In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the corresponding target user information is obtained according to the set of the entry information and the reserved user information, it is indicated that the entry information and the target user information are the reserved user information, and when it is determined that the number of users of the current queuing information and/or the reservation time in the target user information satisfy the preset queuing condition, that is, the reservation time and/or the number of users currently queuing are used as the conditions for waiting for the reserved users and the restriction condition of the gate, the number of waiting users currently handling the service can be restricted, so that the order can be maintained conveniently.
Referring to fig. 5, a third embodiment of a queuing and number-taking control method according to the present invention is shown in fig. 5. In this embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, when receiving the gate-out information sent by the gate machine, searching the target user information matched with the gate-out information from the current ranking information;
and step S50, deleting the target user information from the current queuing information, and/or marking the target user information as a transacted business state and sending a gate opening instruction to the gate machine.
The target user information includes a user identifier and a reservation time. And adding the associated target user information and the waiting information into a queue list, outputting the waiting information according to the reservation time and the current handling flow information of the queue list, and informing a user corresponding to the target user information to handle the reservation service according to the waiting information.
Optionally, in order to avoid that the user forgets the waiting information, so that the user can timely know that the reserved service can be handled, the waiting information is output according to the queuing waiting list according to the reserved time and the current handling flow information, and simultaneously, target user information such as a user identifier, namely a user name, is output.
It should be noted that the current queuing information refers to waiting information, that is, a queuing number, for which a number has been cumulatively fetched by the current queuing list, and the current queuing information can be simply understood as the queuing list. Optionally, between step S30 and step S40, adding the associated target user information and the waiting information to a queue list, so as to output the waiting information according to the reserved time and the current transaction flow information according to the queue list.
Optionally, step S50 includes deleting the target user information and the waiting information associated with the target user information from the queue list, and sending a gate opening instruction to the gate machine.
In the practical application process, even if a user who has acquired the waiting information to the transaction place of the reserved service and waited for transaction is away from the transaction place due to affair processing in the waiting process, in order to avoid the situation that the user who has left the transaction place needs to wait for a period of time to confirm the departure of the user after the waiting information of the user leaves the transaction place is output, the waiting time for waiting for the reserved service for the user at the transaction place is increased, the transaction efficiency of the reserved service is reduced, when the gate-out information sent by the gate machine is received, the target user information matched with the gate-out information is searched from the queue-up list, the target user information and the waiting information related to the target user information are deleted from the queue-up list, or the target user information is marked as a handled service state, and the waiting information of the user who leaves the transaction place in advance in the waiting process is not directly output, and sending a gate opening instruction to the gate machine so as to control the gate machine to open the gate through the gate opening instruction to enable the gate-out user to pass.
It should be noted that the specific implementation manner of receiving the exit information sent by the gate machine is the same as that of receiving the entry information sent by the gate machine in the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
As an alternative embodiment, step S50 includes:
when receiving the brake exit information sent by a brake, acquiring the brake exit duration of a user corresponding to the brake exit information;
and when the brake-out duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration, searching the target user information matched with the brake-out information from the queue waiting list.
In the practical application process, in order to avoid the situation that the user returns to the handling place to handle the reserved service again after going out of the gate, the time for going out of the gate of the user can be timed when the user goes out of the gate so as to obtain the time length for going out of the gate of the user corresponding to the information of the taken out gate, when the time length for the user going out of the gate is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the fact that the user leaves the handling place at a high probability can be confirmed, and the user does not return to the handling place any more, the target user information matched with the information of the going out of the gate is searched in the queuing waiting list, the target user information and the waiting information of the target user are deleted from the queuing list, the waiting information of the user leaving the handling place in advance in the waiting process is not directly output, the waiting time length for waiting for handling the reserved service by the user at the handling place is shortened, and the handling efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the preset time duration may be preset, and the preset time duration may be determined according to the gate-out time point of the gate-out user and the lower limit time point of the reserved time of the gate-out user, for example, the gate-out time point of the gate-out user is 15 pm: 00, the preset time of the user going out of the lock is 15:30 pm to 16:30 pm, and the preset time duration can be determined according to the absolute value of the time difference between 15:00 pm and 16:30 pm, namely the preset time duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
As an optional implementation manner, after step S40, the method further includes:
determining output time according to the waiting information, wherein the output time is the time of the called number of the user corresponding to the target user information;
and determining control information of the gate according to the output time, wherein the control information comprises a gate opening instruction or a gate closing instruction of the gate.
The output time is the time of the called number of the user corresponding to the target user information. The method comprises the steps of determining output time according to waiting information, namely obtaining the output time of the output waiting information, and determining whether a user corresponding to target user information associated with the waiting information completes service handling or not through the output time. In addition, prompt information of incomplete service handling can be output to the gate machine to prompt the user; or, outputting warning information to prompt the administrator that the condition that the user does not finish business handling and exits the lock exists. When the output time is available, the user corresponding to the target user information related to the waiting information can be understood to have finished business handling, and the control information of the gate machine is determined to be a gate opening instruction, so that the user corresponding to the target user information related to the waiting information can pass through the gate.
Optionally, when the output time for obtaining the output waiting information is obtained, the target user information corresponding to the waiting information may be marked as a transacted user.
Optionally, the step of determining the control information of the gate according to the output time includes obtaining the current time, determining a time difference according to the current time and the output time, and when the time difference is less than or equal to a preset time difference, indicating that the user corresponding to the waiting information is in a service non-handling state, and determining that the control information of the gate is a gate closing instruction. In addition, prompt information of incomplete service handling can be output to the gate machine to prompt the user; or, outputting warning information to prompt the administrator that the condition that the user does not finish business handling and exits the lock exists. It can be understood that when the time difference is greater than the preset time difference, it indicates that the user corresponding to the waiting information is in a service transacted state, and determines the control information of the gate machine as a gate opening instruction, so that the user corresponding to the waiting information goes out of the gate and passes.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, when the prompt information of unfinished service transaction is output to the gate to prompt the user, and the user confirms to leave; and outputting warning information to prompt an administrator that the user does not complete business handling and exits, and adopting the following strategies under the condition that the user confirms to leave:
the gate machine can acquire the gate-out information of the user, target user information matched with the gate-out information is searched from the queue list, and the target user information and the waiting information associated with the target user information are deleted from the queue list, so that the condition that the waiting information of the user is still recorded and output after the user leaves a transaction place without handling the reservation service is avoided, the waiting information of the user leaving the transaction place in advance and not handling the service is not output, the transaction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the waiting time is saved.
In a fourth embodiment proposed on the basis of the first embodiment, the second embodiment or the third embodiment, in this embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
when the gate-out information sent by the gate machine is received, determining the handling process information of the reserved service of the user according to the gate-out information;
when the transaction flow information is that the transaction is completed, a gate opening instruction is sent to the gate machine;
and when the transaction flow information is not completed, sending prompt information containing the flow to be handled to the gate, and outputting the prompt information when the gate receives the prompt information.
The gate exit information refers to user information of a user who exits the gate through the gate machine. The exit information includes, but is not limited to, a user identifier, wherein the exit information has the same definition as the user identifier of the entry information in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again. The reservation service refers to a transaction or a service that a user reserves through a reservation system, for example, the reservation service may be a reservation visa, a reservation identity card, a reservation physical examination, and the like. The process information means the process steps required for completing the subscription service.
It should be noted that, in the process of handling the reserved service by the user, the flow steps handled by the user may be recorded correspondingly according to all the flow steps required for completing the handling of the reserved service, and then, the handling flow information corresponding to each user is recorded.
Optionally, the transacted flow information includes transacted flow steps and pending flow steps.
In the actual application process, the user is unfamiliar with the processing flow information of the reserved service, so that the user leaves a processing place without processing the reserved service and needs to process the reserved service again. When the user goes out of the gate and receives the gate-out information sent by the gate machine, the user is indicated to leave the transaction place for transacting the reserved service, and the transaction flow information of the reserved service of the user can be determined through the gate-out information; when the reserved service is confirmed to be transacted through the transaction flow information, all flow steps required by the user for transacting the reserved service are indicated to be completed, and a gate opening instruction is sent to the gate machine so that the user can exit the gate through the gate machine; on the other hand, when the reserved service is determined to be not finished through the transaction flow information, all flow steps indicating that the user does not finish the reserved service are sent, and the prompt information containing the flow to be handled is sent to the gate, so that the user can continuously handle the service which is not handled, and the condition of secondary handling is avoided; or, according to the prompt information, the user can conveniently confirm whether to leave the office place in advance. The to-be-handled process refers to a process step to be handled, and the process step to be handled can be determined according to the process information.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, when a user is out of a gate, gate taking-out information is obtained through a gate machine, so that processing flow information of a reserved service when the user is out of the gate is determined according to the gate taking-out information, and further, when the processing flow information determines that the reserved service is completed when the user is out of the gate, all flow steps indicating that the reserved service is completed can be sent to the gate machine to allow the user of the gate to pass, so that the situation that the user leaves a processing place when the reserved service is not completed due to unfamiliarity with the whole processing flow information of the reserved service is avoided; when the reserved service is determined to be not completed when the user is released from the gate through the processing flow information, all flow steps indicating that the user does not complete the reserved service are indicated, the prompt information is sent to the gate and output through the gate, so that the user can know the to-be-processed flow of the reserved service, and the situation that the user mistakenly thinks that the reserved service is completed due to unfamiliar with the processing flow information of the reserved service and secondary processing is caused is avoided.
The invention also provides a queuing number-taking control device, which comprises: the queuing and number-taking control method comprises a memory, a processor and a queuing and number-taking control program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the queuing and number-taking control program realizes the steps of the queuing and number-taking control method according to any one of the above embodiments when being executed by the processor.
The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a queuing and number-taking control program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the queuing and number-taking control program implements the steps of the queuing and number-taking control method according to any of the above embodiments.
In the embodiments of the queuing and number-taking control device and the computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention, all technical features of the embodiments of the queuing and number-taking control method are included, and the contents of the expansion and explanation of the specification are basically the same as those of the embodiments of the queuing and number-taking control method, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A queuing and number-taking control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving gate entry information sent by a gate machine;
when corresponding target user information is obtained according to the set of the gate entry information and the reserved user information, generating waiting information of the target user information according to current ranking information, and sending control information to the gate machine, wherein the control information comprises a gate opening instruction of the gate machine;
and associating the target user information with the waiting information corresponding to the target user information.
2. A queuing number taking control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and when the corresponding target user information cannot be obtained according to the set of the gate entry information and the reserved user information, sending a prompt message that the user does not reserve to the gate machine.
3. A queuing number-taking control method according to claim 1 wherein said generating of the waiting information of the target user information according to the current queuing number information comprises:
acquiring the number of users of the current queuing information;
and when the number of the users meets a preset queuing condition, acquiring the waiting information of the target user information.
4. A queuing number-taking control method according to claim 3 wherein the preset queuing number condition is that the number of users is less than or equal to a preset number and the absolute value of the time difference between the reserved time and the current time in the target user information is less than or equal to a preset time difference.
5. A queuing number-taking control method according to claim 1 wherein said generating of the waiting information of the target user information according to the current queuing number information comprises:
acquiring the reserved time in the target user information;
and when the absolute value of the time difference between the reserved time and the current time is less than or equal to a preset time difference, obtaining the waiting information of the target user information.
6. A queuing number-taking control method according to claim 1, wherein when obtaining corresponding target user information according to the set of the gate-in information and the reserved user information, further comprising:
acquiring the reserved time in the target user information;
and when the current time point does not belong to the time range corresponding to the reserved time, obtaining the prompt information of the reserved overtime or the reserved time not reached.
7. A queuing number control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 further comprising:
when the gate exit information sent by the gate machine is received, searching the target user information matched with the gate exit information from the current queuing information;
and deleting the target user information from the current ranking information, and/or marking the target user information as a transacted business state, and sending a gate opening instruction to the gate machine.
8. A queuing number-taking control method according to claim 7 wherein, after receiving the gate-out information sent by the gate, further comprising:
determining output time according to the waiting information, wherein the output time is the time of the called number of the user corresponding to the target user information;
and determining control information of the gate according to the output time, wherein the control information comprises a gate opening instruction or a gate closing instruction of the gate.
9. A queuing and number-taking control device is characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor, and an enqueuing and queuing control program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the enqueuing and queuing control program, when executed by the processor, implementing an enqueuing and queuing control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that an enqueue number-taking control program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements an enqueue number-taking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
