Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for task allocation according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a planned man-hour system, where the planned man-hour system is used to approve and adjust a task plan made by a user, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, when a newly added task is detected, acquiring task plan information formulated by current uncompleted tasks of one or more candidate objects;
in the planning man-hour system, a user can make a task execution plan according to tasks distributed by the user, the type of the plan can be a weekly plan, a monthly plan, a yearly plan and the like, and after the user makes the plan, the plan made by the user can be approved according to a preset plan approval process so as to determine the reasonability of the user plan.
When the planning man-hour system detects a newly added task, an optimal target object for processing the task needs to be determined, so that a first candidate object or a plurality of candidate objects which can process the newly added task can be obtained and determined, task plan information made by each candidate object aiming at the current unfinished task is obtained, and the target object which is matched with the newly added task most can be screened out through the task plan information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the acquiring task plan information formulated for a current uncompleted task of one or more candidate objects, the method further includes:
step S11, acquiring attribute information of one or more objects;
in practical applications, in order to determine candidate objects capable of processing the newly added task, analysis may be performed on one or more objects of the planned labor-hour system, and attribute information of the objects may be obtained, where the attribute information may be type information of the object processing task, level information of the processing task, and the like.
Specifically, the planned labor hour system may determine attribute information of an object based on task data that the object has processed in the past.
Step S12, determining the matching degree information of the attribute information and the newly added task according to a preset matching algorithm;
after determining the attribute information, the matching degree between the attribute information and the newly added task may be calculated according to the attribute information and a preset matching algorithm, for example, the matching may be performed according to the task type or the task level of the newly added task.
In step S13, an object whose matching degree information is higher than the preset matching degree information is determined as a candidate object.
After the matching degree is obtained, the matching degree information of each object can be compared with the preset matching degree information, and when the object matching degree information is higher than the preset matching degree information, the object is a candidate object capable of processing the newly added task.
And the primary screening of objects is realized through the attribute information, and the matching range is narrowed.
Step 102, determining task saturation information of the one or more candidate objects according to the task plan information;
after the task plan information is acquired, since the task number information, the task level information, and the like may be included in the task plan information, the task saturation information of each candidate team object may be calculated according to the task plan information.
Specifically, different integral values may be set for different task levels, the higher the level is, the higher the integral value is, then the total integral value of the currently uncompleted tasks in the task plan information of each candidate object is counted, and the task saturation information of the candidate object is determined according to the total integral value and a preset integral value in a saturated state.
Step 103, determining task efficiency information of the one or more candidate objects for the task type information of the newly added task;
when a newly added task is detected, the planning man-hour system can also determine the task type of the newly added task, and after one or more candidate objects are determined, determine the processing efficiency information of each candidate object for the tasks of the task type of the newly added task.
Specifically, the planned labor hour system may call the database to analyze tasks previously processed by the candidate object, and determine task processing efficiency information when each candidate task processes a task of the type (task type corresponding to the newly added task) in the history data.
It should be noted that step 103 occurs after the new task is detected in step 101, and may be before or after step 102, or may be parallel to step 102.
And 104, screening a target object for processing the newly added task from the one or more candidate objects based on the task saturation information and the task efficiency information, and updating the task plan information.
After the task saturation information and the task efficiency information are obtained, the task saturation information can be used for measuring the task quantity of the candidate object, the task efficiency information can be used for measuring the task speed and/or quality of the candidate task when the new task is processed, and a target object capable of efficiently completing the new task can be screened from one or more candidate objects by integrating the task saturation information and the task efficiency information.
After the target object is determined, the planning man-hour system can distribute the newly added task to the target object, so that the incomplete task of the target object changes, the task planning information needs to be updated, and the task can be better executed according to the updated task planning information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a newly added task is detected, task plan information formulated aiming at the current unfinished task of one or more candidate objects is obtained, and the task saturation information of the one or more candidate objects is determined according to the task plan information, so that the task efficiency information of the one or more candidate objects aiming at the task type information of the newly added task can be determined, further, a target object for processing the newly added task is screened out from the one or more candidate objects based on the task saturation information and the task efficiency information, the task plan information is updated, a task processing object matched with the newly added task is determined, and after the new task is distributed, the task plan is automatically updated, and the task processing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for task allocation according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a planned man-hour system, where the planned man-hour system is used to approve and adjust a task plan made by a user, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
