a spraying device (200), wherein the spraying device (200) comprises a spraying mechanism (400) and a paint supply mechanism (500), the paint supply mechanism provides paint for the spraying mechanism (400), the spraying mechanism (400) is connected with the supporting shaft, and the spraying mechanism (400) sprays the paint to the inner wall of the tunnel;
a control device (300), the control device (300) comprising a drive controller (310) and a spray controller (320), the drive controller (310) being electrically connected to the first drive mechanism (110) and the second drive mechanism (120), the spray controller (320) being electrically connected to the spray device (200).
2. The tunnel spray apparatus of claim 1, wherein the spray mechanism (400) comprises a retractable robot arm and a spray gun (420), the spray gun (420) being disposed at an end of the retractable robot arm, the support shaft being capable of rotating the retractable robot arm in a first plane.

The tunnel spraying apparatus of claim 2, wherein the coating material supply mechanism (500) comprises a flexible pipe, a storage tank and a feed pump (510), the flexible pipe comprises a first hose and a second hose, a first cavity and a second cavity are arranged in the storage tank, the first hose is communicated with the first cavity, the second hose is communicated with the second cavity, the tail ends of the first hose and the second hose are connected with the spray gun (420), a first slurry is stored in the first cavity, a second slurry is stored in the second cavity, the feed pump (510) pumps the first slurry and the second slurry into the spray gun (420), and the first slurry and the second slurry are mixed in the spray gun (420) to form the coating material.

The tunnel spray equipment of claim 3 wherein the paint supply mechanism (500) further comprises an air compression tube disposed within the retractable arm and in communication with the spray gun (420), and an air pump (520) by which air can be pumped into the spray gun (420) to eject the paint.

The tunnel painting equipment of claim 4, wherein a hydraulic sensor is arranged in the spray gun (420), the painting controller (320) is electrically connected with the feed pump (510), the air pump (520) and the hydraulic sensor respectively, the hydraulic sensor is arranged in the spray gun (420) and used for measuring pressure information in the spray gun (420) and transmitting the pressure information to the painting controller (320), and the painting controller (320) adjusts the spraying speed of the spray gun (420) and the feeding speed of the feed pump (510) and the pressure of the air pump (520) according to the pressure information.

The tunnel spraying equipment of claim 5, wherein the control device (300) comprises an environment controller (330), the tunnel spraying equipment is provided with a temperature and humidity and wind speed detection device and an air dryer (600), the environment controller (330) is electrically connected with the temperature and humidity and wind speed detection device and the air dryer (600) respectively, the temperature and humidity and wind speed detection device is used for measuring environment temperature information, environment humidity information and wind speed information in the tunnel and transmitting the environment temperature information, the environment humidity information and the wind speed information to the environment controller (330), and the environment controller (330) adjusts the power of the air dryer (600) according to the environment temperature information, the environment humidity information and the wind speed information.
7. A method for coating the inner wall of a tunnel by using the tunnel coating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s100, determining the position of the center of a circle of the tunnel;
s200, moving a support shaft of the positioning device (100) to the position of the center of the circle of the tunnel through a first driving device;
s300, driving the support shaft to rotate by a first angle through the second driving device so as to spray a first layer of coating on the inner wall of the tunnel.
8. The spraying method according to claim 7, wherein after the step S300 is completed, the positions of other circle centers of the tunnel are determined, and the steps S200 and S300 are repeated.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of the tunnel spray coating device spraying a coating on the inner wall of the tunnel further comprises:
s400, after the first layer of coating is dried, repeating the steps from S100 to S300, and spraying a second layer of coating on the inner wall of the tunnel until the thickness of the coating reaches the first thickness.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the tunnel coating device, prior to coating the inner wall of the tunnel, comprises:
