Description

Content service system based on two-stage block chain
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of information, in particular to a content service technology based on a two-stage block chain.
Background
Currently, the content distribution network model is generally that a Content Provider (CP) injects content into an integration platform, and the integration platform provides services to the outside. Such division of labor causes a reduction in the degree of content management and control by the Content Provider (CP), and it is difficult to grasp the actual playing situation of the content, and it is difficult to guarantee the benefit of the Content Provider (CP) because it is only possible to evaluate the playing amount of the content by relying on the play log or viewing record provided by the integrated platform.
In the current environment of the network audio-visual industry, the main one with speaking right is the video operation platform. These platforms hold users, and it is difficult for a Content Provider (CP) to hold real playback data after providing content. The phenomenon is particularly obvious in the IPTV (interactive network television) industry, the IPTV transmission platform is mainly controlled by a telecom operator, and core services such as user access, advertising marketing and the like are mainly managed by the platform. After a plurality of radio and television organizations submit related contents to an IPTV platform, the radio and television organizations serving as Content Providers (CP) are difficult to obtain related data of end users, so that the Content Providers (CP) cannot really operate own user resources, and own benefits are difficult to guarantee.

Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
The embodiment of the application provides a content service system based on a two-stage block chain. A plurality of Content Providers (CP) jointly construct a alliance chain to form content advantages. The Content Provider (CP) can grasp information such as actual play data of the user terminal by means of the blockchain, which is helpful for guaranteeing the interests of the content provider, promoting the position of the content provider in the industry ecology, and motivating the content provider to continuously provide high-quality content, thereby promoting the development of related industries.
In a practical scenario, the device implementing the system may be a user device, a network device, or a device formed by integrating a user device and a network device through a network. The user device includes, but is not limited to, a terminal device such as a smartphone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, and the like, and the network device includes, but is not limited to, a network host, a single network server, a plurality of network server sets, or a cloud computing-based computer set. Here, the Cloud is made up of a large number of hosts or web servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), which is a type of distributed Computing, one virtual computer consisting of a collection of loosely coupled computers.
As shown in fig. 1, a content service system based on two-level block chains, wherein the system includes a plurality of Content Providers (CPs), a plurality of content integration platforms, a plurality of content receiving terminals, a first-level block chain, and a second-level block chain; the nodes of the primary blockchain comprise the content provider; the nodes of the secondary blockchain include the content provider, the content integration platform, and the content receiving terminal.
The block chain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, tamper resistance and safety. According to the embodiment of the application, the block chain characteristics are utilized, the block chain of the alliance is established by the Content Provider (CP), and then the Content Provider (CP) can master the content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal by means of the block chain, so that the Content Provider (CP) does not depend on a content integration platform completely any more, the benefit of the content provider is guaranteed, and the position of the content provider in the industry ecology is improved. And the embodiment of the application establishes a trusted network based on the two-stage block chain, and the trusted network inherently has the safety characteristic, so that compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application can also save the safety cost.
For example, the content may include video, audio programming, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, a primary blockchain at an upper layer is also called a content blockchain, based on which uploading of content, tracing to source and determining right of content can be achieved, and a usage object of the primary blockchain is mainly a Content Provider (CP). And the lower-layer secondary block chain is also called a viewing data block chain, and the recording of content viewing data can be realized based on the secondary block chain. The content receiving terminal, the content integration platform, and the Content Provider (CP) provide relevant data after authentication and access to the block chain. The 1 Content Provider (CP) may access the N content integration platforms, and the 1 content integration platform may also access the N Content Providers (CP). The Content Provider (CP) uploads content (e.g., video, audio program, etc.) to the content integration platform, and uploads information related to the content (e.g., content ID, content description, content fingerprint, content digest, etc.) to the primary blockchain, so that the integrity of the content can be guaranteed, and subsequent rights confirmation is facilitated. After the content integration platform displays the content uploaded by the Content Provider (CP), the content receiving terminal plays the content, the generated content playing record information is uploaded to the Content Provider (CP), and the content playing record information is uploaded to the secondary block chain after being checked and checked by the Content Provider (CP). The Content Provider (CP) can check the playing condition of the uploaded content by itself by using the secondary block chain.
In some embodiments, the content provider, the content integration platform, and the content receiving terminal are each identified by a public-private key pair.
For example, the content receiving terminal and the content integration platform are providers of data and need to be in a fully trusted state. The private key of the content receiving terminal (such as a set-top box terminal) needs to be stored in a specific area of the security chip, the private key cannot be read from the periphery of the security chip, and the operation related to the private key is completed in the specific chip; the private key of the integrated broadcast control node needs to be stored in a specific computer, only the specific computer is allowed to read, and the private key cannot be sent out of the specific computer. For the content receiving terminal equipment, a trusted area needs to be supported by hardware, and a private area is set in a CPU (central processing unit) so as to ensure the safety of a secret key. For the content integration platform end device and the Content Provider (CP) end device, a software and hardware all-in-one machine or a usb disk is required to implement physical isolation of the key.
In the embodiment of the application, the content receiving terminals all adopt the security chips, and each terminal distributes public and private keys, so that the copying of the terminals becomes impossible from the technical point of view, and the security of the system can be effectively enhanced. Because the system provided by the embodiment of the application uses the two-stage block chain, all terminal accesses can be recorded on the block chain, so that the controllability of the content is ensured, the content is prevented from being stolen, and only the terminal approved by the system can play the content in the system.
In some embodiments, the content provider is configured to upload content related information to the primary blockchain.
For example, the content-related information may include content identification information (content ID), content description, content fingerprint, content digest, content duration, and the like. A plurality of Content Provider (CP) nodes form the primary blockchain, the primary blockchain may adopt a federation chain, and each Content Provider (CP) needs to pass federation authentication to join the primary blockchain. And for a Content Provider (CP) joining the primary block chain, obtaining a public and private key pair to identify the CP, and logging in and accessing the system by virtue of the public and private key pair. The primary block chain is used for storing the content related information. And when the Content Provider (CP) uploads the content to the content integration platform, the Content Provider (CP) analyzes the content to obtain the content related information, and writes the content related information into the primary block chain for evidence storage.
In some embodiments, the content-related information comprises content identification information; the primary block chain and the secondary block chain are associated through the content identification information.
For example, the primary blockchain records ownership of content; the secondary block chain records the playing data information of the content; the primary blockchain and the secondary blockchain are associated by using the content identification information (content ID). The primary blockchain provides content index data, each content generating an ID, which is passed to the secondary blockchain. And when the content receiving terminal plays a certain content, reporting the content ID and the playing time length of the content to the secondary block chain.
In some embodiments, the secondary blockchain is used to store authorized content playback record information generated by the content receiving terminal.
For example, the usage objects of the secondary blockchain are mainly the Content Provider (CP), the content integration platform, and the content receiving terminal. The plurality of Content Provider (CP) nodes, the content integration platform node and the content receiving terminal node form the secondary block chain, the secondary block chain can adopt a alliance chain, and each Content Provider (CP) node can be added into the secondary block chain only through alliance authentication. And for the content integration platform node and the content receiving terminal node which are added into the secondary block chain, a public and private key pair is obtained to identify the content integration platform node and the content receiving terminal node, and the system is accessed by virtue of the public and private key pair. The embodiment of the application utilizes the block chain technology to ensure that all uploaded data are true and reliable and cannot be forged or falsified. The secondary block chain is used for storing approved content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal. And after receiving the content playing record information reported by the content receiving terminal and the content integration platform, the Content Provider (CP) node checks and arranges the content playing record information and submits the content playing record information to the secondary block chain.
In some embodiments, the upload period of the secondary blockchain may be set to 24 hours. Although it is also possible to upload data to the secondary blockchain in real time, real-time uploading is computationally expensive and is not very meaningful. According to the embodiment of the application, a cache statistical mechanism can be established on the content receiving terminal side, a detection mechanism is arranged on the Content Provider (CP) side, and the summarized data is uploaded to the secondary block chain every 24 hours.
In some embodiments, the content receiving terminal is configured to report content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal to the content integration platform; the content integration platform is used for sending the content playing record information to the corresponding content provider; and the content provider is used for reporting the content playing record information to the secondary block chain.
For example, the content playback record information includes viewing data of the content. The content receiving terminal (such as a set top box terminal) uploads the viewing data collected by the content integration platform and the Content Provider (CP) node approves the viewing data uploaded by the content receiving terminal and the content integration platform. Meanwhile, all Content Providers (CP) also need to check the viewing data, for example, check whether viewing time conflicts, and exclude multiple play records of the same terminal at the same time; and checking whether the viewing data are consistent with the operation recorded by the corresponding content integration platform or not, so as to avoid non-true viewing data. In some embodiments, the viewing data reporting process includes: (1) the content receiving terminal reports viewing data to the content integration platform; (2) the content integration platform reports the viewing data to each content provider according to the content classification; (3) the content provider reports the viewing data to the secondary block chain; (4) adding blocks to the secondary block chain, wherein the data of the content accessed by the content receiving terminal needs to be checked, and whether the viewing data recorded by the content integration platform and the content provider are consistent or not is checked; and (4) data approval, wherein the viewing data can be stored in the secondary blockchain only after the consensus is achieved. That is, the authorized content playback record information is not stored in the secondary blockchain.
In some embodiments, in the primary blockchain, the content provider accumulates the duration of the uploaded content in positive correlation with the probability that the content provider obtains the new block billing right.
For example, in the primary block chain, it is mainly determined which Content Provider (CP) node obtains the accounting right of the new block, and it is mainly determined by a proof of authority (POS), the more content is uploaded, the higher the probability that the Content Provider (CP) node obtains the accounting right is, and the probability that the Content Provider (CP) node obtains the accounting right is, the time length of the content uploaded by the node/the time length of the content uploaded by the node is. In this way, Content Provider (CP) nodes that upload content for longer periods will get more block billing rights. For example, assuming that content provider a uploads 100 hours of content, content provider B uploads 100 hours of content, and content provider C uploads 300 hours of content, the probability that the node of content provider C obtains the billing right in the next block of the billing right competition is 300/(100+100+300) 60%.
In some embodiments, in the secondary blockchain, the content provider accumulates uploaded content playing time in positive correlation with the probability that the content provider obtains new block billing right.
For example, in the secondary block chain, the decision of which Content Provider (CP) node to obtain the accounting right of the new block is mainly dependent on a calculation manner similar to the proof of rights (POS). The longer the playing time of the uploaded content, the higher the probability that the Content Provider (CP) node obtains the accounting right, and the probability that the Content Provider (CP) node obtains the accounting right is the playing time of the uploaded content/the playing time of the entire content of the node. In this way, Content Provider (CP) nodes that upload content for longer durations will receive more block billing rights. Here, the playing duration of a certain content is calculated by accumulating the playing durations of the content at multiple terminals, for example, if the content accumulation of a certain 1 hour is played at 1 ten thousand terminals, the playing duration of the content is 1 ten thousand hours; if the content accumulation of a certain 10 hours is finished playing at 5 thousand terminals, the playing time of the content is 5 ten thousand hours. For example, if the playing time of the content uploaded by the content provider a is 1 ten thousand hours in total, the playing time of the content uploaded by the content provider B is 2 ten thousand hours, and the playing time of the content uploaded by the content provider C is 2 ten thousand hours, in the competition of the next block accounting right, the probability that the content provider a obtains the accounting right is 20%, the probability that the content provider B obtains the accounting right is 40%, and the probability that the content provider C obtains the accounting right is 40%.
In some embodiments, the content provider that obtains the billing rights for the new block also obtains a pass within the system as a reward.
For example, a Content Provider (CP) node that obtains block billing rights may obtain a voucher within the system as a reward. With the development of the system and the increase of uploading content and end users, the value of the system is increased. The more vouchers obtained for the Content Provider (CP), the more rights are obtained in the system on behalf of. This approach may encourage more and more content providers to join the system and upload more and more content.
In the embodiment of the application, a Content Provider (CP) uploads content, a new block is established by the primary block chain to store the content related information, and the creator of the new block can obtain related token rewards; as the amount of uploaded content increases, the value of the system also increases, and content providers prefer to provide new content; the more content provided by the content provider, the easier it is to obtain the accounting rights for the new block and the easier it is to obtain the reward for the token, thus forming a virtuous circle. Establishing a new block by the secondary block chain to store approved content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal, and distributing accounting rights of the block in the secondary block chain according to the accumulated playing time length of the content uploaded by a content provider; the higher the popularity of the content uploaded by the content provider to the user, the higher the probability of obtaining the accounting right of the new block, and as the value of the system is increased, the token value of the system is also increased, so that more content providers are encouraged to join the system and upload more contents favored by the terminal user.
In some embodiments, the nodes of the secondary blockchain further comprise advertiser users; the advertiser user is used to browse the data of the secondary blockchain.
For example, an authenticated advertiser user can access the secondary block chain, browse the data of the secondary block chain, and grasp the content playing record information, which is helpful for guaranteeing the benefits of the advertiser user. In some embodiments, the advertiser user can only browse data, and not generate data.
The application also provides content provider end equipment based on the two-level block chain, wherein the content provider is a node of the first-level block chain and the second-level block chain; the primary block chain is used for storing the content related information uploaded by the content provider; the secondary block chain is used for storing approved content playing record information.
For example, the nodes of the primary blockchain include the Content Provider (CP); and the nodes of the secondary block chain comprise the content provider, a content integration platform and a content receiving terminal. The content may include video, audio programs, and the like; the content-related information may include content identification information (content ID), content description, content fingerprint, content digest, content duration, and the like. And when the content provider uploads the content to the content integration platform, the content provider analyzes the content to obtain the content related information, and writes the content related information into the primary block chain to perform evidence storage work. The secondary block chain is used for storing approved content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal. And after receiving the content playing record information reported by the content receiving terminal and the content integration platform, the content provider node checks and arranges the content playing record information and submits the content playing record information to the secondary block chain. In some embodiments, in the primary blockchain, the content provider accumulates the duration of the uploaded content in positive correlation with the probability that the content provider obtains the new block billing right; in the secondary block chain, the content provider accumulates uploaded content playing time and has a positive correlation with the probability that the content provider obtains a new block billing right; the content provider who obtains the accounting rights for the new block also obtains the pass in the system as a reward.
The application also provides content integration platform end equipment based on the two-level block chain, wherein the content integration platform is a node of the two-level block chain; the content integration platform is used for receiving the content uploaded by the content provider and providing the content to the content receiving terminal; the secondary block chain is used for storing approved content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal.
For example, the nodes of the secondary blockchain include a content provider, a content integration platform, and a content receiving terminal. The content may include video, audio programming, and the like. In some embodiments, the content integration platform is identified by a public-private key pair. The secondary block chain is used for storing approved content playing record information generated by the content receiving terminal. And after receiving the content playing record information reported by the content receiving terminal and the content integration platform, the content provider node checks and arranges the content playing record information and submits the content playing record information to the secondary block chain.
