Background
Along with the expansion of the production scale of cement, limestone mines required by cement plants are also expanded, the demand for the exploitation of the limestone mines is gradually expanded, and a considerable part of mine limestone has excessive impurities, so that the produced clinker strength and cement ground by the clinker cannot reach the national standard and are discarded, thereby causing a great deal of resource waste.
The cement grinding aid is a chemical additive for improving the grinding effect and performance of cement, can be adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, plays a role in physical and chemical actions, can improve the machine-hour output of the cement under the condition of keeping the fineness of the ground cement and the power of a grinding machine unchanged, or can increase the specific surface area of the cement and improve the particle size grading of the ground cement under the condition of keeping the output of the cement and the power of the grinding machine unchanged, thereby improving the quality indexes of the cement such as strength and the like.
The existing cement grinding aid has an upper limit on grinding aiding capacity, so that the phenomena of wide particle distribution range and coarse product of a cement product are easy to occur, the strength of the cement is reduced, and the strength grade of the cement is even influenced.
Therefore, the development of a new cement grinding aid is urgently needed to solve the problem.
