1. A method for creating, managing and using a complete decentralized user identity is characterized in that: the method is realized based on a block chain system and an NFT intelligent contract, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s01, creation of decentralized user identity DID: a user generates a system identity, initiates a casting request of NFT bound with the system identity by the identity, and completes DID creation;
s02, user identity reputation accumulation and management: the user submits application behaviors by using a DID, and point evaluation, accumulation and management are realized by an intelligent contract;
s03, user identity authorization management: the intelligent contract completes grading and empowerment based on the integral, and the user DID obtains the application authority of the corresponding grade;
s04, query and check of DID: and the user identity query and verification function based on the intelligent contract realizes the use of the user DID in third-party application.

A method for complete decentralized user identity creation, management and use according to claim 1, characterized in that: the specific process of creating the DID in step S01 is as follows: s011, a user locally and autonomously generates a public and private key pair so as to acquire a system identity in a block chain system, and the user can submit a related operation request in the system through the system identity; and S012, initiating an NFT casting request to an NFT casting contract deployed in a blockchain system by a user according to the system identity so as to obtain an NFT, wherein the NFT casting contract limits transfer transactions of the NFT so as to realize a tight binding relationship between the user system identity and the NFT, and in the decentralized application field, the NFT is called as soul binding in an application mode, wherein the system identity created by the user is called as a soul binding address, the NFT generated by casting and bound with the system identity is called as a soul binding token SBT, and the two are bound together to form a decentralized user identity-DID in the patent.
3. A method for complete decentralized user identity creation, management and use according to claim 2, characterized in that: the specific process of creating the DID in the public blockchain in step S01 is as follows:
101. autonomously creating a public and private key pair for a user so as to obtain a system identity in the blockchain system;
102. a user initiates an NFT casting request to an NFT contract for constructing a user identity NFT in a block chain system through the system identity, and transmits information required by the contract;
103. the NFT contract generates the NFT bound with the address;
104. the NFT contract writes information submitted by a user as initial information into the NFT;
105. NFT completes the distribution to the user address and DID creation completes.
4. A method for complete decentralized user identity creation, management and use according to claim 2, characterized in that: the specific process of the step S01 for supporting the creation of the docking alliance chain or the centralized system by the DID is as follows:
201. a public and private key pair is created for a user autonomously, so that a system identity in a block chain system is obtained;
202. a user initiates an NFT casting request to an NFT contract for constructing a user identity NFT in a block chain system through the system identity, and transmits information required by the contract;
203. the NFT contract generates the NFT bound with the address;
204. the alliance chain and the centralized mechanism transmit initialization information needing to be filled in to the NFT through a transaction initiated to a contract;
205. the contract writes the related information as initial information into the NFT;
206. NFT completes the distribution to the user address and DID creation completes.

301. the user submits the application behavior of the user to the intelligent contract by using the DID;
302. developing an intelligent contract and completing the verification of the behavior;
303. the intelligent contract calculates the integral which can be obtained by the action according to the established integral rule;
304. the intelligent contract executes an integral management algorithm and calculates the adjustment condition of the current integral;
305. the intelligent contract adjusts the state value of the user integral in the NFT according to the calculated result to form a new credit record, and the decentralized integral management operation is completed.

A method for complete decentralized user identity creation, management and use according to claim 1, characterized in that: the specific process of user identity reputation accumulation and management initiated by the user to the alliance chain or other centralized systems in step S02 is as follows:
401. a user submits application behaviors to a alliance chain or other centralized systems by using own DID;
402. the alliance chain or other centralized systems complete the verification of user behaviors according to the information in the systems;
403. the alliance chain or other centralized systems calculate the points which can be obtained by the behaviors according to the established point rule;
404. the alliance chain or other centralized systems execute an integral management algorithm and calculate the adjustment condition of the current integral;
405. a federation chain or other centralized systems initiates a credit updating request to the NFT intelligent contract through transaction and attaches user DID information, and at the moment, the central party has special authority in the NFT contract, such as an intelligent contract owner and the authority of writing any information;
406. and the intelligent contract adjusts the state value of the user integral in the NFT according to the calculated result to form a new credit record.
7. A method for complete decentralized user identity creation, management and use according to claim 1, characterized in that: the specific process of operating user identity reputation accumulation and management by a federation chain or other centralized systems in step S02 is as follows:
501. the alliance chain or other centralized systems complete the behavior verification of a certain user according to the information in the system;
502. the alliance chain or other centralized systems calculate the points which can be obtained by the behaviors according to the established point rule;
503. the alliance chain or other centralized systems execute an integral management algorithm and calculate the adjustment condition of the current integral;
504. a federation chain or other centralized systems initiates a credit update request to the NFT intelligent contract through transaction and attaches the DID information of the user, and at the moment, the central party has special authority in the NFT contract, such as an intelligent contract owner and the authority of writing any information;
505. and the intelligent contract adjusts the state value of the user integral in the NFT according to the calculated result to form a new credit record.
