The initial position of the supporting rod 14 is tightly attached to the lower part of the egg breaking mechanism 13 to support eggs, when the eggs need to be broken, the motor drives the driving mechanism 21 with double-head threads to drive the egg breaking mechanism 13, and the eggshells after breaking rotate through the motor driving the supporting rod 14 to realize automatic breaking and discharging of the eggs.
The shell breaking mechanism 13 comprises a pair of crank and rocker mechanisms consisting of a shell breaking rod 13-1 with a cutter and a crank and slider mechanism consisting of a clamping push rod 13-2 and a thrust connecting rod 13-3, wherein the crank and slider mechanism is connected with the crank and rocker mechanisms through bolts, and then is connected with the driving mechanism 21 through an egg breaking rod connecting piece 13-4.
The driving mechanism 21 is fixed on the machine body 27 by a screw rod sliding table fixing piece 21-2, the screw rod sliding table fixing piece 21-2 is connected with a polished rod 21-6 through a bolt, and is connected with a double-head threaded rod 21-7 through a bearing; the motor fixing plate 21-1 is positioned on the screw rod sliding table fixing piece through a hole, and the screw rod connecting piece 21-4 and the polished rod connecting piece 21-3 are connected with the connecting sliding block 21-5 through bolts and are connected with the screw rod 21-7 and the sliding rod 21-6 together; the threaded hole on the connecting slide block 21-6 is used for connecting with the eggshell breaking connecting piece 13-4 of the eggshell breaking mechanism 13, and is fixed on the machine body 27 together.
When the motor drives the shell breaking mechanism 13 to move, the shell breaking rod 13-1 with the shell breaking blade is arranged at the rocker end of the crank rocker to break the shell; the screw rod 21-7 of the screw rod sliding table driving the shell breaking mechanism 13 is double-threaded; in addition, the connecting slider 21-5 also moves to fix the eggs.
The first cooking module C is an egg frying pan 16, the second cooking module D is a bread heating pan 3, one group is responsible for frying eggs, the other group is responsible for heating the prepared sandwiches, and the two different heating temperatures are controlled by heating time.
The lifting and pressing module E comprises a lifting sliding table mechanism 2 and a baffle plate 5, wherein the bread heating pot 3 is positioned on the lifting sliding table mechanism 2, a lifting motor is arranged on the lifting sliding table mechanism 2, the baffle plate 5 is positioned above the lifting sliding table mechanism 2, the lifting sliding table mechanism 2 is driven by the motor to move upwards to the baffle plate 5, the compaction of the sandwiches is realized, the lifting sliding table is composed of a scissor fork type mechanism and a threaded column, and when the motor drives the lifting table to move, the threaded column drives a pair of scissor fork type lifting tables to ascend or descend.
After the control module 7 is started, the bread discharging sub-module A2 pushes bread to the egg frying pan 16 of the first cooking module C, and then the upper discharging module of the breakfast discharging sub-module A3 pushes bread to the bread heating pan 3 of the second cooking module D through the first pushing shovel 15; after the first bread is put into a specified position, an egg feeding sub-module A1 feeds eggs into an egg crust breaking module B, the egg crust breaking module B feeds the eggs after crust breaking onto an egg frying pan 16, and feeds out egg shells, and the fried eggs are pushed onto a bread heating pan 3 of a second cooking module D by an upper discharging module of a breakfast discharging sub-module A3 through a first pushing shovel 15; repeating the operation of placing the second bread at the designated position after the eggs arrive at the designated position, so as to place the second bread on the decocted eggs; then compacting the sandwiches through the lifting and pressing module E; and finally, the prepared sandwiches are sent out by a lower discharging module of the breakfast discharging sub-module A3.
