It should be noted that the video transaction information at least needs to include an ID of the audio-visual website, video summary information related to the transaction, a video copyright ID, a video ID, transaction time, a transaction status, and the like; the content banking node 201 may participate in accounting, forming blocks, and the confirmation and forming processes of the blocks are prior art and not explained in detail. The nodes involved in the video transaction block chain comprise content bank nodes and calculation force nodes 2, and can comprise a copyright party node 1.
In particular, the third consensus mechanism may be a billing node for obtaining billing rights for the transaction information for an audiovisual website included in the video transaction information. Of course any existing consensus mechanism may be applied.
The content banking node 201, the copyright owner node 1 and the plurality of audiovisual platform nodes 103 all comprise a fourth blockchain application.
The copyright party node 1 is also used for applying a fourth block chain application, setting the authorized operation strategy attribute of the copyright video after receiving the registration transaction message passing the verification, generating a second intelligent contract and deploying the second intelligent contract on the block chain; the authorized operation strategy attributes at least comprise a unique copyright ID, a copyright charge payment strategy and an account address;
the new video transaction block comprises request information for calling a second intelligent contract;
when receiving a new video transaction block, the second verification node acquires request information for calling a second intelligent contract, calls the second intelligent contract, monitors a second event, automatically executes the second intelligent contract when the second event meets conditions, and then updates an execution result; the second authentication node is selected from a plurality of the content banking node 201 and the number of audiovisual platform nodes 103.
It is understood that the second intelligent contract may be an open intelligent contract, which includes executed events and procedures and includes any buyer, and the copyright buyer automatically approves and signs the second intelligent contract whenever purchasing the corresponding copyright video and starts the second intelligent contract.
The video transaction message at least comprises an audio-visual platform ID, a unique copyright ID of a corresponding video and an account address of the audio-visual platform; and when the second intelligent contract is executed, acquiring the account address corresponding to the ID of the corresponding audio-visual platform, and automatically transferring the value in the account address of the audio-visual website to the account address of the copyright user according to a copyright fee payment strategy.
The intelligent contract also can include the service cost of the content bank, namely when paying the copyright cost to the account address of the copyright user, certain fund needs to be transferred to the account address of the content bank, the copyright payment strategy in the intelligent contract can be flexibly set according to the copyright owner, the copyright content and the like, and the invention has no restriction on the copyright payment strategy.
Each calculation node 2 runs a plurality of block chain programs, stores a plurality of distributed accounts, acquires copyright content circulation data from different angles of each link, depends on the reliability, the non-tamper-ability and the consensus of the block chain technology, effectively prevents the occurrence of events such as cheating and piracy, is easy to trace back the source after the events occur, efficiently solves the problems and improves the supervision capability.
The embodiments in the specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
Those skilled in the art will further appreciate that the systems disclosed herein are capable of being implemented in electronic hardware, computer software, and combinations thereof, where the compositions of the examples are generally described in terms of functions that are performed in either hardware or software, and that such methods may be used by those skilled in the art to perform the functions described in association with each particular application, without departing from the scope of the invention.
The network audiovisual management support system based on the intelligent contract provided by the invention is described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the invention are explained in the present document by applying specific examples, and the explanation of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the method of the invention and the core idea thereof. It should be noted that various changes and modifications can be made to the invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and these changes and modifications also fall into the protection scope of the claims of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A network audio-visual management support system based on an intelligent contract is characterized by comprising a block chain, a plurality of copyright side nodes (1), a plurality of calculation force nodes (2) and a plurality of player end nodes (3) which form the block chain; the system also comprises a content bank server (4) and a plurality of different audio-visual platform servers (5);
the copyright side node (1) is provided with a first block chain application and is used for receiving original video data and bibliographic information registered by a copyright user, forming and storing a copyright video with a unique copyright ID, generating a first intelligent contract and deploying the first intelligent contract on the block chain, and generating a registration transaction message, wherein the registration transaction message contains an application for calling the first intelligent contract; sending the registration transaction message to a first verification node through a P2P network; after receiving the registration transaction message passing the verification, confirming the transaction based on a first common identification mechanism, forming a new copyright block, and updating and storing a copyright block chain;
the first verification node is selected from a plurality of the computational force nodes (2), verifies the registration transaction message, broadcasts the verified registration transaction message in a block chain after verification is successful, simultaneously calls a first intelligent contract, monitors a first event, and executes the first intelligent contract to upload a corresponding copyright video to a content server when the first event meets the condition;
the content bank server (4) is used for receiving and storing the copyright video and distributing the corresponding video resource to the corresponding audio-visual platform server (5) when receiving the copyright video resource transaction request sent by the audio-visual platform;
the audio-visual platform server (5) is used for sending a copyright video resource transaction request to the content bank subsystem, receiving the video resource distributed by the content bank server (4), and sending the video resource to the end playing node (3) for playing;
the playing end node (3) is provided with a second block chain application, acquires playing information of a copyright video according to a preset mechanism, and broadcasts the playing information through a P2P network;
each computational node (2) is provided with a first block chain application and a second block chain application, receives a new copyright block and updates a copyright block chain; and acquiring the playing information, confirming the playing information according to a second consensus mechanism, and generating and storing a viewing record block chain.

A network audiovisual management support system based on a smart contract according to claim 1, characterized in that said calculation force node (2) comprises an advertiser node (101), a supervisor node (102) and an audiovisual platform node (103); the audio-visual platform node (103) is connected with the audio-visual platform server (5).

A network audiovisual management support system based on intelligent contracts according to claim 1, characterized in that said application for invoking the first intelligent contract comprises an external storage address link for storing copyright video of the copyright party node (1) issuing the registration transaction request; the first event is the formation of a corresponding new copyright block; the execution of the first intelligent contract is operable to: and after a corresponding new copyright block is formed, uploading the encrypted copyright video stored in the external storage address to a content bank address.

The network audiovisual management support system based on the intelligent contract according to claim 3, wherein the copyright side node (1) is installed with a first blockchain application, and receives video original data and bibliographic information registered by a copyright user, specifically: the copyright user uploads video original data and bibliographic information to a copyright side node (1), the copyright side node (1) conducts hash processing on the video original data to obtain a unique binary string as a unique copyright ID, and the video original data are identified to form a copyright video with a hash value coding identification; the register transaction message further includes at least: the copyright management information includes author personal information, content description information, unique copyright ID information, and creation time information.

A network audiovisual management support system based on a smart contract according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said system further comprises a content banking node (201) operating on said blockchain, said content banking node (201) being connected with said content banking server (4); the content banking node (201) is installed with a first blockchain application, receives a new copyright block, and updates the copyright blockchain.

A network audiovisual management support system based on a smart contract according to claim 5, characterized in that said content banking node (201) and computing power node (2) are each installed with a third blockchain application; the content bank server (4) is also used for sending video transaction information to the content bank node (201) when distributing the corresponding video resources to the corresponding audio-visual platform server (5);
the content banking node (201) receives the video transaction information through the third block chain application, forms a video transaction message and sends the video transaction message to the computational node through a P2P network;
the calculation node (2) and the content bank node (201) are further used for confirming video transaction and forming a new video transaction block based on a third consensus mechanism through the third block chain application, and updating the video transaction block chain.

A network audiovisual management support system based on a smart contract according to claim 6, characterized in that said third consensus mechanism is: the audio-visual website included in the video transaction information is a billing node for obtaining the billing right of the transaction information.
8. The network audio-visual management support system based on the intelligent contract according to claim 6, wherein the content banking node (201), the copyright owner node (1) and the plurality of audio-visual platform nodes (103) each include a fourth blockchain application;
the copyright side node (1) is also used for applying a fourth block chain application, setting the authorized operation strategy attribute of the copyright video after receiving the registration transaction message passing the verification, generating a second intelligent contract and deploying the second intelligent contract on the block chain; the authorized operation strategy attributes at least comprise a unique copyright ID, a copyright charge payment strategy and an account address;
the new video transaction block comprises request information for calling a second intelligent contract;
when receiving a new video transaction block, the second verification node acquires request information for calling a second intelligent contract, calls the second intelligent contract, monitors a second event, automatically executes the second intelligent contract when the second event meets conditions, and then updates an execution result; the second authentication node is selected from a plurality of content banking nodes (201) and a number of audiovisual platform nodes (103).

The network audio-visual management support system based on the intelligent contract according to claim 8, wherein the video transaction message at least includes an audio-visual platform ID, a unique copyright ID of the corresponding video, and an account address of the audio-visual platform; and when the second intelligent contract is executed, acquiring the account address corresponding to the ID of the corresponding audio-visual platform, and automatically transferring the value in the account address of the audio-visual website to the account address of the copyright user according to a copyright fee payment strategy.
10. The network audio-visual management support system based on the intelligent contract according to claim 1, wherein the player node (3) is installed with a plug-in, the plug-in is further used for acquiring the playing information of the copyright video of the client according to a preset rule, and the playing information is sent to the computing node (2) through a P2P network after being encrypted.
