the tank body is characterized by further comprising a stirring shaft (24) and a handle (25), a placing groove is formed in the bottom of the left side wall of the placing cavity, a lower ball bearing (26) is fixedly installed in the placing groove, the left end of the stirring shaft (24) extends into the placing cavity from the right end of the tank body (1) and is inserted into the lower ball bearing (26), a vertical stirring blade (27) is arranged on the stirring shaft (24), the vertical stirring blade (27) is located in the placing cavity, and the handle (25) is located on the outer side of the tank body (1) and is connected with the right end of the stirring shaft (24);

the use method of the PP tank is as follows:

before the materials are led out, the handle (25) is manually rotated to drive the stirring shaft (24) to rotate, the stirring shaft (24) drives the vertical stirring blades to rotate, the materials at the bottom of the placing cavity are stirred, the materials are prevented from being layered and precipitated, and the uniformity of the materials is improved;

after the washing machine is used or before materials are replaced, the washing machine is communicated with an external water source through an input end of a high-pressure pump (11), clear water is pumped into four groups of washing nozzles (17) through four groups of hoses (18) by the high-pressure pump (11) and is sprayed out, a left air cylinder (4) and a right air cylinder (5) respectively drive a left telescopic rod and a right telescopic rod (13) to synchronously move downwards, a box body (6) and a supporting plate (7) synchronously move downwards, and meanwhile a motor (14) drives a lead screw (9) to rotate reversely and alternately, so that a sliding plate drives the four groups of washing nozzles (17) to move left and right to wash the whole placing cavity;

after finishing washing placing the chamber, extract left sealing plate and right sealing plate (20), then push respectively with a part of left mounting panel and right mounting panel (22) through left push rod and right push rod (21) and place the intracavity, disinfect to the inside of placing the chamber through ultraviolet ray degassing unit (23) on left mounting panel and right mounting panel (22), can disinfect to jar body (1) inside after using, prevent bacterial growing, make things convenient for jar body (1) later stage to use.

The PP tank according to claim 1, wherein the left push rod and the right push rod (21) each comprise a fixed portion (28) and a movable portion (29), two sets of the fixed portions (28) respectively extend into the left working cavity and the right working cavity to be connected with the left mounting plate and the right mounting plate (22), two sets of the movable portions (29) are respectively hinged with the end portions of the two sets of the fixed portions (28), and two sets of the movable portions (29) are respectively provided with a limiting block (30).

The PP tank according to claim 2, wherein the front end and the rear end of the left sealing plate are in sealing contact with the front side wall and the rear side wall of the left working chamber, respectively, the front end and the rear end of the right sealing plate (20) are in sealing contact with the front side wall and the rear side wall of the right working chamber, respectively, and the left sealing plate and the right sealing plate (20) are made of corrosion-resistant teflon.

4. A PP tank as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that said motor (14) is a bidirectional servo motor (14).

5. PP tank according to claim 4, characterised in that the input of the high pressure pump (11) is connected to an external water supply.

6. A PP tank according to claim 5, characterised in that the slide bar (10) and the lead screw (9) are parallel to each other.

7. The PP tank according to claim 6, wherein the outer sides of the rotating shaft (15) and the stirring shaft (24) are provided with sealing rings, and two groups of sealing rings are respectively attached to the right side wall of the tank body (6) and the right side wall of the placing cavity.

The PP tank according to claim 7, wherein a transverse stirring blade (31) is connected to one end of the vertical stirring blade (27) far away from the stirring shaft (24), and the distance between the transverse stirring blade (31) and the stirring shaft (24) is smaller than the vertical distance between the stirring shaft (24) and the bottom wall of the placing cavity.

9. PP tank according to claim 8, characterised in that the left (4) and right (5) cylinders are of the same type and power and that the starting and stopping of the cylinders (4, 5) are controlled by the same control switch.

10. A PP tank as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the left end of said tank (6) is in contact with the left side wall of the placing chamber and the right end of said supporting plate (7) is in contact with the right side wall of the placing chamber.
