With the development of the internet, digital music is becoming the mainstream of music distribution. Currently, the mainstream music platform generally manages digital music in the following three ways: 1) developing a set of corresponding digital music management programs aiming at the digital music content, so that a user can conveniently listen to and share the digital music; 2) digital music management personnel use a digital music management system device to perform induction classification and shelving operation on digital music products through a content server, a resource music library and a client APP, and ensure the safety of data by using encryption and decryption technologies; 3) the digital music management terminal is used for managing digital music, managing user use conditions or integrating business to perform financial consumption by defining the life cycle of a license and user behaviors.
However, the current digital music management has the problems of lagging management media and complicated authorization method. The digital music management mode of the mainstream music platform mostly uses a database with a single accounting node to store data, so that the data asset content is easy to crack and steal, and the security is low; meanwhile, the digital music is managed based on the digital music management terminal, when joint business or copyright division is carried out, the copyright application process is complicated, corresponding authorization is needed when the copyright is spread and used every time, and the requirements of time fragmentation and reading fast-food of internet users cannot be met.
Therefore, the invention provides a digital music management method and a digital music management system, and the problems of poor data visibility and low safety caused by single storage node of digital music management are solved by identifying each block chain node participating in transaction consensus; through registration and storage of digital music and generation of NFT music, a data flow link of the digital music is transparent, and convenience of authorization management is improved.
A digital music management method and system proposed according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and first, a digital music management method proposed according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a digital music management method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the digital music management method in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a terminal, a server, software running in the terminal or the server, or the like. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a network service, cloud communication, middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a Content Delivery Network (CDN), a big data and artificial intelligence platform, and the like. The digital music management method in the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
s101, judging whether each block chain node participates in transaction consensus or not, and if yes, identifying the block chain node as an accounting node;
referring to fig. 2, an implementation framework of a digital music management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an application layer, a protocol layer, and a data storage layer.
Wherein the application layer is used for providing a client capability portal for digital music management. Digital music is managed by Dapp deployed at the application layer. The unique block chain address is obtained through the registration function of the application layer, the block chain address is used for identification, and the user uploads, transfers and commercializes digital music on the basis of the unique block chain address. In addition, the digital music is subjected to wind control examination, checking and shelf-on and shelf-off operation through Dapp deployed in an application layer, so that legal compliance of the digital music is ensured.
The protocol layer, in the embodiment of the invention, provides an intelligent contract exclusive to digital music management and technical support of a consensus layer on the basis of complying with the EtherFang ERC-721, and uploads and manages digital asset copyright on a block chain in an electronic data form.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data storage layer selects the private alliance chain from the block chain of the digital music copyright storage, avoids the problem of a complicated and difficultly controlled mechanism on the public chain, manages and operates the data of the digital asset copyright under the mechanisms of distributed storage, non-falsification, broadcast recording and self-owned node autonomy of a plurality of nodes of the block chain, and improves the safety and reliability.
Specifically, whether the block chain nodes on the private alliance chain participate in trade consensus or not is determined through an algorithm to determine the accounting node. The consensus algorithm for judging whether each block link point participates in the transaction consensus is as follows:
Figure BDA0003408414980000061
n is the number of online accounting nodes on a private alliance chain, and each node monitors whether the node runs online in real time through a network heartbeat mechanism; s is the system busyness of the current node, S is more than 0 and less than or equal to 1, and the initial value of S is 1, which indicates complete idleness. The value of S depends on the free storage space of the node, the time consumption of network response, performance monitoring and the distance from the user IP address; p is the active accuracy of the current node, P is more than 0 and less than or equal to 1, the initial value of P is 1, P is q/m, m is the bookkeeping times of the node, q is the correct times of the m times, the bookkeeping success rate is calculated according to the ratio of q and m, and the activity of the node is judged; mT is a parameter used for adjusting the algorithm by the centralized control node, can be any value, and is set according to actual business needs.
The block link points which can improve the user experience can be screened out through the consensus algorithm, and the accounting success rate, the network response time consumption and the node state vacancy degree are reflected.
S102, acquiring digital music uploaded by a user;
specifically, before the step of obtaining the digital music uploaded by the user, if it is detected that the user is not registered yet, the user is reminded to register the blockchain account, and the process is ended. As can be seen from step S101, the user can obtain a unique blockchain address through the registration function of the application layer, and upload, transfer, and commercialize digital music based on the unique blockchain address.
S103, auditing the digital music;
specifically, after digital music uploaded by a registered user is acquired, the digital music needs to be audited first. In an embodiment of the present invention, if the digital music is not audited, the process is ended.
S103 may be further divided into the following steps S1031-S1033:
step S1031, performing wind control audit on the digital music;
specifically, according to step S101, the digital music is subjected to a wind-controlled audit by Dapp deployed by the application layer.
Step S1032, if the wind control audit is passed, extracting the DNA of the digital music;
specifically, the DNA extraction of the digital music { work → tune, rhythm, harmony, strength, speed } performs feature extraction work aiming at five major feature elements of the digital music, wherein the feature elements include five major feature elements of tune, rhythm, harmony, dynamics and speed.
And step S1033, judging whether the digital music infringes according to the DNA.
Specifically, as seen in step S1032, the DNA includes a tune, a rhythm, a harmony, a strength, and a speed. And when judging whether the digital music infringes according to the DNA, firstly acquiring a music copyright library, and comparing the tune, the rhythm, the harmony, the dynamics and the speed of the digital music through the music copyright library to judge whether the digital music infringes.
And the content legal compliance of the digital music is ensured through the wind control audit and infringement judgment of the digital music.
S104, if the audit is passed, registering and storing the certificate for the digital music through the accounting node to generate digital music information and a certificate storing identification;
according to step S103, when the digital music passes the wind control audit and the digital music is judged not to infringe the right by extracting DNA, the audit is passed.
Specifically, after the digital music uploaded by the registered user is acquired and the digital music passes the audit, the content of the digital music is registered and stored { (work, user) → (evidence, evidence _ token) } through the block link point (accounting node) which reaches the transaction consensus on the private federation chain in step S101.
S104 may be further divided into the following steps S1041-S1042:
step S1041, chaining the digital music and storing certificate, generating the digital music information and storing certificate data;
wherein the digital music information comprises an identification (blockchain address) of the registered user, a key and a timestamp.
Step S1042, calculating the certificate storing data through a Hash algorithm, and generating the certificate storing identification.
Specifically, after digital music is positively linked and certified to generate digital music information and certified data, SM3 hash value calculation is performed on the certified data to obtain an evidence _ token specific to each certified data, which is used as a certificate, namely certified identification, stored in a block chain node of the digital music.
And S105, generating NFT music according to the digital music information and the evidence storage identification.
Referring to fig. 3, after generating a license storage identifier for digital music that is approved, the embodiment of the present invention generates an NFT identifier through the license storage identifier, so as to obtain corresponding NFT music { (evidence _ token, secret, user, time) → NFTHash }.
S105 may be further divided into the following steps S1051-S1054:
step S1051, generating an identity label of the digital music according to the digital music information and the certificate storing label;
specifically, according to the certificate storing identifier generated in step S1042 and in combination with the digital music information generated in step S1041, the identity identifier of the copyrighted work of the digital music is extracted. .
Step S1052, calculating the identity through a Hash algorithm to generate an NFT (network File transfer) identifier;
specifically, the identity is calculated through SHA3 hash algorithm, and the NFT identity of the digital music is generated as the identification for generating the NFT music under the blockchain address of the registered user.
Step S1053, generating NFT copyright identification according to the evidence storage data;
specifically, the certificate storage data is stored in a metadata storage unit of the NFT, and an NFT copyright identifier is generated.
And S1054, generating NFT music according to the NFT identification and the NFT copyright identification.
The NFT music architecture includes, among other things, creator address, sender address, recipient address, owner address, verifier address, timestamp, credentialing identification with value, hash, and transaction hash record.
Specifically, through steps S101 to S105, NFT music is generated according to digital music, so that standardization of digital musical works is achieved, the digital music is summarized into a block chain management system, when a user operates the digital music or the copyright of the digital music, each NFT music "coin" can be traced back to the corresponding evidence storage identifier of the accounting node, the digital music information, and the digital music in a reverse direction, and the use experience of listening, sharing, displaying, managing, and transferring the digital music and the copyright of the digital music by the user is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a user obtains a unique blockchain address through a registration function of an application layer, and uploads, transfers, and commercializes digital music based on the unique blockchain address, and specific functions are as follows:
(1) referring to fig. 4, for the general user and the collaborator:
a. a practical registration/login function is used for generating a block chain address and a block chain wallet exclusive to an account;
b. the practical NFT basic function performs individual operation and management of NFT copyright identification;
c. logging off, logging out, or sharing the current account.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when NFT music is purchased, the NFT music is purchased by logging in an NFT music application and searching and selecting NFT music, and after confirming the price/terms/statement, whether the balance of the blockchain wallet meets payment is queried, if yes, the third party payment platform (such as WeChat and Payment treasures) is skipped to pay the price and the commission of the NFT music; if not, reminding the user to recharge. Upon completion of the purchase, the NFT music goes to the user's blockchain wallet.
(2) Referring to fig. 7, for the manager, digital music, NFT copyright identification, deposit certificate identification, NFT music, user's blockchain address, and NFT transaction or destruction involved in the blockchain are directly centrally managed by a blockchain-dedicated graphic management system (IDB).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the application layer encapsulates the related digital music management capabilities in an RPC manner, and generates an HTTP call interface for NFT music management capabilities. By inducing and unifying NFT music, digital music works, content storage certificates and node management capacity of alliances and collaborators, the HTTP protocol is used to expose the interface capacity on the public network, and the interface capacity is provided for more devices, users and collaborators to use. Through the encapsulation of the HTTP interface, various capabilities of NFT music can be provided for front-end media, such as APP client, H5 page and small program, so as to develop more activities related to NFT copyright identification (NFT copyright auction, sharing donation, lottery drawing, point exchange, etc.)
Next, a digital music management system proposed according to an embodiment of the present application is described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a digital music management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
The system specifically comprises:
