Preferably, the accommodating device 100 provides a container capable of adjusting the distance for the whole set of fitness discs, the assembling unit 101 is a casing with an adjustable distance, and wraps other parts therein, the accommodating space 102 is a placing space opened inside the assembling unit 101 and is formed by being recessed in the assembling unit 101, and the first through hole 103 is formed by allowing subsequent devices to pass through.
The moving device 200 is a device for rotating the exercise device 400 by any angle, and includes an extension unit 201 and a rotation unit 202, the extension unit 201 is formed by protruding from the inner surface of the receiving device 100 forming the accommodating space 102, a vacant position capable of being hinged with the rotation unit 202 is provided on the extension unit 201, and one end of the rotation unit 202 is connected with the exercise device 400.
The exercise device 400 is a fitness disc for exercise, and the place where the exercise device 400 is connected to the rotation unit 202 passes through the first through hole 103 and is adapted to the first through hole 103.
Preferably, the rotating unit 202 has an end with a meshing gear, the end may have a shape of a sector, a semicircle or the like for facilitating meshing, the meshing part 202a is an integral body of the meshing gears which are rotatable parts, and the first meshing component 202a-1 is a meshing gear which protrudes from an end of the meshing part 202 a.
The movable unit 301 is further provided with a second engaging member 202a-2, and the second engaging member 202a-2 is formed by protruding from one end of the movable unit 301 and is engaged with the corresponding first engaging member 202a-1 to form a movable relationship.
The mobile device 200 further comprises a first limiting unit 203 and a second limiting unit 204, the first limiting unit 203 and the second limiting unit 204 are regarded as limiting the movement track of the movable unit, the movement of the exercise device 400 is regular, and is convenient for the user, one end of the first limiting unit 203 is hinged with the extending unit 201, the other end of the first limiting unit 203 is fixedly hinged with the second limiting unit 204, and the other end of the second limiting unit 204 is hinged with one end of the rotating unit 202.
The moving device 200 further includes a fixing member 204a protruding from an end of the rotating unit 202 and fixedly connected to the disk, and the fixing member 204a is rotatably movable in the first through hole 103.
A protrusion member 401 is further provided on the back of the exercise apparatus 400, and the protrusion member 401 is formed protruding from the exercise apparatus 400 and adapted to fix the member 204a, which may be fixedly coupled by means of a screw thread, friction force, etc.
Preferably, the exercise device 400 further comprises a base unit 402, a calculating unit 403, a control unit 404, a groove 405 and a through groove 406, wherein the base unit 402 is an integral housing of the exercise device 400, the groove 405 is formed by recessing the base unit 402, the through groove 406 is formed by recessing the surface of the base unit 402 for storing components such as the calculating unit 403, and the control unit 404 is a portion directly contacted by the hand of the exerciser and controls the whole exercise device 400.
The control unit 404 includes a rotating shaft 404a, a first control part 404b and a second control part 404c, the rotating shaft 404a is disposed in the through slot 406 and movably connected, the rotating shaft 404a is disposed in the through slot 406, the first control part 404b is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 404a, the first control part 404b can rotate, and the second control part 404c is a sleeve rod sleeved on the first control part 404b and can extend or contract.
The second control member 404c further includes a handle member 404 c-1. the handle member 404c-1 may have a variety of configurations, such as for exercising hand grip.
Preferably, the exercise device 400 is further provided with a display unit 407, the display unit 407 displays the data calculated by the calculation unit 403, and the display unit 407 is disposed on the storage device 100.
The moving means 200, the power means 300 and the exercise means 400 may have a plurality of sets, preferably two sets, for the exerciser to exercise.
The power source in the power plant 300 may be either manually or electrically regulated.
In actual use, the operator can adjust his/her movement according to the different data displayed by the display unit 407, and the electric power device 300 can make the operator more convenient, and two sets of devices are provided to facilitate the operator to exercise both arms.

the mobile device (200) comprises an elongated unit (201) and a rotating unit (202), wherein the elongated unit (201) is formed by protruding from one surface of the interior of the containing device (100), and one end of the rotating unit (202) is hinged with one end of the elongated unit (201);
the power device (300) comprises a movable unit (301), and one end of the movable unit (301) is movably connected with the rotating unit (202);
the exercise device (400), the exercise device (400) is movably arranged on the rotating unit (202), and the joint of the exercise device (400) and the rotating unit (202) is suitable for the first through hole (103).

The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 1, wherein: an engaging part (202a) is arranged at one end of the rotating unit (202), the engaging part (202a) extends out of one end of the rotating unit (202), the engaging part (202a) further comprises a first engaging assembly (202a-1), the first engaging assembly (202a-1) extends out of the surface of the engaging part (202a), and the engaging part (202a) is provided with a plurality of first engaging assemblies (202 a-1);

The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the moving device (200) further comprises a first limiting unit (203) and a second limiting unit (204), one end of the first limiting unit (203) is hinged with the extending unit (201), the other end of the first limiting unit is fixedly hinged with the second limiting unit (204), and the other end of the second limiting unit (204) is fixedly hinged with the rotating unit (202).

The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 3, wherein: the second restriction unit (204) further includes a fixing part (204a), the fixing part (204a) being formed to be elongated from one end of the rotation unit (202), the fixing part (204a) being fixedly coupled with the exercise device (400), the fixing part (204a) being adapted to the first through hole (103).

The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 1 or 5, wherein: the exercise device (400) further comprises a base unit (402), a calculating unit (403), a control unit (404), a groove (405) and a through groove (406), wherein the groove (405) is formed by sinking from the inside of the base unit (402), the calculating unit (403) is arranged in the groove (405) inside the base unit (402), the through groove (406) is formed by sinking from the base unit (402), and the control unit (404) is movably connected with the base unit (402).

The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the control unit (404) further comprises a rotating shaft component (404a), a first control component (404b) and a second control component (404c), the rotating shaft component (404a) is arranged in the through groove (406), the first control component (404b) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft component (404a), and the second control component (404c) is movably connected with the first control component (404 b).
8. The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the second control component (404c) further comprises a handle member (404c-1), and the handle member (404c-1) is movably connected with the second control component (404 c).
9. The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the exercise device (400) further comprises a display unit (407), wherein the display unit (407) is arranged on one surface of the accommodating device (100) and displays the data measured by the calculation unit (403).
10. The adjustable exercise apparatus of claim 9, wherein: the moving means (200), the power means (300) and the exercise means (400) are provided in two groups.
