As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 and 9, the electric appliance mounting board 6 includes a first mounting board 60, a second mounting board 61 and a third mounting board 62, the first mounting board 60, the second mounting board 61 and the third mounting board 62 are detachably connected to the front mounting frame, the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame, respectively, wherein the first mounting board 60, the second mounting board 61 and the third mounting board 62 each include a base plate 63, a guide rail 64, a transverse wire slot 65 and a longitudinal wire slot 66, the first mounting board 60 further includes a neutral wire row 67 and a ground row 68, the first mounting board 60 is used for mounting a strong electric device, and the second mounting board 61 and the third mounting board 62 are used for mounting a weak electric device. Therefore, the strong current equipment and the weak current equipment can be effectively arranged at different positions, the purpose of installing the strong current and weak current in different areas is achieved, and equipment damage caused by misoperation can be effectively prevented. It will be understood that the operator may adjust according to the actual installation requirement, for example, two electrical installation plates 6 are used for installing strong-current devices, and one electrical installation plate 6 is used for installing weak-current devices, i.e. the operator may adjust according to the number of different types of installation devices.
Considering that various modules on each electrical installation plate 6 may have a little electrical connection relationship, for convenient operator wiring, a wiring channel 69 for a cable to pass through is arranged between the bottom end of the electrical installation plate 6 and the bottom plate 31 in the embodiment, and the wiring channel 69 is reserved between the bottom of the electrical installation plate 6 and the bottom plate 31, so that an effect of mutual communication is formed, and wiring operation between each electrical installation plate 6 is convenient.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to realize installation, the power distribution device provided in this embodiment is provided with a guide channel 5 on the top plate 30, after the power distribution box body 1 is installed in place, the guide channel 5 must form a certain gap to affect the tightness of the accommodating cavity, so that the top plate 30 in this embodiment is further provided with a cover plate 300, and after the power distribution box body 1 is installed in place, the gap on the guide channel 5 is covered and blocked by the cover plate 300, so as to further ensure the tightness of the accommodating cavity. Specifically, a surrounding edge 34 is vertically and upwardly arranged on the edge of the top plate 30, wherein a part of the surrounding edge 34 is used as the inner wall of the guide channel 5, the surrounding edge 34 is provided with the first open slot 50, the cover plate 300 is provided with a folded edge 301 abutted against the surrounding edge 34, and the folded edge 301 is in threaded connection with the surrounding edge 34 through bolts, so that the cover plate 300 and the top plate 30 are detachably connected. Wherein, the cover plate 300 cooperates with the guiding channel 5 to form a first annular hole, and the hole wall of the first annular hole is abutted with the street lamp pole 8. The cover plate 300 is separated from the inner wall of the guide channel 5, so that the main body frame 3 can be conveniently installed on the street lamp pole 8, and then the cover plate 300 is installed on the inner wall of the guide channel 5, so that the cover plate 300 is matched with the guide channel 5 to form a first annular hole, and the tightness of the accommodating cavity can be improved.
In order to further improve the tightness of the accommodating cavity, as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, a sealing upper cover 7 is further provided on the top plate 30, specifically, a flange 35 is provided on the upper edge of the top plate 30 and extends to the periphery, the flange 35 and the surrounding edge 34 form a step for covering the sealing upper cover 7, and at the same time, the bottom end of the sealing upper cover 7 is connected with the surrounding edge 34 through a bolt thread. In addition, in order to avoid the sealing upper cover 7 from affecting the installation of the distribution box body 1 and the street lamp pole 8, in this embodiment, the sealing upper cover 7 is designed to include a main cover body 70 and a rear cover body 71 which are detachably connected with each other, a second annular hole 73 is formed on the upper surface of the main cover body 70 and the upper surface of the rear cover body 71 together, the hole wall of the second annular hole 73 is abutted to the street lamp pole 8, and a second opening slot 72 in which the wire supply slot 2 extends into the accommodating cavity is further formed on the hole wall of the second annular hole 73. The sealing upper cover 7 can further improve the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity and prevent a large amount of dust and rainwater from entering the accommodating cavity to cause damage. Further, in this embodiment, the horizontal cross-sectional area of the sealing upper cover 7 is designed to be increased uniformly from top to bottom, so that the sealing upper cover 7 forms an inclined plane from top to bottom, when part of rainwater enters into the space between the sealing upper cover 7 and the top plate 30 along the tiny gap between the wall of the second annular hole 73 and the lamp post 8, the rainwater can slide to the edge of the top plate 30 along the inner surface of the inclined plane, and cannot directly fall into the gap formed between the top plate 30 and the lamp post 8, and the sealing capability of the distribution box body 1 can be further improved, so that the rainwater is prevented from entering the accommodating cavity. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, the peripheral edge 34 is further provided with a drain hole 340, so that when a part of rainwater enters the space between the sealing upper cover 7 and the top plate 30 along the small gap between the wall of the second annular hole 73 and the lamp post 8, the part of rainwater can be drained from the drain hole 340.
In addition, the hinged door in this embodiment is hinged on the main body frame 3 through the pin shaft, and the top plate 30 and the bottom plate 31 are both provided with pin shaft holes for the pin shaft to pass through, so in order to prevent rainwater from flowing into the accommodating cavity from the pin shaft holes, in this embodiment, the top plate 30 around the pin shaft holes is also provided with a surrounding block 36, and the surrounding block 36 is used for preventing rainwater from entering the pin shaft holes, so that rainwater can be prevented from entering the accommodating cavity along the pin shaft holes.
