be-processed information for managing the account number input by the input personnel is acquired, the server forwards the verification request carrying the to-be-processed information to the verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can verify the to-be-processed information, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are ensured, at least one verification terminal passes verification, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are high, under the condition, the server determines the to-be-processed information as the target information for managing the account number, and the reliability of the target information is ensured.
It should be noted that, after determining target information for managing an account, the server sends the target information to the management terminal, and the management terminal can manage the account based on the target information, and the following embodiments shown in fig. 11 and 12 describe a process in which the management terminal manages the account based on the target information.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the second account has the management authority for the first account, the live broadcast picture and the management control of the first account are displayed, so that a terminal logging in the second account can enter a management interface of the first account based on the management control, and the first account is managed based on the management interface.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, since a scene indicated by scene information at the lowest level in the scene directory is more detailed and specific than a scene indicated by upper-level scene information, in the case where scene information matching the scene search word is searched from scene information at other levels except the scene information at the lowest level in the scene directory, the searched scene information and each lower-level scene information of the scene information are displayed; and then, the selected target scene information is obtained from the scene information with the lowest level, so that the scene indicated by the target scene information is ensured to be more specific, and the accurate preset attribute information can be conveniently searched based on the target scene information.
Step 1202 and 1203 above are only exemplary illustrations, and in some embodiments, before the management terminal displays the target scene information searched based on the scene search term and the preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, the account type of the first account is determined; and searching target scene information matched with the scene search words from the scene information corresponding to the account number type based on the scene search words.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the scenes of behaviors belonging to the preset attributes of accounts of different account types may differ, target scene information is searched from scene information corresponding to the account types based on the scene search words, and the efficiency and accuracy of searching the target scene information can be improved.
1204. The management terminal displays target scene information searched based on the scene search words and preset attribute information related to the target scene information, wherein the preset attribute information indicates attributes of behaviors of the first account in the target scene.
In some embodiments, a plurality of types of scenario information and preset attribute information associated with each type of scenario information are stored in the server, where the preset attribute information associated with the scenario information indicates an attribute of a behavior occurring in a scenario described by the scenario information.
Because the management interface is a management interface of the first account, after determining a behavior of the first account, which belongs to a preset attribute, and a scene where the behavior occurs, a manager inputs a scene search word matched with the scene in the management interface to search scene information capable of describing the scene, so as to search preset attribute information indicating an attribute of the behavior based on the scene information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, by displaying the searched target scene information and the preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, it is convenient for the administrator to determine whether the preset attribute information is matched with the first account, so as to ensure that the preset attribute information carried in the operation request sent to the server subsequently is matched with the first account, and further ensure the accuracy and the rationality of the operation performed on the first account.
Fig. 13 is a schematic view of a management interface of an account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 13, the upper left corner of the management interface is a keyword input box for inputting a scene search word. In addition, the management interface also comprises several common preset attribute information, such as issuing banned information, merchant recognizing and selling fakes, and the like. In addition, the management interface further comprises a custom content input box, wherein the input box is used for inputting prompt information, and the prompt information is used for prompting the account number with the behavior belonging to the preset attribute. In addition, the input box on the right side of the commodity identification is used for inputting the identification of the commodity sold by the account. And the input box on the right side of the live broadcast identification is used for inputting the live broadcast room identification of the account which has behavior belonging to the preset attribute. The live broadcast node is used for inputting the time when the account is subjected to the action belonging to the preset attribute.

The management terminal sends an operation request to the server, the operation request carries preset attribute information and the first account, and the server is used for executing operation on the first account based on the operation information associated with the preset attribute information.
In some embodiments, the management terminal sends an operation request to the server, including: the management terminal determines target attribute information from at least one piece of preset attribute information associated with the target scene information; and sending an operation request to the server, wherein the operation request carries the target attribute information and the first account.
Illustratively, the determining, by the management terminal, the target attribute information from at least one piece of preset attribute information associated with the target scene information includes: and the management terminal acquires the target attribute information selected from the at least one piece of preset attribute information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is considered that there may be multiple pieces of preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, and therefore, the target attribute information is determined from at least one piece of preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, and the accuracy of the preset attribute information carried in the operation request can be ensured.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the preset attribute information is not directly searched, but target scene information capable of indicating a target scene where a behavior belonging to a preset attribute occurs is searched based on a scene search word, and the preset attribute information capable of indicating an attribute of the behavior occurring in an account is searched by using an incidence relation between the target scene information and the preset attribute information.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the execution subjects of the embodiments are all exemplary illustrations, and can be replaced in other embodiments, and the present disclosure does not limit this.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram illustrating an information processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus being configured to a logging terminal. Referring to fig. 14, the apparatus includes:
an information obtaining unit 141 configured to perform obtaining of input information to be processed, where the information to be processed includes preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing an account belonging to a preset attribute;

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a management information processing scheme, and at least one verification terminal is introduced to verify information for managing an account so as to improve the reliability of the information. According to the scheme, after the to-be-processed information for managing the account number input by the input personnel is acquired, the server forwards the verification request carrying the to-be-processed information to the verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can verify the to-be-processed information, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are ensured, at least one verification terminal passes verification, the accuracy and the normalization of the to-be-processed information are high, under the condition, the server determines the to-be-processed information as the target information for managing the account number, and the reliability of the target information is ensured.
In some embodiments, the information to be processed further includes scene information associated with preset attribute information, and the information obtaining unit 141 includes:
a first acquisition subunit configured to perform acquisition of input scene information indicating an application scene of information to be processed;
and a second acquisition subunit configured to perform acquisition of preset attribute information input for the scene information.

In the scheme, a verification request which is sent by a server and carries information to be processed for managing the account number is received, so that the verification terminal can verify the information to be processed, the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed are ensured, and at least one verification terminal passes verification, which shows that the accuracy and the normalization of the information to be processed are high.

In some embodiments, the message sending unit 163 is further configured to perform sending, in response to a denial operation on the information to be processed, a verification failed message to the server, and the server is further configured to forward, in a case where the verification failed message is received, the verification failed message to a logging terminal, which is a terminal that sends a verification request to the server.

It should be noted that: in the information processing apparatus provided in the above embodiment, when processing management information, only the division of the above functional modules is exemplified, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the electronic device may be divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the information processing apparatus and the information processing method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided an electronic device comprising one or more processors, and a volatile or non-volatile memory for storing one or more processor-executable instructions, the one or more processors being configured to execute the instructions to implement the information processing method in the above-described embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic device is provided as a terminal. Fig. 18 shows a block diagram of a terminal 1800 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The terminal 1800 may be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. The terminal 1800 may also be referred to by other names such as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, and the like.
The terminal 1800 includes: a processor 1801 and a memory 1802.
The processor 1801 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so on. The processor 1801 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 1801 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 1801 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed by the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 1801 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 1802 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 1802 may also include high speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 1802 is used to store at least one program code for execution by the processor 1801 to implement the information processing methods provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the terminal 1800 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 1803 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1801, memory 1802, and peripheral interface 1803 may be connected by a bus or signal line. Each peripheral device may be connected to the peripheral device interface 1803 by a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 1804, display 1805, camera assembly 1806, audio circuitry 1807, positioning assembly 1808, and power supply 1809.
The peripheral interface 1803 may be used to connect at least one peripheral associated with I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1801 and the memory 1802. In some embodiments, the processor 1801, memory 1802, and peripheral interface 1803 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1801, the memory 1802, and the peripheral device interface 1803 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1804 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 1804 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The rf circuit 1804 converts electrical signals into electromagnetic signals for transmission, or converts received electromagnetic signals into electrical signals. Optionally, the radio frequency circuitry 1804 includes: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuitry 1804 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: metropolitan area networks, various generation mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the rf circuit 1804 may also include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 1805 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1805 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1805 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 1805. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1801 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display 1805 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, the display 1805 may be one, providing a front panel of the terminal 1800; in other embodiments, the number of the display screens 1805 may be at least two, and each of the display screens is disposed on a different surface of the terminal 1800 or is in a foldable design; in other embodiments, the display 1805 may be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 1800. Even more, the display 1805 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular figure, i.e. a shaped screen. The Display 1805 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like.
The camera assembly 1806 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 1806 includes a front camera and a rear camera. The front camera is arranged on the front panel of the terminal, and the rear camera is arranged on the back of the terminal. In some embodiments, the number of the rear cameras is at least two, and each rear camera is any one of a main camera, a depth-of-field camera, a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera, so that the main camera and the depth-of-field camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize panoramic shooting and VR (Virtual Reality) shooting functions or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 1806 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a monochrome temperature flash lamp or a bicolor temperature flash lamp. The double-color-temperature flash lamp is a combination of a warm-light flash lamp and a cold-light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation at different color temperatures.
The audio circuitry 1807 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1801 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1804 to achieve voice communication. The microphones may be provided in a plurality, respectively, at different positions of the terminal 1800 for the purpose of stereo sound collection or noise reduction. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 1801 or the radio frequency circuitry 1804 to sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, audio circuitry 1807 may also include a headphone jack.
The positioning component 1808 is utilized to locate a current geographic position of the terminal 1800 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 1808 may be a Positioning component based on a GPS (Global Positioning System) in the united states, a beidou System in china, a graves System in russia, or a galileo System in the european union.
The power supply 1809 is used to power various components within the terminal 1800. The power supply 1809 may be ac, dc, disposable or rechargeable. When the power supply 1809 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may support wired or wireless charging. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, the terminal 1800 also includes one or more sensors 1810. The one or more sensors 1810 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 1811, gyro sensor 1812, pressure sensor 1813, fingerprint sensor 1814, optical sensor 1815, and proximity sensor 1816.
The acceleration sensor 1811 may detect the magnitude of acceleration on three coordinate axes of a coordinate system established with the terminal 1800. For example, the acceleration sensor 1811 may be used to detect components of gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 1801 may control the display 1805 to display the user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view according to the gravitational acceleration signal collected by the acceleration sensor 1811. The acceleration sensor 1811 may also be used for acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 1812 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 1800, and the gyro sensor 1812 may cooperate with the acceleration sensor 1811 to collect a 3D motion of the user on the terminal 1800. The processor 1801 may implement the following functions according to the data collected by the gyro sensor 1812: motion sensing (such as changing the UI according to a user's tilting operation), image stabilization at the time of photographing, game control, and inertial navigation.
The pressure sensors 1813 may be disposed on the side bezel of the terminal 1800 and/or on the lower layer of the display 1805. When the pressure sensor 1813 is disposed on a side frame of the terminal 1800, a user's grip signal on the terminal 1800 can be detected, and the processor 1801 performs left-right hand recognition or shortcut operation according to the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 1813. When the pressure sensor 1813 is disposed at the lower layer of the display screen 1805, the processor 1801 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the display screen 1805. The operability control comprises at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 1814 is used to collect the fingerprint of the user, and the processor 1801 identifies the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 1814, or the fingerprint sensor 1814 identifies the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon recognizing that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 1801 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations, including unlocking a screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying, and changing settings, etc. The fingerprint sensor 1814 may be disposed on the front, back, or side of the terminal 1800. When a physical key or vendor Logo is provided on the terminal 1800, the fingerprint sensor 1814 may be integrated with the physical key or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 1815 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 1801 may control the display brightness of the display screen 1805 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 1815. Specifically, when the ambient light intensity is high, the display brightness of the display screen 1805 is increased; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the display 1805 is reduced. In another embodiment, the processor 1801 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 1806 according to the intensity of the ambient light collected by the optical sensor 1815.
A proximity sensor 1816, also called a distance sensor, is provided at the front panel of the terminal 1800. The proximity sensor 1816 is used to collect the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 1800. In one embodiment, when the proximity sensor 1816 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 1800 gradually decreases, the processor 1801 controls the display 1805 to switch from the bright screen state to the dark screen state; when the proximity sensor 1816 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 1800 is gradually increased, the processor 1801 controls the display 1805 to switch from the breath-screen state to the bright-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 18 is not intended to be limiting of terminal 1800 and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
Optionally, the electronic device is provided as a server. Fig. 19 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server 1900 may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 1901 and one or more memories 1902, where the memory 1902 stores at least one program code, and the at least one program code is loaded and executed by the processors 1901 to implement the information processing method provided by each method embodiment. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium, such as a memory, including instructions executable by a processor in an electronic device to perform the information processing method in the above-described embodiments is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the information processing method in the above-described embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring input information to be processed, wherein the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes;
sending a verification request to a server, wherein the verification request carries the information to be processed;
the server is used for sending the verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
2. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving a verification request sent by an input terminal, wherein the verification request carries information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing account numbers belonging to preset attributes;
sending the verification request to at least one verification terminal;
and under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal, determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account.
3. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving a verification request sent by a server, wherein the verification request carries information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing account numbers belonging to preset attributes;
displaying the information to be processed;
responding to the confirmation operation of the information to be processed, and sending a verification passing message to the server;
the server is used for sending the verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
4. An information processing method, characterized by being executed by a management terminal, the information processing method comprising:
acquiring a scene search word input in a management interface of a first account;
displaying target scene information searched based on the scene search words and preset attribute information associated with the target scene information, wherein the preset attribute information indicates attributes of behaviors of the first account in a target scene;
and sending an operation request to a server, wherein the operation request carries the preset attribute information and the first account, and the server is used for executing operation on the first account based on the operation information associated with the preset attribute information.
5. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition unit is configured to execute acquisition of input information to be processed, wherein the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes;
the request sending unit is configured to execute sending of an authentication request to a server, wherein the authentication request carries the information to be processed;
the server is used for sending the verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
6. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a request receiving unit, a verification processing unit and a verification processing unit, wherein the request receiving unit is configured to execute and receive a verification request sent by an entry terminal, the verification request carries to-be-processed information, the to-be-processed information comprises preset attribute information, and the to-be-processed information is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes;
a request transmission unit configured to perform transmission of the authentication request to at least one authentication terminal;
an information determining unit configured to determine the information to be processed as target information for managing an account in case of receiving an authentication passing message sent by the at least one authentication terminal.
7. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a request receiving unit, a verification processing unit and a verification processing unit, wherein the request receiving unit is configured to execute a verification request sent by a receiving server, the verification request carries information to be processed, the information to be processed comprises preset attribute information, and the information to be processed is information for managing accounts belonging to preset attributes;
an information display unit configured to perform displaying the information to be processed;
a message sending unit configured to execute sending of a verification pass message to the server in response to a confirmation operation of the to-be-processed information;
the server is used for sending the verification request to at least one verification terminal, and determining the information to be processed as target information for managing the account under the condition of receiving a verification passing message sent by the at least one verification terminal.
8. An information processing apparatus, which is arranged in a management terminal, the information processing apparatus comprising:
a search word acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of a scene search word input in a management interface of a first account;
the information display unit is configured to display target scene information searched based on the scene search words and preset attribute information related to the target scene information, wherein the preset attribute information indicates attributes of behaviors of the first account in a target scene;
the request sending unit is configured to execute sending of an operation request to a server, where the operation request carries the preset attribute information and the first account, and the server is configured to execute an operation on the first account based on operation information associated with the preset attribute information.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
