Therefore, the strong current equipment and the weak current equipment can be effectively arranged at different positions, so that the purpose of installing the strong current equipment and the weak current equipment in different areas is achieved, and equipment damage caused by misoperation can be effectively prevented. Of course, it can be understood that an operator may adjust the installation requirements according to actual installation requirements, for example, two of the electrical installation plates 6 are both configured to be used for installing strong electric equipment, and one of the electrical installation plates 6 is used for installing weak electric equipment, that is, the operator may adjust the installation requirements according to the number of different types of installation equipment.
Considering that various modules on each electrical appliance mounting plate 6 may have a little electrical connection relationship, in order to facilitate the wiring of an operator, in this embodiment, a wiring channel 69 for a cable to pass through is provided between the bottom end of the electrical appliance mounting plate 6 and the bottom plate 31, and the wiring channel 69 is left between the bottom of the electrical appliance mounting plate 6 and the bottom plate 31, so that an effect of mutual communication is formed, and the wiring operation between the electrical appliance mounting plates 6 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to implement installation, the power distribution device provided in this embodiment is provided with a guide channel 5 on the top plate 30, after the power distribution box body 1 is installed in place, the guide channel 5 inevitably forms a certain gap, which affects the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity, so that the top plate 30 in this embodiment is further provided with a cover plate 300, after the power distribution box body 1 is installed in place, the gap on the guide channel 5 is covered and shielded by the cover plate 300, and the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity is further ensured. Specifically, the edge of the top plate 30 is vertically and upwardly provided with the surrounding edge 34, a part of the surrounding edge 34 serves as the inner wall of the guide channel 5, the part of the surrounding edge 34 is provided with the first opening groove 50, the cover plate 300 is provided with the folded edge 301 attached and abutted to the surrounding edge 34, and the folded edge 301 and the surrounding edge 34 are in threaded connection through bolts, so that the cover plate 300 is detachably connected with the top plate 30. The cover plate 300 is separated from the inner wall of the guide passage 5, so that the main body frame 3 can be conveniently installed on the street lamp pole 8, and then the cover plate 300 is installed on the inner wall of the guide passage 5, so that the cover plate 300 is matched with the guide passage 5 to form a first annular hole, and the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity can be improved.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity, as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, a sealing upper cover 7 is further provided on the top plate 30, specifically, a flange 35 is provided extending around an upper edge of the top plate 30, the flange 35 and the above-mentioned surrounding edge 34 form a step for the sealing upper cover 7 to cover, and a bottom end of the sealing upper cover 7 is screwed to the surrounding edge 34 through a bolt. In addition, in order to avoid the influence of the upper sealing cover 7 on the installation of the distribution box body 1 and the street lamp pole 8, in this embodiment, the upper sealing cover 7 is designed to include a main cover body 70 and a rear cover body 71 which are detachably connected with each other, a second annular hole 73 is formed on the upper surface of the main cover body 70 and the upper surface of the rear cover body 71 together, the hole wall of the second annular hole 73 abuts against the street lamp pole 8, and a second opening groove 72 is further formed in the hole wall of the second annular hole 73, through which the wire slot 2 extends into the accommodating cavity. The sealing upper cover 7 is arranged to further improve the sealing performance of the containing cavity, and the dust and rainwater are prevented from entering the containing cavity in a large quantity to cause damage. Further, in this embodiment, the horizontal cross-sectional area of the upper sealing cover 7 is designed to be uniformly increased from top to bottom, so that the upper sealing cover 7 forms an inclined plane from top to bottom, when part of rainwater enters the space between the upper sealing cover 7 and the top plate 30 along the small gap between the hole wall of the second annular hole 73 and the street lamp pole 8, the rainwater can slide down to the edge of the top plate 30 along the inner surface of the inclined plane, and cannot directly fall into the gap formed between the top plate 30 and the street lamp pole 8, so that the sealing capability of the distribution box body 1 can be further improved, and rainwater is prevented from entering the accommodating cavity. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, a drainage hole 340 is further formed on the surrounding edge 34, so that when a part of rainwater enters the space between the upper sealing cover 7 and the top plate 30 along a fine gap between the hole wall of the second annular hole 73 and the light pole 8, the part of rainwater can be drained from the drainage hole 340.
In addition, the hinged door in this embodiment is hinged on the main body frame 3 through the rotation of the pin shaft, the pin shaft holes for the pin shaft to pass through are arranged on the top plate 30 and the bottom plate 31, so that the rainwater is prevented from flowing into the containing cavity from the pin shaft holes, the top plate 30 around the pin shaft holes is further provided with the enclosing baffle 36 in this embodiment, the enclosing baffle 36 is used for preventing the rainwater from entering the pin shaft holes, and the rainwater can be prevented from entering the containing cavity along the pin shaft holes.
