Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an online questionnaire interaction method provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the main flow of the method is described as follows (steps S101 to S104):
step S101, acquiring interactive data of a visitor;
in this embodiment, the interaction channel may be determined according to the interaction purpose, and then the interaction data of the interviewee related to the interaction purpose may be acquired according to the determined interaction channel.
The interaction channel may include, but is not limited to, CRM system, public account, applet, APP. The interaction data may comprise at least one of demographic attribute data, user behavior data, social media data. Wherein, the demographic attribute data generally comprises data such as gender, age, occupation, region and the like; the user behavior data refers to data generated when a user accesses a website or an APP or other platform, such as a source region, browsing habits, search keywords, an access time period, and the like of the user.
For example, the interaction purpose is to investigate the basic education satisfaction of a certain city, and at this time, expected visitors, which are target groups of questionnaires, are set as kindergarten, primary school, junior high school students and parents in the city area, and personal data of the students and the parents can be acquired from interaction channels such as a student status management system, a public number, and a small program, and the personal attribute data is interaction data.
Of course, the interaction data of the interviewee can also be acquired according to a preset triggering mechanism. For example, in the automobile repair phase, once a customer performs a trigger operation such as scanning a two-dimensional code on a maintenance work order and signing the maintenance work order, an after-sales satisfaction questionnaire mechanism of the automobile is triggered, the customer is identified as a desired visitor, and the personal data and the repair data of the customer, namely the interactive data, are acquired through an interactive channel such as a CRM system, a public number and an applet.
In this embodiment, after the interactive channel is determined, the data source of the interactive channel needs to be docked, and the data is converged. The service API provides HTTP interfaces for developers, the developers can obtain answer data of the answer pairs through the interfaces, and return results to support JSON and JSONP formats. The service API can be opened to the data source, and different types of users can obtain different data access capabilities. The data interface adopts an accesstocken advanced acquisition and interface verification mode; when a specific data interface is requested, the acquired accesstocken is ensured to be in the valid period; if multiple machines read the data interface, the asynchronous unified management accesstocken is suggested. Commonly available data includes, but is not limited to, channel source information, device model, location information, etc. of the interactive object, such as interfacing with internal databases of CRM, members, etc., and also obtaining data recorded in the original database, such as demographic attribute data, purchase records, and other related behavior data. Of course, other data sources capable of embedding points and various external data sources can be butted.
Step S102, generating first exclusive information to be touched based on the interactive data, and sending the first information to be touched to the interviewee;
in this embodiment, the first dedicated access information is used to instruct the interviewee to access the interactive questionnaire. For example, the first dedicated information to be touched may be a short message including an access link, a public account service message, an APP service message, and the like, where the access link may be a website, a two-dimensional code, and the like, and the visitor triggers the access link in the first dedicated information to be touched, that is, completes the touch of the interactive questionnaire.
It should be noted that the first specific access information is generated from the interaction data of the interviewee, and even for the same interaction purpose, the first specific access information of different interviewees is different, that is, the access link corresponding to each interviewee is unique.
Step S103, responding to the operation of the interviewee accessing the interactive questionnaire, assigning a value to at least one preset entry mark topic based on the interactive data, and generating an interactive label of the interviewee based on the interactive data;
in this embodiment, the operation of the interviewee to access the interactive questionnaire is generated by the interviewee clicking the access link in the first dedicated to-be-touched information.
In this embodiment, the system is preset with a question bank, and the questions of the questionnaire corresponding to different interaction purposes are different, but certainly, some same questions also exist, such as the frequent questions of the interviewee, such as age, sex, occupation, and region. This embodiment sets these high-frequency titles to entry-marking titles.
And after receiving the operation of the interviewee for accessing the interactive questionnaire, starting to extract the core data mark in the interactive data of the interviewee to form a personal data table of the interviewee. The core data flag may be age, gender, region, occupation, purchasing behavior, etc., and this embodiment is not particularly limited. The core data flags corresponding to different interaction destinations are also different. Optionally, each interaction purpose corresponds to a core data tag set, the core data tag set includes at least one tag keyword, for example, if the core data tag is age, keywords such as "age", "year", "age" and the like are extracted from the interaction data, and the age is determined by combining upper and lower associated sentences of the keywords, and the age is written into the personal data table of the interviewee.
If the personal data table has data which can solve the entrance mark subjects, the corresponding entrance mark subjects are endowed with answers according to the data, and the assignment of the entrance mark subjects is completed. Therefore, when the interviewee answers the questionnaire, the interviewee can directly skip the assigned questions, the questionnaire completion efficiency of the interviewee can be improved, the possibility of wrong answering is reduced, the interviewee can not lose interest and give up completing the questionnaire due to the complicated mechanical questions, and the questionnaire completion rate and the recovery rate are improved.
Further, although the entry mark topics are set by the high-frequency topics, part of assigned entry mark topics may not belong to the questionnaire topics corresponding to the current interaction purpose, and the part of assigned entry mark topics will be discarded when the interaction questionnaire is subsequently generated, and the part of assignment operation is undoubtedly an invalid operation, which may affect the whole interaction efficiency.
It should be noted that, the entry mark topic can also be set according to the topic that the high-frequency data in the interactive data conforms to. For example, if the ratio of the shopping behavior data in the acquired interactive data of the multiple visitors exceeds a certain threshold, the shopping behavior data is defined as high-frequency data in the interactive data, and therefore, the items such as the shopping amount and the shopping platform can be set as the entry mark items. The more the entrance mark questions are set, the more the number of questions which can be directly assigned is, the fewer the questions to be answered in the questionnaire are, and the effect of improving the completion rate and the recovery rate of the questionnaire can be achieved.
In addition, even for the same interaction purpose, the entry mark titles that can be assigned by different interviewees can be different, which depends on the acquired interaction data of the interviewees.
In order to prevent the interviewee from giving up completing the questionnaire due to personal privacy concerns, the display state of the assigned entry flag title in the interactive questionnaire may be set to be hidden. Therefore, the interviewee can not see the entrance marking questions, does not worry about privacy disclosure, can answer questions securely, and improves the completion rate and the recovery rate of the questionnaire.
In this embodiment, an interactive tag of the interviewee may also be generated based on the personal data table of the interviewee. For example, the interaction purpose is to investigate the satisfaction degree of a certain residential property owner, and the interaction data of each owner is gathered and extracted to obtain the interaction tag of each owner. The personal data table of the owner A comprises data such as sex women, age 28, small, high-rise and one-room and one-hall house type, living aboveground sea, monthly rental parking places, single body and property service receiving, and therefore the interactive label of the owner A is that the woman +28+ small, high-rise and one-hall house + Shanghai + monthly rental parking places + single body + property service receiving is achieved.
And step S104, generating an interactive questionnaire based on the interactive purpose, the interactive label and the assigned entrance mark subject.
As described above, different interaction destinations correspond to different questionnaire topics, and therefore, when generating an interactive questionnaire, a questionnaire template needs to be determined based on an interactive tag. Specifically, the system presets a plurality of template intervals according to the scores, each template interval corresponds to a questionnaire template, and the questionnaire templates include but are not limited to a question sub-template, a tone sub-template, an interface style sub-template and an answer incentive sub-template. Therefore, the interactive scores of the sub-tags in the interactive tags are respectively calculated, the template scores are obtained through summation, and then the questionnaire template corresponding to the template interval where the template scores are located is selected.
Then, a questionnaire topic is determined based on the interaction purpose and topic sub-template, and the questionnaire topic includes an assigned entry mark topic. As described above, the questionnaire questions corresponding to different interactive purposes are different, that is, each interactive purpose corresponds to a question set. And after the topic sub-template is determined, selecting the topics conforming to the topic sub-template from the topic set corresponding to the current interactive target as questionnaire topics. And finally, writing the questionnaire questions into a questionnaire template, and directly generating interactive questionnaires of the interviewee, wherein the writing operation refers to processing the questionnaire questions by utilizing the tone sub-template and outputting the questionnaire questions with the tones corresponding to the tone sub-template.
For example, when the template score is in the template interval B, starting a lively vertical version hand-tour game questionnaire template, and asking the interviewee by the person of 'game teammate identity Emma'; and when the template score is positioned in the template interval C, starting a large-word elegant professional questionnaire template, and asking the interviewee by the setting of the housekeeper Xiaowan.
And the questionnaire template suitable for the preference of different interviewees is determined according to the interactive labels of the interviewees, so that the answering interest and experience of the user are improved, and the completion rate and recovery rate of questionnaire interaction are improved.
In addition, the method is distinguished from the simple questionnaire segmentation of the current affairs, and the embodiment also realizes that all data return to the same background database, so that the data analysis efficiency is effectively improved, and the method is more suitable for automatic analysis and data display.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another online questionnaire interaction method provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the main flow of the method is described as follows (steps S201 to S204):
step S201, acquiring interactive data of the interviewee;
step S202, assigning a value to at least one preset entry mark topic based on interactive data, and generating an interactive label of a visited person based on the interactive data;
step S203, generating an interactive questionnaire of the interviewee based on the interactive purpose, the interactive label and the assigned entrance mark subject;
step S204, generating second exclusive information to be touched corresponding to the interactive questionnaire, and sending the second exclusive information to be touched to the interviewee, wherein the second exclusive information to be touched is used for indicating the interviewee to access the interactive questionnaire.
The method is different from the method described in the above steps S101 to S104 only in that the information to be touched is sent to the interviewee after the exclusive interactive questionnaire of the interviewee is generated. For the sake of brevity of the description, other contents identical to the method steps described in the above steps S101 to S104 will not be described again.
In this embodiment, the second dedicated access information, similar to the first dedicated access information, is used to instruct the interviewee to access the interactive questionnaire. The second exclusive information to be touched can be a short message containing an access link, a public account customer service message, an APP customer service message and the like, wherein the access link can be a website, a two-dimensional code and the like, and the visitor triggers the access link in the second exclusive information to be touched, namely, the touch of the interactive questionnaire is completed.
It should be noted that the second specific access information corresponds to the corresponding respondents one-to-one, and the second specific access information of each respondent is different, that is, the access link corresponding to each respondent is unique.
The two methods can be respectively applied to online questionnaire interaction systems with different processing capabilities. Specifically, the method described in steps S101 to S104 sends the dedicated to-be-touched information to the visitor first, and starts the generation operation of the interactive questionnaire after the visitor touches, so that the method is more suitable for a system with weak data processing capability; the method described in steps S201 to S204 generates a dedicated interactive questionnaire for the interviewee, and then sends a dedicated touch information to the interviewee, so that the method is more suitable for a system with a strong data processing capability.
