Optionally, a second circular groove 2012 is formed in one side of the second turntable 201 away from the first turntable 101, the second circular groove 2012 is communicated with a second through hole 2011, a second limiting portion 302 is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 300, the second limiting portion 302 is arranged in the second circular groove 2012, and a second channel 2013 is formed between the second limiting portion 302 and the second circular groove 2012. Through the structure, the second turntable 201 can be limited in the axial direction, the second turntable 201 is prevented from falling off from the rotating shaft 300 in the using process, the second limiting portion 302 is matched with the first limiting portion 301 for use, so that the first turntable 101 and the second turntable 201 are limited in the axial direction, a second channel 2013 is formed between the second limiting portion 302 and the second circular groove 2012, and lubricating oil is conveniently filled in the second channel 2013. Illustratively, the second position-limiting portion 302 is detachably connected to the other end of the rotating shaft 300, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the wrist relaxing device, and of course, in other embodiments, the second position-limiting portion 302 may also be fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 300. Specifically, the second limiting portion 302 is provided with a second inclined surface 3021 in the circumferential direction close to the second limiting groove 2014, and the lubricating oil can be ensured to smoothly flow into the second channel 2013 by the second inclined surface 3021.

1. A wrist relaxer, comprising:
the first rotating part (100), the first rotating part (100) comprises a first rotating disc (101) and a first damping piece (102), a first through hole (1011) is formed in the center of the first rotating disc (101) along the axial direction, and the first damping piece (102) is arranged on the circumferential direction of the first rotating disc (101);
a second rotating portion (200), wherein the second rotating portion (200) comprises a second rotating disc (201) and a second damping member (202), the second damping member (202) is arranged on the circumferential direction of the second rotating disc (201), and the second damping member (202) is arranged opposite to the first damping member (102);
one end of the rotating shaft (300) penetrates through the first through hole (1011) and is rotationally connected with the circle center of the first rotating disc (101), the first through hole (1011) is in clearance fit with the rotating shaft (300), and the other end of the rotating shaft (300) is rotationally connected with the circle center of the second rotating disc (201);
the one-way ratchet (400) is arranged between the first rotating part (100) and the second rotating part (200), the rotating shaft (300) penetrates through the circle center of the one-way ratchet (400), the one-way ratchet (400) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (300), ratchet teeth (401) are arranged on the circumferential direction of the one-way ratchet (400), and the first damping piece (102) and the second damping piece (202) can abut against the ratchet teeth (401) on the circumferential direction of the one-way ratchet (400);
when the first rotating portion (100) rotates relative to the second rotating portion (200) along a first hour hand direction, the first damping piece (102) is abutted to the ratchet teeth (401), the second damping piece (202) slides relative to the ratchet teeth (401), when the first rotating portion (100) rotates relative to the second rotating portion (200) along the second hour hand direction, the second damping piece (202) is abutted to the ratchet teeth (401), the first damping piece (102) slides relative to the ratchet teeth (401), and the first hour hand direction is opposite to the second hour hand direction.

The wrist relaxing device according to claim 1, wherein a first circular groove (1012) is formed in one side of the first rotating disc (101) facing away from the second rotating disc (201), the first circular groove (1012) is communicated with the first through hole (1011), a first limiting portion (301) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft (300), the first limiting portion (301) is arranged in the first circular groove (1012), and the first limiting portion (301) and the first circular groove (1012) form a first channel (1013).

The wrist relaxer according to claim 1, wherein a second through hole (2011) is axially formed in the center of the second rotating disc (201), the other end of the rotating shaft (300) penetrates through the second through hole (2011), and the second through hole (2011) is in clearance fit with the rotating shaft (300).

The wrist relaxer according to claim 3, wherein a second circular groove (2012) is formed in one side of the second rotating disc (201) away from the first rotating disc (101), the second circular groove (2012) is communicated with the second through hole (2011), a second limiting portion (302) is disposed at the other end of the rotating shaft (300), the second limiting portion (302) is disposed in the second circular groove (2012), and the second limiting portion (302) and the second circular groove (2012) form a second channel (2013).

The wrist relaxer according to claim 1, wherein the first damping element (102) comprises a first support ring (1021) and a first elastic claw (1022), the first support ring (1021) is disposed on a side of the first rotating disk (101) close to the second rotating disk (201), the first support ring (1021) is sleeved on a circumferential direction of the one-way ratchet (400), the first elastic claw (1022) is disposed on the circumferential direction of the first support ring (1021), and one end of the first elastic claw (1022) can abut against the ratchet teeth (401) in the circumferential direction of the one-way ratchet (400).

The wrist relaxer according to claim 5, wherein the first support ring (1021) is provided with a first support column (10211) and a first limit column (10212), the other end of the first elastic claw (1022) is rotatably connected to the first support column (10211), one end of the ratchet tooth (401) facing away from the one-way ratchet (400) can press the first elastic claw (1022) against the first limit column (10212), the first rotary disc (101) is provided with a first limit groove (1014), and one end of the first support column (10211) extends into the first limit groove (1014).

The wrist loosening device according to claim 7, wherein the second support ring (2021) is provided with a second support pillar (20211) and a second position-limiting pillar (20212), the other end of the second elastic claw (2022) is rotatably connected to the second support pillar (20211), one end of the ratchet teeth (401) facing away from the one-way ratchet (400) can press the second elastic claw (2022) against the second position-limiting pillar (20212), the second rotating disc (201) is provided with a second position-limiting groove (2014), and one end of the second support pillar (20211) extends into the second position-limiting groove (2014).
9. Wrist relaxer according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the first rotating part (100) and the second rotating part (200) are mirror symmetric with respect to the one-way ratchet (400).
