In the invention, the slide rod 21 is convenient for sleeving the plurality of slide hooks 22, the plug-in connector 35 and the colloid hose 23 are butt-jointed with a hidden pipeline, so that a cleaning agent is conveniently led into the high-pressure spray head 45, the plurality of slide hooks 22 are in sliding fit with the slide rod 21 and used for carrying out auxiliary sliding support on the colloid hose 23, the colloid hose 23 is prevented from being wound and knotted, and the cleaning agent is convenient to rapidly circulate.

In the invention, the observation window 7 is convenient to observe the condition of the cleaned tank body 1 and is used for judging whether secondary cleaning is repeated, the sealing groove 37 is provided for accommodating the sealing ring 44, the sealing ring 44 is used for filling the gap between the observation window 7 and the sealing cover 8, the sealing cover 8 is used for plugging the observation window 7, the ventilation of internal air and external air is facilitated by arranging the observation window 7, and meanwhile, the cleaning condition is convenient to observe.
A plurality of clapboards 36 are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the tank body 1, and the clapboards 36 are uniformly distributed.
In the invention, the arrangement of the plurality of partition plates 36 is convenient for blocking the shaking of the liquid in the tank body 1, and the larger shaking is blocked into a plurality of smaller shaking, so that the inertia rollover generated during transportation is avoided.

s1, air exchange:
after oil gas is emptied, the valves at the feed pipe 5 and the balance air pipe 6 are opened, oil recovery agent is pumped into the tank body 1 through the feed pipe 5 until the tank body 1 is filled, the oil attached to the inner wall of the tank body 1 is adsorbed and collected, the balance air pipe 6 is used for guiding and collecting complex air in the filling process, after a certain time, the feed pipe 5 and the balance air pipe 6 are closed, the sealing cover 8 and the discharge port 32 are opened, so that the adsorbed recovery agent is completely led out, and when the recovery agent is discharged, the air flows into the tank body 1 from the observation window 7, so that air exchange is realized;
s2, releasing self-locking:
after the electric trolley is started to move left, the clamping block is shifted out of the butt joint port, the U-shaped rotating frame slides out of the clamping groove along the inclined plane from the clamping groove, the U-shaped rotating frame is separated from the clamping block, and the electric trolley is relieved from self locking
S3, pressurized flushing:
the cleaning agent is stored in the cleaning water tank 40, is pumped by the pressure pump 41 through the first conduit 42, is pressurized and is sprayed to the high-pressure spray head 45 along the hidden conduits in the second conduit 31, the colloid hose 23, the plug 35 and the second rotating arm 16, and is sprayed on the inner wall of the tank body 1, so that the impurities attached to the surface of the inner wall of the tank body 1 are pressurized and washed;
s4, direction adjustment:
the main controller controls the electric trolley 24, the second electric telescopic rod 18 and the first electric telescopic rod 20 when the tank body is washed, the high-pressure spray head 45 is transversely translated through the transverse movement of the electric trolley 24 so as to be transversely translated in the tank body 1, and the high-pressure spray head 45 is angularly overturned through the telescopic movement of the first electric telescopic rod 18 and the second electric telescopic rod 20, so that the high-pressure spray head 45 can perform jet impact on the inner wall of the tank body 1 and the end faces of the plurality of partition plates 36, and the washing direction of the high-pressure spray head 45 is adjusted;
s5, self-locking and fixing:
after washing, the electric trolley moves in the butt joint port along the translation of the two sliding grooves, the left side of the U-shaped rotating frame slides in the clamping groove along the inclined plane, and the U-shaped rotating frame is clamped with the clamping block to complete the self-locking fixation of the electric trolley.
