The thermal blanket of claim 1, and the processing thereof, wherein: the blanket body (1) comprises a first skin-friendly woolen material (101), a heat preservation gauze (102) is bonded on one side of the first skin-friendly woolen material (101), a woven fabric (103) is bonded on the other side of the heat preservation gauze (102), a heat insulation woolen material (104) is bonded on the other side of the woven fabric (103), and a second skin-friendly woolen material (105) is bonded on the other side of the heat insulation woolen material (104).

The thermal blanket of claim 2, and the processing thereof, wherein: the blanket body (1) is woven by selecting heddles, filaments, weft yarns and staple fibers, warp yarns for weaving generally comprise four-ply strands (0.2 multiplied by 4) and six-ply strands (0.2 multiplied by 6), the diameter of the warp yarns is generally phi 0 & 2, the heddles are selected from phi 0 & 18, phi 0 & 2 and the like, and the heddles are mainly used for weaving the weaving cloth (103).
5. The thermal blanket of claim 2, and the processing thereof, wherein: the filament yarns are made of warps and wefts of the non-weft wool fabric to weave heat-insulating wool fabric (104), and the weft yarns are made of phi 0 & 2, phi 0 & 3, phi 0 & 34, phi 0 & 35 and the like.

The thermal blanket of claim 2, and the processing thereof, wherein: the short fibers are carded to form flocks, the flocks are laid on a base fabric or a bottom net and are needled by a needling machine to form the papermaking felt, and the short fiber felting needles are repeatedly needled by using a fiber net with a triangular (or other shapes) cross section and barbed edges to reinforce the fluffy fiber net.

The thermal blanket of claim 3, and the processing technology thereof, wherein the thermal blanket comprises: the first skin-friendly woolen material (101), the heat-preservation gauze (102), the woven fabric (103), the heat-insulation woolen material (104) and the second skin-friendly woolen material (105) are bonded together through glue, and the bonding effect is enhanced through an infrared red or oil hot mode of a setting machine.
8. The thermal blanket of claim 1, and the processing thereof, wherein: the pile woven blanket and the warp-knitted blanket are both provided with pile faces by adopting a pile cutting method.
