Abstract
The invention provides an instant messaging interactive system and method based on an enterprise management system, which relate to the field of enterprise management systems, wherein the system comprises at least one enterprise terminal, a configuration device, a communication control device, a communication server and at least one user terminal; the communication server is used for receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal and interactive communication request information sent by the user terminal and sending the interactive communication request information and the system information to another user terminal; the user terminal is used for initiating and receiving interactive communication request information and receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal. According to the invention, an enterprise management system does not need to be developed, communication interaction protocol configuration, user terminal number and communication interaction authority configuration are carried out based on the existing enterprise management system, and timely communication interaction between user terminals is realized based on the generated operation interface, so that the problems of poor instant communication interactivity and poor user experience of the enterprise management system in the prior art are solved.

the enterprise terminal is used for acquiring configuration information generated by the configuration device through the first API interface and sending the configuration information to the enterprise management system for communication interaction protocol configuration, user terminal numbering and communication interaction authority configuration; acquiring system information of the enterprise management system through a first API (application program interface) interface, and sending the system information to a communication server;
the configuration device is used for acquiring an enterprise management framework, a working process and historical management data of the enterprise management system through a second API (application program interface), and generating configuration information and an operation interface according to the enterprise management framework, the working process and the historical management data; the configuration information is sent to the enterprise terminal through the second API interface, and the operation interface is sent to the communication control device;
the communication control device is used for acquiring the operation interface through the third API interface, receiving interactive communication request information of the user terminal according to the structure and the sequence set by the operation interface, and sending the information and the system information to another user terminal through the communication server;
the communication server is used for receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal and interactive communication request information sent by the user terminal and sending the interactive communication request information and the system information to another user terminal;
the user terminal is used for initiating and receiving interactive communication request information and receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes a service database S, where the service database S is used to store configuration information and communication interaction information, and the service database S is { k, d, r }, where k represents an enterprise management system number, d represents configuration information, and r represents communication interaction information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the communication interaction information includes communication interaction time, communication interaction times, and a user terminal number.

the system information comprises communication interaction protocol configuration completion information, system upgrading completion information, communication interaction prompt information and the like;
the configuration device is used for acquiring an enterprise management framework, a working process and historical management data of the enterprise management system through a second API (application program interface), and generating configuration information and an operation interface according to the enterprise management framework, the working process and the historical management data; the configuration information is sent to the enterprise terminal through the second API interface, and the operation interface is sent to the communication control device;
referring to fig. 4, the communication control device is configured to obtain an operation interface through a third API interface, receive interactive communication request information of a user terminal according to a structure and an order set by the operation interface, and send the information and system information to another user terminal through a communication server;
the communication server is used for receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal and interactive communication request information sent by the user terminal and sending the interactive communication request information and the system information to another user terminal;
the user terminal is used for initiating and receiving interactive communication request information and receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, the system further includes a service database S, where the service database S is used to store configuration information and communication interaction information, and the service database S is { k, d, r }, where k represents an enterprise management system number, d represents configuration information, and r represents communication interaction information.
The communication interaction information comprises communication interaction time, communication interaction times and a user terminal number.
Specifically, the communication server comprises a communication module, an adding module and a deleting module;

Referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides an instant messaging interaction method based on an enterprise management system, which includes the following steps:
s1: sending interactive communication request information to a communication server through a user terminal;
s2: the communication control device acquires the interactive request information according to the structure and the sequence set by the operation interface, and transmits the information to another user terminal through the communication server.
The operation interface is generated by the configuration device according to an enterprise management framework, a work flow and historical management data of the enterprise management system.
In summary, the invention does not need to develop an enterprise management system, performs communication interaction protocol configuration, user terminal numbering and communication interaction authority configuration based on the existing enterprise management system, and realizes timely communication interaction between user terminals based on the generated operation interface, thereby solving the problems of poor instant communication interactivity and poor user experience of the enterprise management system in the prior art. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

the enterprise terminal is used for acquiring configuration information generated by the configuration device through the first API interface and sending the configuration information to the enterprise management system for communication interaction protocol configuration, user terminal numbering and communication interaction authority configuration; acquiring system information of the enterprise management system through a first API (application program interface) interface, and sending the system information to a communication server;
the configuration device is used for acquiring an enterprise management framework, a working process and historical management data of the enterprise management system through a second API (application program interface), and generating configuration information and an operation interface according to the enterprise management framework, the working process and the historical management data;
the configuration information is sent to the enterprise terminal through the second API interface, and the operation interface is sent to the communication control device; the communication control device is used for acquiring an operation interface through a third API interface, receiving interactive communication request information of the user terminal according to the structure and the sequence set by the operation interface, and sending the information and the system information to another user terminal through the communication server;
the communication server is used for receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal and interactive communication request information sent by the user terminal and sending the interactive communication request information and the system information to another user terminal;
the user terminal is used for initiating and receiving interactive communication request information and receiving system information sent by the enterprise terminal.

The instant messaging interactive system based on the enterprise management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the system further comprises a service database S, wherein the service database S is used for storing configuration information and communication interaction information, and the service database S is { k, d, r }, wherein k represents an enterprise management system number, d represents the configuration information, and r represents the communication interaction information.
