C. when the brushless motor body (6) operates to generate vibration, the vibration force is transmitted to the connecting block (11) through the mounting seat (4), the vibration force is transmitted to the movable sleeve (9) through the matching of the connecting block (11) and the connecting rod (10), the movable sleeve (9) is stressed to move at the moment, the second spring (13) is pushed to move through the surface displacement of the movable sleeve (9) on the limiting sliding rod (8), meanwhile, the second spring (13) is stressed to deform, the vibration force is offset through the reset elastic force of the second spring (13), and therefore the situation that the internal elements of the motor are damaged due to overlarge vibration amplitude generated during operation is prevented;
