One side of each of the two second support plates 6, which is close to each other, is rotatably connected with two third rotating rods 32 which are symmetrically arranged, the outer wall of each of the third rotating rods 32 is fixedly sleeved with a second chain wheel 33, the outer wall of each of the two second chain wheels 33 which are positioned on the same side is rotatably sleeved with the same second chain 34, one side of each of the second support plates 6 is fixedly connected with a humidity sensor 53, one side of each of the second support plates 6 is fixedly connected with a second driving motor 51, the output shaft of each of the second driving motors 51 penetrates through the corresponding second support plate 6 and is fixedly connected with one end of one of the third rotating rods 32, one side of each of the two second support plates 6 is fixedly connected with a second side plate 13, a conveying assembly for conveying rice noodles meeting the specification is arranged between the two second side plates 13 and comprises a third driving motor 52 which is fixedly connected with one side of the corresponding second side plate 13, and the top of each of the corresponding second side plate 13 is provided with a rectangular groove 35, an L-shaped block 41 is slidably connected inside the rectangular groove 35, a rectangular block 42 is clamped inside the L-shaped block 41, a bolt 43 penetrates through a thread on one side of the second side plate 13, one end of the bolt 43 penetrates through the rectangular groove 35 and is rotatably connected with one side of the L-shaped block 41, a fourth rotating rod 36 is rotatably connected on one side of the rectangular block 42 and one side of the second side plate 13, a third chain wheel 37 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the fourth rotating rod 36, a same third chain 38 is sleeved on the outer wall of the two third chain wheels 37 in a transmission manner, an output shaft of a third driving motor 52 penetrates through the second side plate 13 and is fixedly connected with one end of one of the fourth rotating rods 36, a second servo motor 14 is fixedly connected on one side of the two second side plates 13, an output shaft of the second servo motor 14 penetrates through the second side plate 13 and is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 39, a first convex plate 15 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting rod 39, for forwarding the metric line in compliance with the specification.
The bottom of the two steel bar columns 4 is fixedly connected with the same oval track 5, the bottom of the oval track 5 is provided with a sliding groove 44, the inside of the sliding groove 44 is provided with a drying component for drying rice noodles, the drying component comprises two sliding blocks 47 connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove 44 in a sliding manner, the same reinforcing block 48 is fixedly connected between the two sliding blocks 47, the bottom of the reinforcing block 48 penetrates through the sliding groove 44 and is fixedly connected with a second material receiving plate 45, the bottom of the second material receiving plate 45 is fixedly connected with two second rod receiving plates 60 which are symmetrically arranged, the inner wall of the top of the oval track 5 is rotatably connected with a plurality of third rotating shafts 30, the bottom of the third rotating shafts 30 is fixedly connected with a fourth chain wheel 40, the outer wall of the plurality of fourth chain wheels 40 is sleeved with the same fourth chain 46 in a transmission manner, the top of the sliding blocks 47 is fixedly connected with a mounting block 54, the top of the mounting block 54 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fourth chain 46, the top of the oval track 5 is fixedly connected with a fourth servo motor 49, an output shaft of the fourth servo motor 49 penetrates through the oval track 5 and is fixedly connected with the top of one of the third rotating shafts 30 for airing rice noodles, the inner walls of the first supporting plate 1 and the second supporting plate 6 are respectively provided with a plurality of heating pipes for realizing the drying function, the outer walls of the first chain 19, the third chain 38, the second chain 34 and the fourth chain wheel 40 are respectively provided with a plurality of baffle plates 20 for avoiding the discharging rod 25 from falling off, the same transverse plate 57 is fixedly connected between the two second supporting plates 6, the top of the transverse plate 57 is fixedly connected with two oppositely arranged second triangular blocks 58 for ensuring that the discharging rod 25 can normally flow back to the second chain 34, the first convex plate 15 and the second convex plate 17 both comprise rotating plates 101, the outer wall of the rotating plate 101 is fixedly provided with an arc plate 102, the arc plate 102 is provided with a groove 103, for preventing the discharge bar 25 from falling off.

At this time, the fourth servo motor 49 is started, the output shaft of the fourth servo motor 49 drives the third rotating shaft 30 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 30 drives the fourth chain wheel 40 to rotate, the fourth chain wheel 40 drives the fourth chain 46 to convey forwards, the fourth chain 46 drives the mounting block 54 to convey forwards, the mounting block 54 drives the sliding block 47 to convey forwards, the sliding block 47 drives the reinforcing block 48 to convey forwards, the reinforcing block 48 drives the second material receiving plate 45 to convey forwards, the second material receiving plate 45 drives the fourth chain 46 and the material discharging rod 25 inside to convey forwards, drying is carried out in the conveying process, when the humidity sensor 53 detects that the humidity of the rice line still does not meet the standard, the third servo motor 22 is started, the output shaft of the third servo motor 22 drives the circular plate 23 and the second rotating shaft 24 to rotate, the circular plate 23 drives the connecting plate 21 to rotate 180 degrees, the connecting plate 21 drives the first material receiving plate 9 to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the first receiving plate 9 receives the discharging rod 25 hanging the unqualified rice noodles, meanwhile, the worker rotates the bolt 43, the bolt 43 drives one transverse end of the L-shaped block 41 to withdraw the L-shaped block 41, at the moment, the rectangular block 42 falls downwards due to no fulcrum, the discharging rod 25 cannot be normally conveyed, the third servo motor 22 is restarted, the first receiving plate 9 rotates 180 degrees in the reverse direction and returns to the initial position, then the first servo motor 7 is started, the output shaft of the first servo motor 7 drives the first rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 8 drives the first gear 27 to rotate, the first gear 27 drives the second gear 28 to rotate, the second gear 28 drives the second rotating rod 29 to rotate, the second rotating rod 29 drives the second convex plate 17 to rotate, the second convex plate 17 picks up the discharging rod 25, the unqualified discharging rod 25 slides down to the first chain 19 through the inclined plane of the first triangular block 11, and starts the first driving motor 50, an output shaft of a first driving motor 50 drives a first rotating rod 12 to rotate, the first rotating rod 12 drives a first chain wheel 18 to rotate, the first chain wheel 18 drives a first chain 19 to convey forwards, a plurality of discharging rods 25 are conveyed forwards through the first chain 19 to convey the discharging rods 25 to an initial position, an electric push rod 63 is started, a piston rod of the electric push rod 63 drives a third material receiving plate 59 to move vertically downwards, the third material receiving plate 59 drives two third material receiving plates 61 to move vertically downwards, the third material receiving plates 61 receive the returned discharging rods 25, then a second supporting plate 6 is started, the piston rod of the electric push rod 63 drives the discharging rods 25 to ascend, a third servo motor 22 is started to enable the third material receiving plate 59 to rotate 180 degrees, at the moment, the third material receiving plate 59 is positioned right above a second triangular block 58, the two third material receiving plates 61 are respectively positioned at two sides of the two second triangular blocks 58, the electric push rod 63 is started again, so that the discharging rod 25 is discharged by the electric push rod 63, the discharging rod 25 moves to the inclined plane of the second triangular block 58 and flows back to the second chain 34, and the drying is carried out again.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principle and wiring method of the first servo motor 7, the second servo motor 14, the third servo motor 22, the fourth servo motor 49, the first driving motor 50, the second driving motor 51, the third driving motor 52, the humidity sensor 53 and the electric push rod 63 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and thus will not be described herein again, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.

A drying and airing integrated device for producing dried rice noodles comprises two first supporting plates (1), two second supporting plates (6), two steel bar columns (4) fixed on a roof and a plurality of discharging rods (25), and is characterized in that the discharging rods (25) are provided with a plurality of rice noodles, the top of each first supporting plate (1) is fixedly connected with a same first cover plate (55), the top of each second supporting plate (6) is fixedly connected with a same second cover plate (56), one side of each first supporting plate (1) is fixedly connected with a first side plate (2), a first rotating rod (12) is rotatably connected between each two first supporting plates (1) and between each two first side plates (2), the outer wall of each first rotating rod (12) is fixedly sleeved with a first chain wheel (18), the outer wall transmission sleeves of the two first chain wheels (18) on the same side are provided with a same first chain (19), one side of the first side plate (2) is fixedly connected with a first driving motor (50), an output shaft of the first driving motor (50) penetrates through the first side plate (2) and is fixedly connected with one end of one first rotating rod (12), one side of each of the two first supporting plates (1) is fixedly connected with a first fixed block (10), and a transferring assembly for transferring rice noodles which do not meet the humidity requirement is arranged between the two first fixed blocks (10);
one side of one of the first supporting plate (1) close to the second supporting plate (6) is fixedly connected with two bottom plates (26) which are symmetrically arranged, one side of the bottom plate (26) is fixedly connected with a vertical plate (16), one side of the vertical plate (16) is fixedly connected with a top plate (3), the bottom of the top plate (3) is fixedly connected with a third servo motor (22), the top of the bottom plate (26) is rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft (24), the top of the second rotating shaft (24) is fixedly connected with a circular plate (23), one side of the circular plate (23) is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (21), an output shaft of the third servo motor (22) is rotatably connected with the top of the circular plate (23), one end of one of the connecting plates (21) is fixedly connected with a first material receiving plate (9), and the bottom of the first material receiving plate (9) is fixedly connected with two first rod receiving plates (31) which are symmetrically arranged, and a discharging component for discharging the rice noodles which do not meet the humidity requirement is arranged at the top of the other connecting plate (21).

The integrated drying and airing device for producing the dry rice noodles according to claim 1, the transfer component comprises a second rotating rod (29) which is rotatably connected to one side of the first fixed block (10), a second gear (28) and a second convex plate (17) are fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the second rotating rod (29), one side of one of the first supporting plates (1) is fixedly connected with a first servo motor (7), the same first rotating shaft (8) is rotatably connected between the two first supporting plates (1), an output shaft of the first servo motor (7) penetrates through the first supporting plate (1) and is fixedly connected with one end of the first rotating shaft (8), the outer wall of the first rotating shaft (8) is fixedly sleeved with two first gears (27) which are symmetrically arranged and meshed with the second gear (28), one side of the first fixing block (10) is fixedly connected with a first triangular block (11).

The integrated drying and airing device for the production of the dry rice noodles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the airing assembly comprises two sliding blocks (47) slidably connected to the inner wall of a sliding groove (44), a same reinforcing block (48) is fixedly connected between the two sliding blocks (47), the bottom of the reinforcing block (48) penetrates through the sliding groove (44) and is fixedly connected with a second material receiving plate (45), the bottom of the second material receiving plate (45) is fixedly connected with two second rod receiving plates (60) which are symmetrically arranged, the inner wall of the top of the elliptical track (5) is rotatably connected with a plurality of third rotating shafts (30), the bottom of the third rotating shafts (30) is fixedly connected with a fourth chain wheel (40), the outer wall of the plurality of fourth chain wheels (40) is sleeved with a same fourth chain (46), and the top of the sliding blocks (47) is fixedly connected with a mounting block (54), the top of the mounting block (54) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fourth chain (46), the top of the oval track (5) is fixedly connected with a fourth servo motor (49), and an output shaft of the fourth servo motor (49) penetrates through the oval track (5) and is fixedly connected with the top of one of the third rotating shafts (30).
7. The integrated drying and airing device for the production of the dried rice noodles as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of heating pipes are arranged on the inner walls of the first supporting plate (1) and the second supporting plate (6).
8. The integrated drying and airing device for the production of the dry rice noodles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of baffles (20) are arranged on the outer walls of the first chain (19), the third chain (38), the second chain (34) and the fourth chain wheel (40).

The integrated drying and airing device for the production of the dried rice noodles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transverse plate (57) is fixedly connected between the two second supporting plates (6), and two second triangular blocks (58) which are oppositely arranged are fixedly connected to the top of the transverse plate (57).
