then the hydraulic telescopic rod 45 is connected with an external hydraulic source to be shortened, and the power shaft of the hydraulic telescopic rod 45 drives the bearing plate 44 to descend so as to drive the printing plate roller on the bracket 41 to move downwards along the feeding seat 1; after the printing plate roller moves downwards, until the printing plate roller contacts with the electric roller 71 and the printing plate roller and the discharge hole 61 are on the same straight line, the hydraulic telescopic rod 45 stops stretching;
then, the electric roller 71 is electrified to drive the printing plate roller to move along the guide roller 42 and lead out towards the discharge hole 61, the bidirectional motor 53 is electrified to rotate, the bidirectional motor 53 is electrified to forward current, the bidirectional motor 53 drives the screw rod 52 to forward rotate, and the screw rod 52 is in threaded engagement with the movable clamping plate 51 to drive the movable clamping plate 51 to be far away from the fixed clamping plate 6; and finishing a feeding cycle, and re-feeding the next printing plate roller according to the steps.

the material supporting mechanism (4) comprises a bracket (41), a guide roller (42) and a hydraulic telescopic rod (45), wherein the hydraulic telescopic rod (45) is arranged at the bottom of the material loading seat (1), a bearing plate (44) is arranged on a power shaft of the hydraulic telescopic rod (45), a plurality of guide wheels (441) are arranged at the edge part of the bearing plate (44), the bracket (41) is arranged on the bearing plate (44), and the guide roller (42) is arranged on the upper surface of the bracket (41);

s2, ventilating an air cylinder (34), wherein the air cylinder (34) drives a movable shaft (33) to extend, and the movable shaft (33) drives a raised head (31) on a speed reducing motor (32) to clamp two ends of a printing plate roller;
s3, a gear motor (32) drives the raised head (31) to rotate, so that the printing plate roller clamped on the inner side of the raised head (31) is driven to rotate for 10-50S;
s3-1, when the printing plate roller rotates, a water inlet (211) at one end of a water spray pipe (21) is connected with an external water pump through a pipeline, a water source is turned on, water is sprayed out through a water spray hole (212), the spraying duration is 5-20 seconds, and residual dirt on the surface of the printing plate roller is cleaned;
s3-2, discharging sewage generated by cleaning the printing plate roller from the bottom of the feeding seat (1);
s3-3, after spraying is finished, continuously rotating the printing plate roller, and air-drying the surface of the printing plate roller for 10-30S by using a fan;
s4, connecting a hydraulic telescopic rod (45) with an external hydraulic source for extension, driving a bearing plate (44) to ascend by a power shaft of the hydraulic telescopic rod (45), and further driving a bracket (41) to ascend until a guide roller (42) at the inner side of the bracket (41) contacts with the bottom of a printing plate roller, and stopping stretching by the hydraulic telescopic rod (45);
s5, air is cut off from the air cylinder (34), the air cylinder (34) drives the movable shaft (33) to be shortened, and the movable shaft (33) drives the raised heads (31) on the gear motor (32) to be separated from two ends of the printing plate roller;
s5-1, a printing plate roller falls onto a guide roller (42) in a bracket (41);
s6, connecting a hydraulic telescopic rod (45) with an external hydraulic source for shortening, and driving a bearing plate (44) to descend by a power shaft of the hydraulic telescopic rod (45) so as to drive a printing plate roller on a bracket (41) to move downwards along a feeding seat (1);
s6-1, after the printing plate roller moves downwards, until the printing plate roller contacts with the electric roller (71), and the printing plate roller and the discharge hole (61) are on the same straight line, the hydraulic telescopic rod (45) stops stretching;
s7, electrifying an electric roller (71) to drive the printing plate roller to move along a guide roller (42) and leading the printing plate roller out towards a discharge hole (61);
s8, electrifying and rotating a bidirectional motor (53), leading forward current into the bidirectional motor (53), driving a screw rod (52) to rotate forward by the bidirectional motor (53), and driving the movable clamping plate (51) to be far away from the fixed clamping plate (6) by threaded engagement of the screw rod (52) and the movable clamping plate (51);
and step S9, finishing a feeding cycle, and re-feeding the next printing plate roller according to the steps S1-S8.
