at least two jacking components 4, wherein one jacking component 4 is respectively connected with the curved surface template structure and the base surface; and the other jacking component 4 is respectively connected with the planar template structure and the base surface.
Wherein, in some embodiments, a cushion layer is disposed on the base surface, and the cushion layer is used for supporting and connecting the support assembly 10.
The basic template is fixed through an anchoring diagonal system;
in some embodiments, the base surface is further provided with a diagonal draw bar 11, and the diagonal draw bar 11 penetrates through the support component 10 to be connected with the basic formwork, so that the support stability is improved. The diagonal draw bar 11 is made of round steel, the reinforced section steel is made of channel steel, and the embedded part is made of deformed steel.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, each of the curved inner and outer formworks 31 and 32 includes a second transverse support 304, a second rim 302, a second longitudinal support 303, and a curved second panel 301, the second panel 301 being connected to an inner side of the second rim 302, the second longitudinal support 303 being connected to an inner side of the second rim 302 and crossing an inner longitudinal direction of the second panel 301; two ends of the second transverse supporting member 304 are respectively connected to the inner side of the second panel 301 and the first side of the second longitudinal supporting member 303, and the second side of the second longitudinal supporting member 303 is connected to the first end of the jacking assembly 4.
In some embodiments, each of the curved inner formwork 31 and the curved outer formwork 32 further includes a second connecting plate 305 and a second bidirectional connecting plate 306, a first end of the second connecting plate 305 is connected to the second longitudinal support 303, a second end of the second connecting plate 305 is connected to a first end of the second bidirectional connecting plate 306, and a second end of the second bidirectional connecting plate 306 is connected to a first end of the jacking assembly 4; the jacking component 4 is prevented from directly contacting the panel, so that the supporting stress falls on the second longitudinal supporting piece as much as possible, the supporting performance is improved, and the stability is improved.
In some embodiments, the second bi-directional connecting plate 306 includes a second planar steel plate and a second vertical steel plate welded to the second planar steel plate. The second vertical face steel plate is located at the middle lower part of the second flat face steel plate, the second flat face steel plate is connected with the second connecting plate 305 through bolts, and the second vertical face steel plate is connected with the jacking component 4.
In some embodiments, the support assemblies 10 are arranged at the bottoms of the planar formwork and the curved formwork in a staggered manner, and the support assemblies are formed by combining U-shaped members and water stop gaskets.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6-7, the out-of-plane forms 22 and the in-plane forms 21 each include a first rim 202, a first lateral support 203, a first longitudinal support 204, and a rectilinear first panel 201, the first panel 201 being attached to an inner side of the first rim 202, the first longitudinal support 204 being attached to an inner side of the first rim 202 and spanning a longitudinal direction of the inner side of the first panel 201; two ends of the first transverse support member 203 are respectively connected with a first side of the first longitudinal support member 204 and the inner side of the first panel 201; the second side of the first longitudinal support member 204 is connected to the first end of the jacking assembly 4.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, each of the out-of-plane formwork 22 and the in-plane formwork 21 further includes a first connecting plate 205 and a first bidirectional connecting plate 206, and two sides of the first bidirectional connecting plate are respectively connected to a first side of the first connecting plate 205 and a first end of the jacking assembly 4; a second side of the first connecting plate 205 is connected to a second side of the first longitudinal support 204. The jacking component 4 is prevented from directly contacting the panel, so that the supporting stress falls on the first longitudinal supporting piece as much as possible, the supporting performance is improved, and the stability is improved.
In some embodiments, the first bi-directional connecting plate 206 includes a first planar steel plate and a first vertical steel plate welded to the first planar steel plate. Wherein, first facade steel sheet is located the well lower part of first plane steel sheet to second plane steel sheet adopts bolted connection with first connecting plate, and first facade steel sheet is connected with top support subassembly 4.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the jacking assembly 4 comprises a jacking member 41, a rotating member 42 and a first supporting member 43, wherein a first end of the jacking member 41 is used for connecting with the curved formwork structure or the planar formwork structure; the second end of the jacking member 41 is fixedly connected with the first end of the rotating member 42, and the second end of the rotating member 42 is movably connected with the first supporting member 43; in this embodiment, a threaded inner side surface is arranged in the rotating member 42, the first supporting member 43 is a screw rod, and the screw rod is movably connected in the threaded inner side surface to adjust the relative position of the rotating member 42 and the first supporting member 43, so that the height of the jacking assembly is adjusted.

Claims (10)

1. The construction method of the pool wall template is characterized in that the pool wall template comprises a curved surface template structure and a plane template structure, the curved surface template structure comprises a curved surface inner template and a curved surface outer template, and the plane template structure comprises a plane outer template and a plane inner template; the construction method of the pool wall template comprises the following steps:
distributing the support assemblies in a first order over the base surface; installing a base template on the base surface, and installing a pool wall template positioning support on the base template;
installing a curved template structure; installing a curved surface inner template and a curved surface outer template on a supporting assembly, wherein the curved surface inner template and the curved surface outer template form a first pouring cavity;
installing a planar template structure; the plane inner template and the plane outer template are arranged on the support assembly, so that a second pouring cavity is formed by the plane inner template and the plane outer template; temporary bracing treatment is carried out on the plane inner template and the plane outer template;
and assembling and connecting the assembled planar template structure and the curved surface template structure to form the pool wall pouring system.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of installing a foundation formwork on the base surface and installing a pool wall formwork positioning support on the foundation formwork comprises:
fixing a foundation template through an anchoring cable-stayed system, and fixing a pool wall template positioning support on the top of the foundation template through a connecting screw rod;
the anchoring cable-stayed system is formed by combining a base surface embedded part, a cable-stayed rod and reinforced section steel;
the pool wall template positioning support is made of section steel in an assembling mode, and a plurality of groups of communicated bolt holes are formed in the top and the bottom of the pool wall template positioning support according to the support range.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the curved formwork structure is installed; installing curved surface inner formword and curved surface exterior sheathing on supporting component to curved surface inner formword and curved surface exterior sheathing form the step of first cavity of pouring and include:
determining and marking the edge position of the pool wall template at the top of the supporting assembly;
hoisting the curved surface outer template to the outer side position of the edge position and hoisting the curved surface inner template to the inner side position of the edge position; fixing the curved surface outer template and the pool wall template positioning support;
after positioning and placing, respectively carrying out assembly and fixation treatment between the curved surface outer template and the supporting component and between the curved surface inner template and the supporting component; and the side end of the curved surface outer template and the side end of the curved surface inner template are respectively connected with the base surface in a supporting way through a jacking component.
4. The method of constructing a pool wall form according to claim 3, wherein the step of locating and marking the edge of the pool wall form at the top of the support assembly comprises:
and determining the edge position of the pool wall template at the top of the supporting component through the positioning plate and the pool wall template positioning support and welding a positioning plate to mark the edge position.
5. A method of constructing a pond wall formwork according to claim 3 wherein said mounting panel formwork structure; the plane inner template and the plane outer template are arranged on the support assembly, so that a second pouring cavity is formed by the plane inner template and the plane outer template; and the step of temporary bracing treatment of the in-plane template and the out-of-plane template comprises the following steps:
hoisting the plane inner formwork to the inner side position of the edge position of the pool wall formwork, and performing temporary diagonal bracing treatment on the plane inner formwork;
hoisting the plane outer template to the outer side position of the edge position of the pool wall template, fixing the plane outer template and the pool wall template positioning support, and connecting the plane outer template to the base surface through the jacking assembly;
and after the outer plane template and the inner plane template are positioned and assembled, carrying out position calibration treatment.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step of aligning the outer and inner formworks is performed after the outer formworks and the inner formworks are positioned and assembled, and the temporary supporting structure of the inner formwork is removed after the outer formworks are installed.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of assembling the assembled planar formwork structure and curved formwork structure to form the pool wall casting system comprises:
respectively assembling first connecting components on the outer side of the curved surface inner template and the outer side of the plane inner template;
respectively assembling second connecting members on the outer side of the curved surface outer template and the outer side of the plane outer template;
and/or the first casting cavity is communicated with the second casting cavity to form a main casting cavity.
8. A pool wall formwork system, wherein the construction method of the pool wall formwork according to any one of claims 1 to 7 is applied; the pool wall formwork system comprises:
a support assembly attached to a base surface;
the curved surface formwork structure comprises a curved surface inner formwork and a curved surface outer formwork, and a first pouring cavity is formed between the curved surface inner formwork and the curved surface outer formwork; the curved surface inner template and the curved surface outer template are respectively connected to the supporting component;
the flat formwork structure comprises a flat outer formwork and a flat inner formwork, and a second pouring cavity is formed between the flat outer formwork and the flat inner formwork; the side end of the plane outer template is connected with the side end of the curved surface outer template, and the bottom of the plane outer template is connected with the supporting component; the side end of the plane inner template is connected with the side end of the curved surface inner template, and the bottom of the plane inner template is connected with the supporting component;
at least two jacking components, wherein one jacking component is respectively connected with the curved surface template structure and the base surface; and the other jacking component is respectively connected with the planar template structure and the base surface.
9. A pool wall formwork system according to claim 8, wherein said out-of-plane formwork and said in-plane formwork each comprise a first frame, a first transverse support member, a first longitudinal support member and a rectilinear first panel, said first panel being attached to an inner side of said first frame, said first longitudinal support member being attached to an inner side of said first frame; two ends of the first transverse supporting piece are respectively connected with the first side of the first longitudinal supporting piece and the inner side of the first panel; the second side of the first longitudinal support is provided with at least one first bidirectional connecting plate; the first bidirectional connecting plate is used for assembling a first connecting member or a second connecting member or a jacking assembly;
and/or the curved surface inner formwork and the curved surface outer formwork respectively comprise a second transverse supporting piece, a second frame, a second longitudinal supporting piece and a curved surface-shaped second panel, the second panel is connected to the inner side of the second frame, and the second longitudinal supporting piece is connected to the inner side of the second frame; two ends of the second transverse supporting piece are respectively connected with the inner side of the second panel and the first side of the second longitudinal supporting piece, and the second side of the second longitudinal supporting piece is provided with at least one second bidirectional connecting plate; the second bidirectional connecting plate is used for assembling the first connecting member or the second connecting member or the jacking component.
10. A pool wall formwork system according to claim 9, wherein said jacking assembly comprises a jacking member, a swivel member and a first support member, a first end of said jacking member being adapted to be connected to said second bi-directional connecting plate of said curved formwork structure or said planar formwork structure; the second end of the jacking piece is fixedly connected with the first end of the rotating piece, and the second end of the rotating piece is movably connected with the first supporting piece;
and/or the support assemblies are distributed at the bottoms of the plane template and the curved template in a staggered manner, and each support assembly is formed by combining a U-shaped component and a water stop gasket.
