In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driver 3 is a motor, the door frame 1 is provided with a fixing base 11, the transmission mechanism includes a speed reducer 43 fixed on the fixing base 11 and an output shaft 41 connected to an output end of the speed reducer 43, the actuator includes a collar 51 sleeved on the output shaft 41, the clutch includes a rotary lock pin 6 provided on the collar 51, the output shaft 41 is provided with a first recess 411, one side of the rotary lock pin 6 is provided with a second recess 61, the collar 51 and the output shaft 41 are locked when the other side of the rotary lock pin 6 is clamped into the first recess 411, and the collar 51 and the output shaft 41 are unlocked when the second recess 61 faces the output shaft 41.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the fixing base 11 is provided with a connecting structure capable of being positioned and installed on the door frame, and is positioned and installed on the door frame 11 through the connecting structure. Specifically, the collar 51 is provided with a mounting hole 511, the size of an included angle between the axis of the mounting hole 511 and the axis of the collar 51 is 60-90 degrees, and preferably 90 degrees, and a part of the mounting hole 511 is overlapped with a part of an inner hole of the collar 51.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, a circumferential closed groove 62 is formed on the rotary lock pin 6, a limit pin 512 is arranged on the collar 51, one end of the limit pin 512 is inserted into the closed groove 62, and two ends of the closed groove 62 are closed to limit the rotation angle of the rotary lock pin 6. When the limit pin 512 is abutted against one end of the closed groove 62, the clutch is switched to a separated state; when the stopper pin 512 abuts the other end of the closed groove 62, the clutch returns to the engaged state. As a further improvement of the above solution, the collar 51 is provided with damping means capable of blocking the rotation of the rotary latch 6. Preferably, a clamping hole is formed on the inner side wall of the mounting hole 511, and the damping means includes a spring top ball 7 mounted in the clamping hole and pressed against the outer side wall of the rotary lock pin 6. The door 2 is provided with a slide groove 21, and the slider 53 is attached to the slide groove 21 and can slide back and forth along the slide groove 21. When the elevator is in normal use, the connecting rod 52 can be driven to rotate under the power action of the driver 3, and then the door leaf 2 is driven to swing through the sliding block 53 to open and close the door.
In a preferred version of the invention, the manual actuation means comprise a first screwing head 63 arranged at one end of the rotary latch 6, the first screwing head 63 having a polygonal cylindrical shape, such as a triangular prism, a quadrangular prism, a hexagonal prism, etc. A key cabinet can be arranged in the elevator car, a key matched with the first screwing head 63 is placed in the key cabinet, when a user is trapped in the elevator, the key cabinet can be opened to take out the key in the key cabinet, then the lock pin 6 is rotated to unlock the lantern ring 51, and the door can be opened and is released.
Further, the other end of the rotary lock pin 6 is provided with a polygonal second screwing head 64, and the door leaf 2 is provided with an unlocking hole 22 opposite to the second screwing head 64.
